very easy to use and swap out spacers with standard plates. Using 10# plate stacks makes some movements awkward but if it changes your `` normal '' motion, it probably is a benefit using your muscle at a different angle. You can load more weight then recommended but I 'm sure the stated 30# of plate is for a built in safety factor. It appears to be very sturdy.

I highly recommend this kettlebell to anyone needing several different weights for a home gym. They are sturdy, and the spacer plates are removable so you can adjust the weight from 15 pounds( just the top handle) to 45 pounds easily with 5 lb weights. Like the first review says, you need to buy the 5 lb weights to add to the existing 20 lb assembled kettlebell. Get standard plates( 1 '' hole), not Olympic plates with the 2 '' hole. This set will save you hundreds of dollars compared to having 7 or 8 separate kettlebells. I bought two for 2- handed exercises, so I will be doubling my savings.

Kudos for Dick's fixing the description to be clear. I did n't want lots of different bells laying around to produce different combinations. You also have the option of buying only what you need since the solid bells are very expensive in my opinion. My wife loves these bells. If you change your workout, you can buy more weight and add it. My old 5lb dumbbell weights work as well. They are similar diameter so I was able to use some of my existing stock laying around. It provides extra buoyancy, supporting your torso, to keep you stable and vertical in the water. This floatation belt has a really long adjustable strap and buckle, and fit both me and my partner when adjusted correctly, and had no issue keeping us afloat when we each tried it. It is also very comfortable! It did not snag on our bathing suits. The webbed gloves fit me very well and have an adjustable Velcro strap to lock them down in place. They ’ re for adding resistance while working out your upper body with the dumbbells. The dumbbells are very light out of the water, as they ’ re foam, and very portable! It was easy taking them to and from the pool in between workouts. I really enjoyed using the dumbbells underwater! It ’s a fun yet relaxing workout. If you have back problems or have tremors like me, I highly recommend trying Aquafitness. I had the air version and upgraded to this one with air and magnetic resistance. It ’s an upgrade for sure with resistance. Less productive at the 30 minute mark. Only concern with this product is longevity as the volute spring went on the prior model. But I stayed with Sunny as the overall product is good and it lasted long enough to where I don ’ t feel it was a financial loss. I used it often. I 'm 6 feet 4, 230 pounds and it handles my weight with no problem as well as providing plenty of range of motion. One of my favorite things is that it takes up very little space. I ’ ve used this 2x since purchasing/setting up, and so far no issues! I ’ m a middle aged woman- who isn ’ t too handy- but set this up without the help of my husband. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.
