I 've been using it 3 times a week for around 30- 40 minutes over the past 2 weeks. I incorporate 5- 10 pound dumbbells into my workouts and `` wow '' can I feel the burn. The product would be better if it allowed greater depth in the steps and a better quality calorie counter. It's kind of a pain to keep resetting the counter after every workout. I did notice some squeaking when I adjusted the knob on the front. It might be something that I can fix with WD40 or bolt grease. I have to say, I am happily surprised with this Elliptical. First and foremost for me, a priority is the absolute lack of squeaking, grinding, grating or squealing noise when in operation. I bought it because it was labelled `` Ultra Silent '' and I was certain I would be horribly disappointed. Color me exceptionally wrong( and that is a rarity in my existence) because so far, smooth, and quiet beyond belief. Easy to assemble and up and running in about 30 minutes. It fit in the tiny weird alcove in my living room and my head does n't hit the ceiling which was my fear. I do not have to move the unit to use it due to the cleverly designed compact size. The next test will be continued usage and if the silent factor is maintained.

I ’ ve used this 2x since purchasing/setting up, and so far no issues! I ’ m a middle aged woman- who isn ’ t too handy- but set this up without the help of my husband. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.

I 've had my rower now for several months and initially had issues with the meter not connecting to the app. I had replaced another rowing machine in favor of this one to specifically connect to the app. Sunny Fitness sent a replacement meter and everything has been working great ever since. We have had a regular Sunny bike for about 8 years now and have loved it!! But my husband now has Parkinson's disease which is affecting his legs most of all. So a recumbent bike is necessary for him to keep riding. The fact that he can easily step in front of the seat without having to hike his leg over the machine to straddle the seat is a game changer for him. I chose this model partly for that reason. I chose Sunny because the quality of my original bike was great, and a few years ago when I had a bearing wear out, it was easy to get a replacement and YouTube videos enabled us to do the maintenance on it ourselves, even as 70- year olds! I am also loving the World Tour tracks and the fact that with the SunnyFit app it can automatically change resistance as you ride if you want it to do that. You ca n't beat the price of these bikes for the quality!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Well made and not difficult to put together. Bought this bike for my wife to rehab a pretty bad fractured tibia. This bike kept the weight off her leg allowing her to build up strength and achieve full extension. We both use this to workout and fight off Father Time. The Trekpad is very simple to use and completely avoids gym membership which is challenging during winter in Maine. I like the readouts which provide a variety of information throughout the workout. I broke one minor piece getting the treadmill out of the box, so I will be calling Sunny H& F to see if they can send me another arm rest. For someone who is not mechanical and has a ways to go fitness- wise, this is an excellent, cost- effective purchase. It's compact enough to move around if you need to. I am loving my new recumbent. The two problems that I have with it are not by any stretch of the imagination deal breakers, but minor annoyances. My first minor complaint is that I ca n't put any amount of weight on the rear handlebar without it sliding all the way down. There's only that one screw to tighten up and that does n't keep it from sliding all the way down when weight is put on it. Being a retired mechanical engineer, it's swivel point could be redesigned to incorporate some sort of ratcheting or indexing to keep it in position when loaded. Now for my last issue. Where it's located in my condo it does n't get a lot of light, especially in the evening. During the day I do n't have an issue, but at night I ca n't read the display. Unless I 'm missing something the display should be backlit. I 've been trying to rig up a little led light to fasten to the console to illuminate it but have n't found anything yet. So if you guys have any way of doing it I 'd appreciate it. Thanks for listening. I do n't know if you respond to these reviews, but I would appreciate your response to my concerns.

The bike has a space- saving size, but yet it has a 300 lb. rating. It was packaged well, without damage, although it took a little longer to arrive than I 'd hoped — standard, easy, step- by- step assembly. Working remotely and sometimes sitting up to 10 hours a day, needed some thing to use when I ’ m not able to take the dog out for long walks. I broke four vertebrae a few years ago on slush so when it ’s cold and snowy, I ’ m staying indoors. Squats hurt my knees after a bit so I tried this. I absolutely love it! Delivery was super fast and well packed, booklet a little confusing, so I found assembly online which helped. If you look at both ends of the wires, you will see which side is the connector clip that you need. That was my hold up but I put it together myself in about 15 minutes. Since you are not supposed to use it longer than 15 minutes at a stretch, I jump on it in the morning and the evening and only do about five minutes each time. Within a couple of days, I felt a difference and that tiny bit of cellulite my thighs were getting starting to fade. It ’s only been a week. And I ’ m 63. This sits in the corner of my room and it ’s quiet. I prefer the one with the handle and I could set my phone in the little holder if I want to use music. Highly recommend. Sometimes Amazon has a great deal on it. But I got the Smart stepper in black( I did not want the mini or one with arm bands, I, like the handlebar stability). My husband liked it too!
