Overall I ’ m very pleased with this reformer. I did a lot of research before buying. Having a foldable machine as a top requirement helped narrowed it down. I also preferred actual springs to bands and feel like it was worth spending slightly more on this model for a higher quality machine compared to the much less expensive models. It ’s easy to assemble and very easy to fold up. My only complaints so far…the straps they sent are quite small. There ’s barely a difference between the foot strap and hand strap and they don ’ t fit around the shoulder rests for storage. Not a huge deal but annoying. The machine also does squeak and the padding is not great for the lower back as other reviewers mention. Those are both pretty easily solved. Overall, I ’ m very happy I made this purchase.

Recently upgraded to this new Pilates machine from Stamina products. We have had an earlier model, the Stamina Products JP4500, for around 15 years and the only thing we recently replaced were the rollers. Impressed with their reliability we ordered this product. We had a few minor issues primarily related to the shipment but Connie from customer service went above and beyond to address them to our complete satisfaction. The assembly of the product was relatively easy and I was able to complete it leisurely in about 45 minutes. All the tools are provided and the assembly instructions are clear. The product itself is great and compares very favorably to the professional equipment we use at the Gym, for a fraction of the price. In addition to the usual features this also has the Rebounder that gives you a great cardio workout. It comes with a work out wall poster( and videos) that are simple to do and exercise almost every part of your body including legs, abdominals, hips, obliques, thighs etc. In just a week of use my wife and I notice a significant improvement in our flexibility and muscle strength. The cushion pad is wider than what we had with the older model and very comfortable. We also bought the optional pull up bar and that provides even more exercise possibilities. It's not often that you get a great product that is matched with excellent customer service, particularly in these trying times. However this AeroPilates Reformer from Stamina is one of them.

This is a great machine! It's solid and high quality, and it has enough exercise options to let me mix it up. Doing the same 5 or 6 lifts every time gets old, and it's not ideal for training. The Centr 3 allows me to hit each muscle group in multiple ways so my workouts do n't stagnate. The Smith bar is my favorite aspect of the machine. I suffered some spinal injuries several years ago, and that has really limited my ability to keep fit and mobile. In particular, squats were out of the question. My legs still have some good strength, but I have nerve damage that compromises my ability to stabilize the lift. With the Centr 3, I can rely on the mechanical stability of the Smith bar, allowing me to start reversing the muscle loss from years of `` taking it easy. '' I know I 'll never be as strong as I was before my injuries, but with Centr in my corner, I 'll be a heck of a lot closer!

[ I 've owned the Centr 3 for almost a year and it has completely met my expectations! The fact that it includes the attributes of a Smith Machine means I can safely squat, bench and complete other exercises where being unable to finish the exercise might compromise my safety. It also provides so many options/variations for lifts that it does n't lend itself to that workout `` killer '' of falling into the same routine.

The first thing you notice when you put this together is that it is near commercial grade. It even allows you to bolt it to the floor if you want to make it more solid. I did not bolt it down, and it is still very sturdy. Solid feeling. The other great thing is that I am 6' 5 '' and the height for the chin up bar is perfect. My wife is 5' 4 '' and can not reach it, but she uses her stepper, but not much. She mostly uses it for tricep dips. The only small complaint I have is the chin up bar does n't feel as solid as the rest of the unit, probably because it's held in with a single bolt? I think a square tube instead of round might have allowed for a more solid connection up top. Either way, for the money you are getting near commercial grade equipment( some might argue this is commercial grade)!!

I bought this as a gift to myself for Christmas 2024 and took my time and set it up in 2 days( 2 hours a day basically) it was easy to set up as I was intimidated at first. I DID IT MYSELF 57 YO FEMALE! Fits in my she room with enough space to do all of the exercises! No need for gym memberships! I LOVE THIS MACHINE 🎶

I used to use a 1 inch pipe in the rafters of my garage to do pullups and then I saw this product. I bought it and what a difference. There are all kinds of variations of pull ups and chin ups you can do as well as dips, leg lifts and plyo jumps. The fortress is well build and well worth the money.
