very easy to use and swap out spacers with standard plates. Using 10# plate stacks makes some movements awkward but if it changes your `` normal '' motion, it probably is a benefit using your muscle at a different angle. You can load more weight then recommended but I 'm sure the stated 30# of plate is for a built in safety factor. It appears to be very sturdy.

I highly recommend this kettlebell to anyone needing several different weights for a home gym. They are sturdy, and the spacer plates are removable so you can adjust the weight from 15 pounds( just the top handle) to 45 pounds easily with 5 lb weights. Like the first review says, you need to buy the 5 lb weights to add to the existing 20 lb assembled kettlebell. Get standard plates( 1 '' hole), not Olympic plates with the 2 '' hole. This set will save you hundreds of dollars compared to having 7 or 8 separate kettlebells. I bought two for 2- handed exercises, so I will be doubling my savings.

I read many negative comments about this product due to the fact that it comes with spacers rather than plates but one review indicated that the spacers could be filled with sand so I placed my order. I was able to fill the spacers which gives some flexibility in terms of weight. Eventually I will still get a few plates so I can use a combination of plates and spacers but in the meantime this works perfectly.

I 've been using it 3 times a week for around 30- 40 minutes over the past 2 weeks. I incorporate 5- 10 pound dumbbells into my workouts and `` wow '' can I feel the burn. I have gained over 30 pounds from menopause and this stepper has helped me fit into my jeans a lot easier. The product would be better if it allowed greater depth in the steps and a better quality calorie counter. It's kind of a pain to keep resetting the counter after every workout. I did notice some squeaking when I adjusted the knob on the front. It might be something that I can fix with WD40 or bolt grease. I had the air version and upgraded to this one with air and magnetic resistance. It ’s an upgrade for sure with resistance. Less productive at the 30 minute mark. Only concern with this product is longevity as the volute spring went on the prior model. But I stayed with Sunny as the overall product is good and it lasted long enough to where I don ’ t feel it was a financial loss. I used it often. Fingers crossed this last 2+ years with almost daily use.

The only issue I have noticed is the pedal spacing is farther apart than what I was used to on my very simple and little hydraulic machine by SunnyHealth. But the drive is smooth, the ride is more comfortable because of the fan. and the padded seat. I use this with HOLODIA app on Quest 2 and really enjoy rowing. The main piece is pre- asasembled. I should have done more research before buying. This bike is not pedal assist at all. The motor is basically useless as it does not provide any assistance while pedaling. If you have your feet on the pedals but do n't pedal, it does not move no matter what level you are on.. I ordered for my wife who has bad knees and was hoping it would assist her in pedaling but unfortunately it does n't. It will work for her somewhat but it's not what i thought it would be. With that said we will probably keep it. I did give 4 stars though. because it was my mistake for not doing my homework. If you are looking for a pedal assist bike however, this is not.

I downloaded the exercise poster provided from the BOSU website/mentioned in the packaging for extra inspiration. So far I 've been doing a lot of my normal exercises with this( push ups, squats, lunges, abs) and it's really challenged me! I 'm excited to start with more dynamic exercises soon to better emulate the challenges of skiing too. I love exercising on this Eliptical. Easy on my joints. I can do a light workout or a cardio workout. The Sunnyfit trainers have several workouts on the app that are amazing. I waited to do this review to see if I have any issues. The only thing that comes to mind is it does n't like going in reverse like my Orbitrek did.

I ’ ve used this 2x since purchasing/setting up, and so far no issues! I ’ m a middle aged woman- who isn ’ t too handy- but set this up without the help of my husband. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.
