I bought this a month ago and have put over 20 hours on it. Assembly was straightforward, taking me and my wife about 1 hour using the included tools. It is a large and heavy machine, so I 'd recommend assembling it in whatever room it will reside. The manual workout mode is very simple and quick to get moving: just plug in and press start. It shows a screen with a pin on a track showing your lap time, total time, distance, calories burned, speed and incline. Speed and incline can be adjusted with simple button pushes. The tread flows smoothly and needed no adjustment.( I did have to shift it around my room a little bit, as the tread is a bit sensitive if placed on an uneven floor... my first placement caused the tread to constantly shift to the side. Once I moved the machine to a flat spot, it has been fine all month.) The real magic is in the iFit software. The pre- recorded runs, walks, and hikes can be searched and sorted by intensity, duration, etc. Very nice if you 're like me: a desk jockey who is trying to finally get active. I have n't discovered all of the secrets of this treadmill or iFit, but I 'm excited to spend time on it; and that is a first for me. This is an incentivized review.

Running is fun again
I have had one of the larger treadmills from Nordic Track, and chose this one so that I could have something that is not so bulky. I was worried that it would not be stable, but I have been super impressed with the stability of the treadmill along with the motor and the running surface. The speed of the treadmill goes up to 12 mph and it also allows you to incline up to 12%. The only thing I miss from my last treadmill is the decline, which really was n't much. I love that this treadmill has a 10- inch display and Bluetooth capabilities. I have been obsessed with the IFit workouts. I am currently doing the trail series and LOVE the runs! I 've had the Cross Training Bike+ for nearly a month now. I enjoyed my original Bike so much, that I was concerned the `` upgrade '' would leave me disappointed- it has not. Any cons? I am still trying to dial in the right saddle, seat post, and bars settings, but am still getting some quality, comfortable rides. I am concerned by a small background, repetitive noise that is consistent with the revolution of the belt, but it has not affected the machine's performance that I can tell. How about the pros? The larger, rotating video screen is the best part in my opinion. Great sound from the Sonos speakers, and I can even feel the bass as far down as the pedals. Being able to rotate the screen, and flex it up and down, has made it so much easier to follow the different stretching classes, especially because I am working with a fairly small space. The video quality is much better, and the resolution of the larger screen is impressive. Delivery was much faster than expected- by a large measure- so that was sure appreciated. I have been lucky to be a Peloton rider for 5 1/2 years+ now, and the upgrade to the new model Bike+ has been a good investment for me.

As someone who just gave birth to my fourth child this treadmill has allowed me to begin to prioritize daily movement utilizing different functions and features of the treadmill. The installation/set up was very simple, meaning the directions were clear and easy to follow while also only needing an additional person for ease very few times during. I believe most men could set up by themselves with no additional help of another however an additional person is absolutely recommended. Setup took between 1. 5- 2 hours so not bad. This treadmills design looks fantastic. It ’s a little slimmer than our past treadmills but not in a negative way, still plenty of space on the belt while running or walking. The resolution and user interface is clearly of high quality. Navigating between apps and features the screen is seamless and the software is quick to deliver. What has impressed me the most is the quietness of the machine while in use and the speed and smooth transition between levels. I enjoy internal speed walking and this noticeably enhanced the features associated. The only feedback or con per se is that there is not a proper or good location to place a phone or tablet to watch during your workout. For most this won ’ t be an issue especially since you can utilize the apps that are included on the interface itself.

I have owned multiple treadmills and a few things have impressed me about this one. It is the quietest treadmill I have owned. Both the sound of the motor and the sound from my feet hitting the deck while running are not very loud. In addition the belt doesn ’ t slip and feels solid when running. For reference I am over 200 lbs and run at 7- 8mph. The only downside to this treadmill is that there is not a good spot to place a tablet or phone in front of you to watch shows while using the treadmill. I was able to use my ipad case to hang my ipad over the screen. The assembly was straightforward, but does require two people. I received this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

I love this walking pad it ’s compact and very sturdy. I don ’ t feel like I ’ m going to fall off like I do with the larger treadmills. I have mobility issues due to tight joints and inflammation since using this only two weeks I ’ ve already started to see an improvement in my walking and reduced swelling. It ’s very simple to put together and fold up. The remote is easy to use and the handles are great for safety. I recommend reading the instructions book before installing since I dropped it on my foot and almost crushed it because I didn ’ t read prior to opening it.

So far, I love this thing and use it 4/5 days a week. I speed walk at 4. 2 mph for an hour a day and even started jogging on it at 5. 2 mph. No complaints. The belt sometimes needs to be centered but that couldn ’ t be easier to do by hand. I think the bar controls were a necessary improvement, however. I just hope the motor holds up because I use it so much!

Awesome treadmill. I was looking for a small treadmill to replace an older and bulky one. This is perfect! It fits in the room nicely and the folding feature is ground literally breaking! Such a fantastic idea to have the whole treadmill literally fold in half and then up against a wall. Also zero assembly. Kudos to this company. The treadmill is super solid and very quiet. I have it sitting on a bike mat, and it is like walking/running on clouds. I love this machine. I have a small apartment and was getting tired of my elliptical taking up too much space. I wanted a foldable treadmill specifically so I could exercise in winter and bad weather without it always being in the way. This is easy to fold up and roll in and out of the closet when the weather does n't allow me to walk or bike outdoors. I 'm 235 lbs and have n't had any issues at all in the two weeks I 've been using it. And the elliptical is finally gone! The only thing keeping it from being perfect for my needs is the lack of an incline – it 'd be nice to be able to go uphill sometime. I started using this bike in past month and have really enjoyed it. The initial set up and installation was simple and the instructions provided were detailed enough for two individuals to put together in a timely manner. I was easily able to login with my ifit login and begin to explore the workout options. The fan power is an improvement to my other NordicTrack exercise equipment and you can tell this is just a high quality product by the look and feel. The seat was uncomfortable at first but with some padded bike shorts and getting used it, its no longer an issue. Let me just say that the initial few workouts were HARD for me, so challenging. I thought I could start at intermediate and realized pretty quickly that I was at a beginner level and have been able to work my way up. The programs offer incredible workouts and with consistency I have been able to progress and notice an increase in strength and endurance. I have been truly impressed by the functions and features of the bike, especially with the auto incline, decline and resistance. These workouts are so fun and I think this is genuinely worth the financial investment.

My experience for home gym bikes has been pretty basic until this upgrade. We had a very simple bike, before and it was n't really enjoyable to use. This bike has been a huge improvement on that. I did n't realize that bikes were even capable of doing what this bike does. I have thoroughly enjoyed the fact that the bike not only allows you to adjust resistance but also elevation. It gives riding it a very realistic feel, because as it adjust elevations, you can feel the resistance changing as well. I never expected that to work as well as it does and to make it feel much more like you are really riding outside. One other feature that has been a very pleasant surprise is how quiet the machine is. I work from home and I am in the same room as the bike, and my wife can workout on it and not bother me at all. It is also nice how easily the seat adjust to fit different people. Easy to turn knobs that make it so you can go higher/lower or forward/backward. A couple minor issues I have ran into, that have n't altered my opinion of the bike at all. The first is I have done a couple Ifit exercises on it and it does n't always link up right with the elevation adjustments on the workout. I have had to manually adjust elevation during the workout to match where the workout says it should be. It works probably 90% of the time, but I have had a few times where it has n't adjusted. The other is that everything, other than the resistance and elevation, are controlled by the touch screen. At times, during a harder workout, it can be a little difficult to make changes to some things if you chose to, but this is a very minor thing compared to what all you can do with the machine. Overall I have loved the machine. I have never liked riding a trainer bike indoors, but this has changed my opinion on that. This is an incentivized review.

This bike has made it so much easier to train indoors. I 've tried a couple of other indoor trainers and this has been the easiest and most comfortable to get on and set up. It starts up quickly and the screen is large and responsive. If you have the iFIT subscription you can watch Amazon and Netflix shows as well as follow thier pre recorded work outs that they film all around the world. The bike is comfortable to sit on and has some good adjustablility in the seat as far as height and even forward and back positioning of the seat. It makes it easy for my husband and I to use because it is so adjustable. I really like the fans as well because I can get a bit warm working out indoors. Putting the bike together when we got it was pretty easy. There are some pieces that can be a little heavy but are n't a problem if you have two people. Also Make sure to tighten both adjusment knobs on the seat or they squeak and pop a little during your ride. I love this bike and am very happy with it. If you are looking for something quiet and sleek as well as very adjustable, this is the right one. This is an incentivized review. My opinion is honest and unbiased.

This is the first bike I have owned but I have used many commercial bikes over the years. This one is very solid so you can pedal at higher speeds and at an incline without any worry. It is also very quiet, which is a big plus if you are working out while other people in your house are sleeping. The large touchscreen works well and is very nice. You feel very immersed in the iFit workouts. The bike is very adjustable and it's nice to have the resistance buttons on the handlebar so you can easily make changes. Overall, it is a great bike and I think anyone would be happy using it. The bike is easy and quick to put together but unless you are very strong you ’ ll need another person to help. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

The Trekpad is very simple to use and completely avoids gym membership which is challenging during winter in Maine. I like the readouts which provide a variety of information throughout the workout. Sturdy, nothing wobbles/rattles. Very quiet, I can watch TV on normal volume. The seat has nice cushion. Display is simple, easy to use. Assembly was more extensive than expected but easy enough for one person. I have a 27 '' inseam and the shortest setting only fits when I 'm wearing shoes, which is fine since bare foot would hurt( the peddles are spiky for grip). I would n't recommend this style( upright) over `` recumbent '' for anyone with back issues, since there's no backrest. Also this works out more than just your legs( glutes, abs, back, etc) where recumbent is just legs. The folding feature is nice but I actually do n't use it since the bike size is already compact.

I bought this gym NEW in 2001. It came with the Leg Press Station, and I added the MH30 Multi Hip Flexor Station, and bought the Body Solid Dip Station Tower as a separate free standing piece. The one station that I never felt really comfortable with was the Pectoral station. It always seemed awkward for me. I Loved, loved, loved the MH30 multi hip flexor station, though, just the best! The chest press was wonderful, especially loved it for mid rows. Very versatile for a lot of adjustments for a lot of exercise movements. My favorite was the late bar, bars and the triceps exercise that could be done there. Before buying I had looked around for about a year, trying gyms in the various fitness stores. I believe that I made the best choice for me with the Body Solid exm. 3000 LPS. A couple of neighbors helped to put it together for me, I added the MH30 about a week later, myself. I also used a couple of strength stretch bands with it, that I would loop around the upright of the Peck- Abdominal station.( I also really loved the ab- station, it really worked well for me) The bar on the floor for bracing feet for the low- row was also good to stand on for `` heel raises '' for developing the calves and ankles. There are so many more exercises that can be done with this gym machine that are shown with the brochures and poster that comes with it. It is also easy to clean and maintain, and after 15 years of daily use it still looked like new! I had a lot of admirers for this gym, which I had on the main floor of my house. Sadly, it had so many admirers that someone stole it from me this past December. A heartbreak. I would LOVE to get the same gym again, but unfortunately the hip flexor MH30 attachment/station is no longer made for this gym. The closest would be to get the G2B by Body Solid, which comes with its own small hip flexor attachment. The rest of the gym is not even close. Or, the next option would be to buy a separate Body Solid Pro Club SMH- 1500/2g for the hip flexor station... and buy a new or used Body Solid 3000 LPS. The Body Solid 3000LPS is the way to go, if you can find a used one with the MH30 Hip Flexor with it, grab it up, it is well worth it, and who knows... it MIGHT the one that was well used and loved by me!
