I have been using this equipment for over 12 years. I have put it to hard use both inside and out in nature, over tree limbs and pull up bars. It has held up remarkably well. It is also useful as isometric straps. I keep it in a bag in my car when I go on my month long road trips. Originally I owned the first version( which I still have and use) but this version is even better because the straps are wider, the handles allow for comfortable foot straps, which allows for some potent lower body exercises. I received Stamina's InMotion Compact Strider as a birthday gift almost a month ago. As a former personal trainer, I was pleasantly surprised when such a small, lightweight, and inexpensive machine could provide such a wonderful workout. I also love the convenience of this product. It is completely self- powered, except for the battery- operated step/time/calorie/distance counter, easy to put together, and even easier to use. It is also versatile. You can stride forwards and backwards while standing, with or without the resistance bands, and you can also turn the product around and stride forward and backwards while seated. You can literally burn calories while sitting on your couch watching TV. One more thing that I love about Stamina's Strider is, that while standing, you automatically engage your core muscles and get an ab workout in addition to your legs( and arms if you are using the bands)!

Easy Exerciser
My husband and I have tried to exercise, but busy lives just got in the way. So we thought we would try something that we could use during a time we were doing something else~ ok, while we were watching TV! It has gotten us to do some form of exercise and that is what we were needing. Also, with our 'aches and pains' of getting older, it is super easy to set up and use. We trade off, and that is the only 'complaint' we have. I think we may have to get another one! It is perfect for those who have a hard time going to a gym, or finding a regular time slot to get out on the trail, or for anyone who has the pains of getting old but still needs to exercise. It is stable on the floor, does not move or jerk while pedaling, and is lightweight enough to lift for even the weakest of arm muscles. It is a good product.

I was looking for more than just a pull- up bar when I found the Fortress power tower. I am very pleased with this so far. It's a little pricey, but worth the money- it's a quality product that is well made and designed. It's packed with several features that you normally do n't find with ordinary power towers( especially at this price point) and all of those features are great for incorporating into my at- home work outs. I used to use a 1 inch pipe in the rafters of my garage to do pullups and then I saw this product. I bought it and what a difference. There are all kinds of variations of pull ups and chin ups you can do as well as dips, leg lifts and plyo jumps. The fortress is well build and well worth the money.

I bought this a few months ago and I keep it in my office. First, let me start by saying that I did a lot of research on these machines and this is the one I kept coming back to. It was a little more expensive than the others I had seen, but the craftsmanship and smoothness of this machine is far better than any others I had seen and tested. It was easy to assemble and the directions for use are simple. I am so pleased with how smooth this machine is. The timer, counter and calorie counter really help keep me motivated. It's a wonderful workout machine for those of us with `` desk jobs. '' Best part is.... I 've never used it sitting down, although you can, I 'm able to stand and pedal which has proven to be a great core exercise too. Great machine!

The machine is smooth and very quiet. I have owned 3 spinner bikes, and I find this to have almost an identical motion and feel, except it is much quieter, more compact, and less expensive. I sometime place a chair in front with it's back to me, and it is similar to the handlebars on a bike( also if you need balance the chair serves this purpose). I did n't think I would use the Strider while sitting; However, sometimes I have completed my workout, but the movie or TV program in front of me has n't finished, so I turn the strider around sit down and pedal rather than just sitting in front of the TV. This is one of those purchases that has proved to be better than I expected.

I love this rower. The seat is comfortable and the resistance is great. The full arm rotation feels great and I love using the videos with it. The HR Monitor does not come with it and is separate, but I use my watch and it ’s fine. Assembly was tricky and required two people, but quick. The operation is very quiet, except the pedals click clack. The device looks sleek and I have plenty of room to slide all the way back. My husband is 6 ’ 1 and had no issues. I have a tough time keeping my feet in the pedals if my shoes are too wide or sole too thick. It ’s tricky starting the session and holding the rowers with the phone in the clamp. The water bottle holder is large. The metric display is small and can be difficult to read the legend, but once you get used to it, it ’s fine. The actual numbers are displayed in much bigger format. Overall I really love it and am glad I bought it.

Love this bar! I like the 36 '' length. It is more versatile than my much shorter X3 bar, which I paid$ 500 for. It's also short enough to work out in tight spaces and breaks apart to fit in a suit case. I use it with my tube bands and my pilates reformer. Using it with a door anchor opens a myriad of options beyond what is recommended in the accompanying brochure. I 'm able to hit all muscle groups. I feel great after working out with it.

The instructions are clear and concise, the parts are easy to identify or in a blister pack that has them clearly marked. It's a decent addition to a home gym where budget is a consideration. this bench was easy to assemble. It is light, so also easy to move. I use it to lift handheld weights and do bench dips. I have ordered weight brackets and will soon be able to use a bar and weights to do bench press. I am only 110 lbs and 5' 3 '' so it if fine for my size and weight. Not sure if a 200lb lifter would like it as much.

This piece of machinery is amazing, I have yet to go to the gym after I got this. Works great and has pretty much everything you need besides leg attachments but can do squat and deadlifts so its not a necessary thing. Overall this Cage is amazing and very sturdy.
