I bought this a month ago and have put over 20 hours on it. Assembly was straightforward, taking me and my wife about 1 hour using the included tools. It is a large and heavy machine, so I 'd recommend assembling it in whatever room it will reside. The manual workout mode is very simple and quick to get moving: just plug in and press start. It shows a screen with a pin on a track showing your lap time, total time, distance, calories burned, speed and incline. Speed and incline can be adjusted with simple button pushes. The tread flows smoothly and needed no adjustment.( I did have to shift it around my room a little bit, as the tread is a bit sensitive if placed on an uneven floor... my first placement caused the tread to constantly shift to the side. Once I moved the machine to a flat spot, it has been fine all month.) The real magic is in the iFit software. The pre- recorded runs, walks, and hikes can be searched and sorted by intensity, duration, etc. Very nice if you 're like me: a desk jockey who is trying to finally get active. I have n't discovered all of the secrets of this treadmill or iFit, but I 'm excited to spend time on it; and that is a first for me. This is an incentivized review.

Running is fun again
I have had one of the larger treadmills from Nordic Track, and chose this one so that I could have something that is not so bulky. I was worried that it would not be stable, but I have been super impressed with the stability of the treadmill along with the motor and the running surface. The speed of the treadmill goes up to 12 mph and it also allows you to incline up to 12%. The only thing I miss from my last treadmill is the decline, which really was n't much. I love that this treadmill has a 10- inch display and Bluetooth capabilities. I have been obsessed with the IFit workouts. I am currently doing the trail series and LOVE the runs! After years of running both casually and training for marathons, I 've got to say this treadmill impresses me. The build quality is solid, and it runs super smooth compared to others I 've used. Really love having the decline option- it's something I 've wanted for a while and it makes indoor training feel much more like the real thing. Screen could be bigger and I wish I could tilt it, especially during longer runs. Interface gets a bit finicky when you 're really sweating on it too. Assembly was pretty straightforward- did most of it myself but definitely appreciated having help with some of the bigger pieces. I was excited to use the NordicTrack X16 to help me train for the hiking season, and it ’s been fantastic. The incline/decline feature is exactly what I was looking for — it challenges me with steep climbs and makes me feel like I ’ m walking real trails. I can already tell my stamina is improving. The iFit challenges are another highlight. I ’ ve been “ traveling ” through California while I work out, and the scenery keeps me motivated. The giant screen is so immersive. So far, I have loved the motivational dialog with the the iFit fitness trainers. They are relatable, real, and discuss how we can change everyday moments to improve our fitness. I bought this product in store after trying out the floor model. I am 6'4 '' and have a 36 inseam and needed a bike that would fit me. It advertised support for up to a 36 inseam and I can use the bike comfortably with the seat all the way up, so I am satisfied with that. Assembly was not too much effort. I followed the instructions and it maybe took an hour and a half to get it all assembled and everything cleaned up. Just screw driver, allen wrench, and wrench turning. This bike features magnetic resistance and this works quite well. It is very quiet compared to other bikes I have tried and I have no trouble watching a show while riding. The resistance control knob is not very precise and you may have to dial it back and forth a bit to get the resistance that you want. The bike comes with a bluetooth arm band to measure your pulse. I find that this works well. It has a charging cable that attaches to the data screen on the bike and is easy to keep charged. The power cable for the unit just kind of dangles on the floor beneath the bike and I was worried that I would snag it so I zip tied it to the bottom of the bike frame to keep it out of the way. It does limit how far away you can be from an electrical outlet unless you want to run an extension cord. I have not tried to use the app as I mainly just target a heart- rate for a certain amount of time and for this the bike entirely meets my needs. I like the bike and so far I have no buyer's remorse.

I ’ ve been waiting to purchase the Schwinn indoor bike when I first discovered the IC2. My sister- in- law has the IC3 and liked the ride. I researched other brands and even considered buying a converter for my outdoor bike. I am happy that I purchased the Schwinn IC4! This model includes a pair of 3 lb weight that fit near the handle bars for upper body use. The handle bars are also great if you need to lean in and pump it up! There is a place for your electronic device to keep your mind busy if you need it. The pedaling is smooth and quiet. The knob is easy to grip and turn for increasing or decreasing the resistance. I am not a thin person and the seat is a bit hard for me after about 20 minutes, so I purchased a cover to soften the pain on my bony areas from riding. I ’ m sure most indoor bikes have these thin hard seats so this is not a deal breaker at all! I ’ ve replaced my outdoor bike seat, too. While other companies may have the bike in stock for delivery, I trust Dick ’s and pick up was easy! I can ’ t provide the ease of assembly because my husband picked up the bike and assembled most of it before arriving home. I highly recommend this Schwinn IC4 if you are looking for a great indoor ride!

I 've had the Cross Training Bike+ for nearly a month now. I enjoyed my original Bike so much, that I was concerned the `` upgrade '' would leave me disappointed- it has not. Any cons? I am still trying to dial in the right saddle, seat post, and bars settings, but am still getting some quality, comfortable rides. I am concerned by a small background, repetitive noise that is consistent with the revolution of the belt, but it has not affected the machine's performance that I can tell. How about the pros? The larger, rotating video screen is the best part in my opinion. Great sound from the Sonos speakers, and I can even feel the bass as far down as the pedals. Being able to rotate the screen, and flex it up and down, has made it so much easier to follow the different stretching classes, especially because I am working with a fairly small space. The video quality is much better, and the resolution of the larger screen is impressive. Delivery was much faster than expected- by a large measure- so that was sure appreciated. I have been lucky to be a Peloton rider for 5 1/2 years+ now, and the upgrade to the new model Bike+ has been a good investment for me.

I started using this bike in past month and have really enjoyed it. The initial set up and installation was simple and the instructions provided were detailed enough for two individuals to put together in a timely manner. I was easily able to login with my ifit login and begin to explore the workout options. The fan power is an improvement to my other NordicTrack exercise equipment and you can tell this is just a high quality product by the look and feel. The seat was uncomfortable at first but with some padded bike shorts and getting used it, its no longer an issue. Let me just say that the initial few workouts were HARD for me, so challenging. I thought I could start at intermediate and realized pretty quickly that I was at a beginner level and have been able to work my way up. The programs offer incredible workouts and with consistency I have been able to progress and notice an increase in strength and endurance. I have been truly impressed by the functions and features of the bike, especially with the auto incline, decline and resistance. These workouts are so fun and I think this is genuinely worth the financial investment.

My experience for home gym bikes has been pretty basic until this upgrade. We had a very simple bike, before and it was n't really enjoyable to use. This bike has been a huge improvement on that. I did n't realize that bikes were even capable of doing what this bike does. I have thoroughly enjoyed the fact that the bike not only allows you to adjust resistance but also elevation. It gives riding it a very realistic feel, because as it adjust elevations, you can feel the resistance changing as well. I never expected that to work as well as it does and to make it feel much more like you are really riding outside. One other feature that has been a very pleasant surprise is how quiet the machine is. I work from home and I am in the same room as the bike, and my wife can workout on it and not bother me at all. It is also nice how easily the seat adjust to fit different people. Easy to turn knobs that make it so you can go higher/lower or forward/backward. A couple minor issues I have ran into, that have n't altered my opinion of the bike at all. The first is I have done a couple Ifit exercises on it and it does n't always link up right with the elevation adjustments on the workout. I have had to manually adjust elevation during the workout to match where the workout says it should be. It works probably 90% of the time, but I have had a few times where it has n't adjusted. The other is that everything, other than the resistance and elevation, are controlled by the touch screen. At times, during a harder workout, it can be a little difficult to make changes to some things if you chose to, but this is a very minor thing compared to what all you can do with the machine. Overall I have loved the machine. I have never liked riding a trainer bike indoors, but this has changed my opinion on that. This is an incentivized review.

This bike has made it so much easier to train indoors. I 've tried a couple of other indoor trainers and this has been the easiest and most comfortable to get on and set up. It starts up quickly and the screen is large and responsive. If you have the iFIT subscription you can watch Amazon and Netflix shows as well as follow thier pre recorded work outs that they film all around the world. The bike is comfortable to sit on and has some good adjustablility in the seat as far as height and even forward and back positioning of the seat. It makes it easy for my husband and I to use because it is so adjustable. I really like the fans as well because I can get a bit warm working out indoors. Putting the bike together when we got it was pretty easy. There are some pieces that can be a little heavy but are n't a problem if you have two people. Also Make sure to tighten both adjusment knobs on the seat or they squeak and pop a little during your ride. I love this bike and am very happy with it. If you are looking for something quiet and sleek as well as very adjustable, this is the right one. This is an incentivized review. My opinion is honest and unbiased.

This is the first bike I have owned but I have used many commercial bikes over the years. This one is very solid so you can pedal at higher speeds and at an incline without any worry. It is also very quiet, which is a big plus if you are working out while other people in your house are sleeping. The large touchscreen works well and is very nice. You feel very immersed in the iFit workouts. The bike is very adjustable and it's nice to have the resistance buttons on the handlebar so you can easily make changes. Overall, it is a great bike and I think anyone would be happy using it. The bike is easy and quick to put together but unless you are very strong you ’ ll need another person to help. I 've tried a lot of different elliptical machines, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried the Nordic Track Elite FS16i elliptical! One of my favorite features on this machine is that each foot pedal is free- moving so that you can adjust your stride. It's great for shorter people like me, but it also gives me the flexibility to adjust my workout level just based on how I 'm feeling each day. It has an amazing tablet that connects to the iFit program but you can also download a selection of personal apps to watch shows while you workout. I like that you can adjust the incline and resistance on the hand bars so they are in easy reach. Even on the lowest setting, it provides a great workout. I was sweating in no time! This is a great elliptical machine for any home gym!

It has been years since I have been to the gym, but when I went, I never used any other cardio machine other than the elliptical. We have never owned one in our home. I worried about the space and if it would fit. I was very wrong. Even at full stride, it fits really well into our small- bedroom home gym. I feel like I can get a full stride with no issue. Using the resistance and incline controls right on the hand bars is probably my favorite feature though. One of the things that I liked about this elliptical was that the pedals were not stuck in one place so that you could adjust your stride length- this let people of different height be able to use the machine comfortably. It also means the overall length of the machine feels shorter than other ellipticals, which makes the machine fit better in a home setting. This machine gives a great workout- even on a basic setting. While you can use it without a subscription to the iFit network, to get the most out of it, you 'll probably want to subscribe to the iFit service- I did enjoy the iFit workouts that I participated in.

I ’ ve used this 2x since purchasing/setting up, and so far no issues! I ’ m a middle aged woman- who isn ’ t too handy- but set this up without the help of my husband. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.

I love this rower. The seat is comfortable and the resistance is great. The full arm rotation feels great and I love using the videos with it. The HR Monitor does not come with it and is separate, but I use my watch and it ’s fine. Assembly was tricky and required two people, but quick. The operation is very quiet, except the pedals click clack. The device looks sleek and I have plenty of room to slide all the way back. My husband is 6 ’ 1 and had no issues. I have a tough time keeping my feet in the pedals if my shoes are too wide or sole too thick. It ’s tricky starting the session and holding the rowers with the phone in the clamp. The water bottle holder is large. The metric display is small and can be difficult to read the legend, but once you get used to it, it ’s fine. The actual numbers are displayed in much bigger format. Overall I really love it and am glad I bought it.

I live in Panama and found this bike at a local store. I 've been missing spin rides a lot, so I bought one. I have n't tried the iFIT option yet, but that's a nice bonus. As for the bike itself, here are my thoughts. 1. Buy a seat cover. Seriously. Get one right now because you will not want to ride without it. I have done spin for years, owned 2 different bikes in the states, went to classes, and use every bike I find in a hotel gym. I 've never experienced a seat as uncomfortable as this one. 2. The gears are smooth but the resistance is n't as high as expected. At level 13/16 I was still in my seat peddling. I think for most people who are looking for a more affordable bike, this is perfect. I would like a little more tension. 3. Set up is super simple but getting it out of the box was harder. The box says to just lift it out after removing some Styrofoam. LOL- no. 4. Buy 3 AA batteries. You ca n't use the bike without them. I thought this was weird. I expected the tension to be on the base of the bike. Instead, you can only use the buttons on the display. It makes setting gear super easy BUT-- and this is important-- it means your phone/tablet covers the display. I know they want you to use the iFIT option, but I have my own app that I 've used for YEARS. It's affordable with incredible workouts and great instructors. So I ended up having my phone locked into the little holder( this is a nice feature, btw) but half off the display just so I could access the buttons. 5. I need to read on this, but while riding I tried to lock the display and could n't find a way to do that. I may be doing something wrong, but if you can lock the display( e. g., time, speed, etc.) then it's not intuitive. Overall, I think this is a solid low/mid- range bike. If you 're looking for a ride similar to what you will get from a$ XXXX bike, this is n't it, but it' competes with every lower cost bike I 've ever used. I 'm giving it 4 star when comparing it with similar cost bikes. Removing a star because I had to buy a new seat after one ride and because I had to steal from the remote and a clock just to get the batteries for a morning ride. 6. Super quiet. This is a huge plus. My bike back in the states gets loud when the tension is up.

I have to say, I am happily surprised with this Elliptical. First and foremost for me, a priority is the absolute lack of squeaking, grinding, grating or squealing noise when in operation. I bought it because it was labelled `` Ultra Silent '' and I was certain I would be horribly disappointed. Color me exceptionally wrong( and that is a rarity in my existence) because so far, smooth, and quiet beyond belief. Easy to assemble and up and running in about 30 minutes. It fit in the tiny weird alcove in my living room and my head does n't hit the ceiling which was my fear. I do not have to move the unit to use it due to the cleverly designed compact size. The next test will be continued usage and if the silent factor is maintained.

When building the machine it takes a while but it's worth it in the end. Step by step to build. It's the right size that if you make space for it's worth it. I use it regularly for exercise for cardo. Workouts are easy and I highly recommend the resistance. It's a self investment. Please be aware that some of the leg pieces that hold the machine up will come out. But you can always pop them back in. Be kind to yourself and the machine it's worth it.

So far nice elliptical, size is better than I thought, had a problem with assembly. Tension wire in main frame was inaccessible, had to purchase a pair of 11 inch needle nose pliers to reach it. Reached out to Sunny for help with this they sent me a video of how to connect it, which I already knew how to do, so that was a waste. But other than that that so far so good.

I don ’ t remember the brand of equipment or I would have purchased it again. This piece of equipment isn ’ t as sturdy as the one I used to have and it ’s not as comfortable. I 've been using it 3 times a week for around 30- 40 minutes over the past 2 weeks. I incorporate 5- 10 pound dumbbells into my workouts and `` wow '' can I feel the burn. I have gained over 30 pounds from menopause and this stepper has helped me fit into my jeans a lot easier. The product would be better if it allowed greater depth in the steps and a better quality calorie counter. It's kind of a pain to keep resetting the counter after every workout. I did notice some squeaking when I adjusted the knob on the front. It might be something that I can fix with WD40 or bolt grease. It's definitely worth trying this product if you need to switch up your workout routine.

I am loving my new recumbent. The two problems that I have with it are not by any stretch of the imagination deal breakers, but minor annoyances. My first minor complaint is that I ca n't put any amount of weight on the rear handlebar without it sliding all the way down. There's only that one screw to tighten up and that does n't keep it from sliding all the way down when weight is put on it. Being a retired mechanical engineer, it's swivel point could be redesigned to incorporate some sort of ratcheting or indexing to keep it in position when loaded. Now for my last issue. Where it's located in my condo it does n't get a lot of light, especially in the evening. During the day I do n't have an issue, but at night I ca n't read the display. Unless I 'm missing something the display should be backlit. I 've been trying to rig up a little led light to fasten to the console to illuminate it but have n't found anything yet. So if you guys have any way of doing it I 'd appreciate it. Thanks for listening. I do n't know if you respond to these reviews, but I would appreciate your response to my concerns.

Purchased this as replacement for Sunny cycle I had unresolved mechanical problems with. Item arrived un damaged and was easily assembled. So far no issues but ride time has been limited. I also have Sunny elliptical and rower so do a at home circuit. This cycle is very quiet, no headphones needed to shut out machine noise. I appreciate Sunny ’s efforts on fixing previous cycle but no success so replaced with slight upgrade. The only problem, I had, was the assembly manual made no mention of the main power switch located at the base of the treadmill. I thought I had a defective treadmill when I tried to start it from the push button switch on the console for the very first time. Would n't hurt to put this step in an updated version of the assembly manual. So far, I 'm pleased with my purchase, good value for the cost. Would I do business with Sunny Health again? That will depend on how well the treadmill holds up to daily use and how well Sunny Health stands behind their products when I need repair service.
