I like many amateurs do not always have time to hit the range before a round of golf. However- I purchased each of the two versions, the long one for me and the short one for my wife, who is about 5 feet tall. The grip is the same for both lengths and this is a poor decision by the manufacturer. Short people( like my wife) generally have smaller hands and the grip on the short model is way too big for her. I 'll have to change it for a grip size similar to the one on her golf clubs.

This LX9 Inversion Table is great. I have only had it for a short time and I feel much better. My diagnosis is spinal stenosis. Before purchasing I asked my pain management surgeon and my physical therapist what they thought about inversion tables. They both replied that I could try it and see. I thought about it for a while and I 'm glad I decided to buy it. I use mine at least once daily for 5 to 10 minutes and have noticed a big improvement. I do n't typically write reviews but today I was feeling like paying it forward. This massage roller is the best out there, and I have tried so many types. I bought one for my son, my husband, my father... you name it. The grooves in the bar help penetrate deep into the muscle and bring blood flow to the area. The handles are superb. The bar does n't pinch your skin, pull your hair or feel like it will break. Superb product!
