My PT had me use this in physical therapy. Put it on the floor, roll your stocking foot over it for 3 minutes. AMAZINGLY fast results. Nice that this is weighted as it really helps it to not move around. But not good if you are picking it up for exercises or bouncing it. It really does n't bounce. So consider whether or not you are going to pick it up for exercises before buying it. Good, heavy construction. You will probably have to inflate it twice, as the thickness takes a little time to stretch to full diameter. Kind of a specialty product, but I like it.

Let me start by saying that I was looking for a reasonably priced reformer that folds up for storage and uses real springs instead of cords. I searched for hours online, and this is the only one that met those specifications. I was a little hesitant at first because there were n't any reviews for it at the time I purchased it. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to assemble and how well it works for the price! Now to get into the details... It was packaged well and nothing was damaged during shipping. It was super easy to assemble! You do need two people to unfold it since it is somewhat heavy, but after that you just screw in some knobs to attach the foot bar, shoulder pads, etc. The carriage is wide and actually quite long. I was worried because the foot bar does n't adjust at all, but I am 5' 9 '' with long legs and was much more comfortable doing foot work on this reformer than any I 've used in a studio. I 've done reformer Pilates in studios for years, and I find the four available springs provide more than enough resistance for what I need. A couple minor cons and things to watch out for( none of these bother me enough to reduce my 5- star rating though!): The carriage glides smoothly on the rails for the most part. I found it was catching a bit on the crease where the reformer folds up, but once I fixed the rope/straps to the correct length, I found I hardly ever go out that far with the carriage anyway. That being said, be sure to read the instructions and ensure your ropes/straps are at the right length! It was much better after I did that. There is n't a metal rod/hook to hold the straps, so I have to either put them on the floor next to the carriage or hook them around the shoulder pads which is uncomfortable on my shoulders. The shoulder pads are n't fully secured( you just pop them in the holes), so they occasionally pop off when I try to get the straps off them. Not a big deal; I just pop them back in. They have n't ever popped off mid- exercise. There is some noise when I move the carriage, but it mostly just sounds like new wheels on shiny new metal. I 'm hoping it will go away with time, but it's really not that bothersome if it does n't. Overall, now that I have it properly set up, it works very well for the exercises I need. For an inexpensive at home reformer that folds for storage and uses real springs, this one is absolutely fantastic! I 'm so glad I bought it!

I used to do the pilates floor routines, but couldnt get motivated to keep doing it over time. I ’ ve researched home reformers off and on for a few years now. After reading the reviews for this one I finally made my choice. Its well made with springs not cords, and it folds up. The wheels were a little squeaky, but I just wiped the tracks and wheels off with a dry rag, then put a small amout of coconut oil the length of the track. That seems to have stopped the noise. So far I love it and want to use it every day! They could have included a dvd video instead of just downloads to phone. That ’s my only complaint. Someday if I wear it out I ’ d love to have the whole setup on a platform with a cadillac.

Recently upgraded to this new Pilates machine from Stamina products. We have had an earlier model, the Stamina Products JP4500, for around 15 years and the only thing we recently replaced were the rollers. Impressed with their reliability we ordered this product. We had a few minor issues primarily related to the shipment but Connie from customer service went above and beyond to address them to our complete satisfaction. The assembly of the product was relatively easy and I was able to complete it leisurely in about 45 minutes. All the tools are provided and the assembly instructions are clear. The product itself is great and compares very favorably to the professional equipment we use at the Gym, for a fraction of the price. In addition to the usual features this also has the Rebounder that gives you a great cardio workout. It comes with a work out wall poster( and videos) that are simple to do and exercise almost every part of your body including legs, abdominals, hips, obliques, thighs etc. In just a week of use my wife and I notice a significant improvement in our flexibility and muscle strength. The cushion pad is wider than what we had with the older model and very comfortable. We also bought the optional pull up bar and that provides even more exercise possibilities. It's not often that you get a great product that is matched with excellent customer service, particularly in these trying times. However this AeroPilates Reformer from Stamina is one of them.

I 've been exercising with it for six weeks and already notice a big difference( for the better) in how my clothes fit, how strong I feel and how tall and lean I feel. About a month prior to my purchase I developed some issues walking. I could n't stand up straight when I gott out of bed and I was feeling pain in my leg when I walked. I had had back issues years ago and I recognized the symtoms so I decided to get a Teeter inversion table. I assembled it in 20 minutes and read the instruction manul before using it. I saw results after the first use, which wa a five minute session. I was able to walk with no pain. I have been using it daily no for over a month and I am getting up and standing straight again with no pain in my leg when I walk now. I am also up to 15 minute seesions and able to go fully inverted.

The Teeter is literally saving my life. I could n't afford to see the chiropractor 3x a week to get my spine straightened out- due to stress and the pressure of sitting all day. I could n't even bend over to lift the toilet seat lid without intense pain! There is definitely a learning curve but if you ease your way in and follow the instructions, you 'll be on your way. A month in and I am realizing how many basic things were causing me pain and wearing me out on a daily basis- because the pain is now either greatly minimized, or simply is n't there any longer! Started out on 1- 2 min 3x a day, now 2- 4 minutes 1x a day, and beginning on strengthening exercises. HIGHLY recommend!
