Thank you Peloton, on December 10, 2024, I was 314 pounds. Today march 24, 2025, I am 220 pounds. 94 pounds lost. I bought my bike, and the peloton instructors, are amazing. I started with a 5 minute ride, did a ton of stretching, now I went 99 days with a workout everyday. I am 56 years old. I completed all of Matt ’s 120, 90, working on 75, lots of 60 minutes rides, lifted weights, walked, all with my peloton app. I can ’ t think all of Peloton for helping me. I love this bike. I never thought that I would enjoy it so much but it ’s been almost 6 years now and everyday there seems to be something new to discover. I picked up Peloton in the early fall of 2019 and of course it carried me through the pandemic but since then the depth of interesting classes and various workouts have kept me going. I still have my original bike, been doing my best to keep it in good shape and for the most part the flywheel still spins like new, the pedals still hold great and nothing has shaken off:) I ’ ve been through a few pairs of shoes and aside from being stiff when new, I love ’ em. Everything about the bike is phenomenal. I had the first version many years ago and the improvements to the bike+ are excellent!! I love the auto resistance feature, the incredible sound system, bigger screen, updates to the software and the overall aesthetic look of the bike. All the instructors are excellent. Do n't have a favorite, although I tend to gravitate to the women, because I 'm a guy. Lol. I use the bike for cardio vascular fitness and it's very easy to achieve that goal with all the motivating and entertaining classes.

I used to own the original Peloton Bike, but I gave it to a dear friend whose husband is battling cancer, and at the time, I also needed to make space after deciding to adopt a second child. Still, I always felt like something was missing. I missed the movement, the motivation, and most of all — Kendall and her powerful mental health rides. So many miles, so much sweat, and more than a few healing tears were shed on that bike. Eventually, I decided to reclaim a little joy for myself and repurpose our underused kitchen nook( we have a dining room we use more anyway). I chose to invest in the Bike+ — and oh my, what an upgrade! It feels truly luxurious, and I ’ ve fallen in love with riding all over again. I do miss Kendall dearly, but it ’s still such a gift to be back in the saddle. Even my youngest son got inspired — he begged me for Peloton shoes, and now he ’s hooked too! I really like being able to do strength and cycling at the same time. My two fav instructors are Ally Love and Cody Rigsby. I can rely on them to give me a great workout and also give me some tough love and great words of wisdom, without taking themselves too seriously. I hadn ’ t worked out for months before getting a peloton and I ’ m feeling myself already being incredibly motivated to exercise. I can feel my body getting stronger even after 3 days. This is a much sturdier piece of equipment than expected and very comfortable to use. And these cords are not just for looks, Folks. They provide a surprisingly good workout. If you have limited space, you 'll find it fits nicely into a corner and is light weight enough to easily move out for use. And last, but not least, is the ease of getting on and off the bike. It's hard to find a reasonably priced exercise bike that does n't require an online subscription, has built- in programs, and automatically adjusts the resistance. This one checks all those boxes. And if you really want to use an app, you can use bluetooth to connect your phone or tablet. The LED control panel counts your calories, distance, pulse, and other things. I ’ ve been using the NordicTrack G LE recumbent bike for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it ’s been a pretty great experience overall. The console isn ’ t anything fancy—it ’s pretty basic—but it gets the job done. It connects to my iPad via Bluetooth, which I love because I can track my stats and see detailed feedback during my ride. The info it gives is actually pretty helpful and motivating, especially if you ’ re working on improving your fitness. The seat is super comfy! I threw away my 40 year old stationary bike and replaced it with this one. I am so surprised how quiet it is when I ride it. My old bike had a chain and made so much noise. I think the bike is great. Well built and strong. Seat is large and comfy. It has been over a year that I have not rode a bike so I am starting with less tension and will increase it in time. I like the tension adjustment and the easy height adjustments. I would recommend this bike. The bike was packaged very well and I was glad nothing was wrong with it since the box had seen better days in transit. I also chose not to keep the foot straps on the petals when I ride. Nice that you have a choice to keep them on or not. My friend was visiting from Taiwan and put the bike together for me so quickly since he works in the industry. I am very happy with my purchase. I put it together by myself in about 30 to 45 minutes, only one bloody knuckle. I chose this bike for the flywheel weight, magnetic resistance, pedal q factor, and adjustable seat and handlebars. I 've used the generic exercise bikes at the gym, but none like this. _x000D_ With no experience, I figured that I should get one with the monitor, with the SPD pedal option, a heavier fly wheel( because I 'm a large guy), more adjustable handlebars, and the magnetic resistance. I have only used it for 5 days and the left side peddle has developed an annoying clicking sound from inside the bike main body. This is very noticeable at resistance settings 1 and 2. As I increase the resistance setting the sound seems to diminish. When I peddle backwards and then resume forward the clicking is gone for about a dozen rotations then returns. I ’ m 70 years old so I use the lower residence setting ’s more often. I use my head phones, crank up the music and tada…… no clicking sound I just feel a slight vibration when the peddle passes the specific rotation point. Easy to put together no real problem. Solid build, except for the clicking sound.

This is a very good bike, just not 5 Stars. It meets my requirements and was on sale foe what I wanted to spend. However, the pulse monitor worked for a week. The seat isn ’ t as comfortable as others mentioned, it tilts a little forward, washers under the front screw helped. It's easy to put together except for the tension wire. The instructions don ’ t tell you to rotate the bracket down to the base to anchor the wire, then rotate it back to keep it in place( need pliers for this). Took me more time to figure that out than putting the whole the bike together. There is very little difference between the tension settings. But, overall I ’ m satisfied with the bike.

It was easy to put together( I was able to assemble it myself) and it was easy to connect. There are so may class options. You can join a live class or choose a pre- recorded class. I love the classes. Being able to compete for a good score really pushes me to do my best. I would highly recommend this bike.

I bought this bike at the local store in August. Previously I had a basic Sunny spin bike and I wanted to get more motivation, as well as stats. I read reviews for all of the connected spin bikes and this one seemed to fit my needs. The biggest negative reviews were on the connectivity, sometimes cutting out. When I first got it, I did have some issues with that, but after about 2 updates, I did n't have to think or worry about it connecting and having to reboot or unplug it. There is a huge list of rides and instructors to pick from, I 've found the ones I like. There are rides from 15- 75 minutes, with instructors and scenic. I 've found having instructors motivate me, especially my favorite ones- Jama, Christina, Nicole. I 'd recommend this bike for anyone looking to get a connected spin bike.

Putting it together required being focused, but it was fairly easy. Once together, it is doing exactly what we bought it to do: getting adequate, easily done exercise for two older folks. I ’ ve got four 45- minute segments and it doesn ’ t give me the same accomplishment from walking outdoors in that same time without turning the resistance past 8 on the 14- levels dial, but I don ’ t miss my outdoor exercise when it ’s 22 degrees and 17 mph wind gusts make walking undoable. Quality of the bike manufacturing is very good. Seat is comfortable and the pedals are easy to secure your foot( adjustable). Pedaling is quiet and the distance from seat to pedal is variable by adjusting the seat height and should satisfy most riders. Just what I needed! I usually walk 4 miles a day but the cold and inclement weather days, or just the days my knees are in need of a break, this is perfect. We have had a regular Sunny bike for about 8 years now and have loved it!! But my husband now has Parkinson's disease which is affecting his legs most of all. So a recumbent bike is necessary for him to keep riding. The fact that he can easily step in front of the seat without having to hike his leg over the machine to straddle the seat is a game changer for him. I chose this model partly for that reason. Received my new recumbent cross trainer( SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly is n't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. Do n't let this stop you, the SBE420035 is a terrific piece of exercise equipment and Sunny Health is a fine company with excellent customer service. I 'm an 81 year old man who has been working out his whole life and am not easily impressed.

We 've used the stationary bike for about a month now, 3- 4 days a week. The pedal action is very smooth and the amount of adjustments is ample allowing both my 6' 1 '' and my wife's 5' 1 '' height to be accommodated. It is, however, a bit wobbly. Vigorous pedaling causes the whole thing to sway, although it never feels like it is going to flop over. Overall, a good piece of equipment at a reasonable price.

We are a family that likes to walk outside, some of us daily. Weather often doesn ’ t permit us to do so safely because of ice, snow or rainy conditions. My husband researched and we bought this CrossFit for indoor use every day. It was well packaged and with two people, went together easily. All of us can use this machine by changing the resistance and seats height. We love it so far! It ’s in our living room so we can watch tv or listen to air buds. It makes no sound so far. I purchased the pro form 325 csx 2 weeks ago after my existing pro form bike gave out after 15 plus years. I decided to stay with the Pro form and glad i did. First the bike was delivered to my home all in tac and well packaged. The assembly was easy and instructions are easy to follow. I like the features of the bike such as wider cushion seat, easy adjustable seating, smooth and very quite while pedaling. The display is very nice and has a shelf were you can put your iPad device.
