Putting it together required being focused, but it was fairly easy. Once together, it is doing exactly what we bought it to do: getting adequate, easily done exercise for two older folks. I ’ ve got four 45- minute segments and it doesn ’ t give me the same accomplishment from walking outdoors in that same time without turning the resistance past 8 on the 14- levels dial, but I don ’ t miss my outdoor exercise when it ’s 22 degrees and 17 mph wind gusts make walking undoable. Quality of the bike manufacturing is very good. Seat is comfortable and the pedals are easy to secure your foot( adjustable). Pedaling is quiet and the distance from seat to pedal is variable by adjusting the seat height and should satisfy most riders. The bike is very quiet when pedaling so it can be situated in any room available. Overall, A+ so far.

I am loving my new recumbent. The two problems that I have with it are not by any stretch of the imagination deal breakers, but minor annoyances. My first minor complaint is that I ca n't put any amount of weight on the rear handlebar without it sliding all the way down. There's only that one screw to tighten up and that does n't keep it from sliding all the way down when weight is put on it. Being a retired mechanical engineer, it's swivel point could be redesigned to incorporate some sort of ratcheting or indexing to keep it in position when loaded. Now for my last issue. Where it's located in my condo it does n't get a lot of light, especially in the evening. During the day I do n't have an issue, but at night I ca n't read the display. Unless I 'm missing something the display should be backlit. I 've been trying to rig up a little led light to fasten to the console to illuminate it but have n't found anything yet. So if you guys have any way of doing it I 'd appreciate it. Thanks for listening. I do n't know if you respond to these reviews, but I would appreciate your response to my concerns.

It was packaged well, without damage, although it took a little longer to arrive than I 'd hoped — standard, easy, step- by- step assembly. It has all the amenities one could wish for from the comfortable seat and back support to the attached desk with all it's different functions. Lots to love about this cycle. First, it's super easy to assemble. Second, it's super quiet! The quietest exercise machine I have. Third, very lightweight, so easily portable. I move it where I want it. Finally, it's really flexible, so it's great for multiple user. Two cons, though: 1) the seat is super hard! Too hard for my ample tushy, so I have to use a pillow. And 2) if you use a laptop, there is no room to use the cupholder. It does fit if you use a tablet, however.

I recently had total knee replacement surgery and developed complications with scar tissue build- up on the patella tendon, femur, and tibia. After undergoing a post- op knee manipulation to break up the scar tissue, I bought the Wirk cycle to use to keep my knee loose and to use it in the rehabilitation process. great deal for the money. Not a lot of fun to unpack and carry upstairs because it's built like a tank. It's easy to assemble except for the plastic trim which is not necessary and better off recycled. It was very stiff for the first two hours but then smoothed out and is easy to use as long as you put a pad on the seat. I 'm pleased with it as it works and cost half a much as the machine I was going. to buy. I use it 45 minutes a day every day and I expect it will outlast me.

I bought the teeter hang up in December because my wife has a bad back. I researched the teeter freestep because she uses a similar device in her physical therapy sessions and woth it missing a step this is amazing and she loves it and so do I. With decompressing after using the freestep on the days she doesn ’ t have therapy her back feels so much better and we couldn ’ t be happier. She missed 18 months of work due to an accident and now she is back and loving it all once again. Well worth all the money in the world to be almost pain free and losing weight and feeling better.

So far seems like a good bike for the price if you do n't need bells and whistles. Managed to assemble it myself within a couple hours. The highest resistance is n't as strong as on a more expensive machine, but I feel it enough when I 'm pedaling. It does wobble slightly when in use, and after a few sessions I have started to hear a clicking noise in the wheel, but neither has presented a problem in using the bike so far.

I am 79 years old and had heart surgery in March; my cardio PT recommended rehab. I used a cross trainer at the hospital and really enjoyed it. I decided to buy one. After researching what was available online and reading reviews, ordered the Free Step. It is a high quality heavy duty piece of equipment. It was not difficult to put together. and I am not mechanical; the pieces all fit together. In fact, I thought it must be German made( it is not). It runs smoothly and is very quiet. I am satisfied with my purchase. Comparing it to the cross trainer I used at the hospital, it i comparable in quality, but with fewer frills and much less expensive. My 14 and 7 year old also use it. And they love it. I ordered the ME 706 as well but I am waiting on my son to help me put it together. This is a great at- home bike. The quality is superb and it was not difficult to put together, especially if you 've adjusted a spin bike for your height before and know the basics of how the bike works( adjust seat/handle bar level, etc). The reasonable price is the cherry on top!

I go to the gym regularly, including at least two spinning classes a week. While this spinner is not quite as good as the$ 1000+ spinning bikes at the gym( which is logical given the price) it is very adequate for home use if you do n't have a gym membership, or when the weather is bad and/or you just do n't feel like running to the gym. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy and solid. Note- it weighs about 100 lbs in the box so you may need to get help moving it around. Pros: It has pretty much the same adjustments( seat height, seat adjustment from `` handlebars '', `` handlebar '' height, friction on the flywheel), and has four adjustable levelers for uneven floors. Very sturdy and smooth pedaling. Cons: Not really a big deal but the seat is a standard road bike/spinning seat. Does n't bother me but easily remedied by adding a padded bike seat cover. Also, as with most spinners, there are no electronics to measure speed, distance, etc. I use MyFitnessPal on my Android phone as well as Bitgym, a great app for virtual riding throughout the world in high def video. And lastly, it does not have a stand to place a tablet, phone, etc on the `` handlebars '' sturdily.

Really do like this. Only two things I would add. 1. Some type of rubber seat cover. The wrong type of pants and you 're sliding on the seat. 2. I smell an app. Some type of Marcy app to tap into to row along with. Simulate rowing against others. Something that would allow you to connect to your tablet.

Received my new recumbent cross trainer( SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly is n't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. Do n't let this stop you, the SBE420035 is a terrific piece of exercise equipment and Sunny Health is a fine company with excellent customer service. I 'm an 81 year old man who has been working out his whole life and am not easily impressed.
