I purchased this online on Sunday, got it delivered today( Wednesday) and put it together in under an hour. The instructions are clear and concise, the parts are easy to identify or in a blister pack that has them clearly marked. It's a decent addition to a home gym where budget is a consideration. I may need to add weight to the bottom for additional stability but I 'll avoid going too crazy on it until then.

I just received this Body- Solid Leverage Squat machine Wednesday. It only took two days to be delivered. It comes in two boxes. One is long, contains the main frame pieces, and weighs around 100lbs. The other is fairly square and weighs around 70lbs. It took a number of hours to assemble, made worse by the minimalist instructions. All that is provided are parts and hardware lists, and blow ups of the parts and what goes where. I 'm used to having many different pages, with each focusing on a few areas at a time. It is what it is. With that being said, once together, this thing is built like a tank. It is an absolute blast to do correct form and safe squats on this gem. The value for the money is off the charts. I highly recommend this piece for anyone's home gym. Pure excellence.

I bought this gym NEW in 2001. It came with the Leg Press Station, and I added the MH30 Multi Hip Flexor Station, and bought the Body Solid Dip Station Tower as a separate free standing piece. The one station that I never felt really comfortable with was the Pectoral station. It always seemed awkward for me. I Loved, loved, loved the MH30 multi hip flexor station, though, just the best! The chest press was wonderful, especially loved it for mid rows. Very versatile for a lot of adjustments for a lot of exercise movements. My favorite was the late bar, bars and the triceps exercise that could be done there. Before buying I had looked around for about a year, trying gyms in the various fitness stores. I believe that I made the best choice for me with the Body Solid exm. 3000 LPS. A couple of neighbors helped to put it together for me, I added the MH30 about a week later, myself. I also used a couple of strength stretch bands with it, that I would loop around the upright of the Peck- Abdominal station.( I also really loved the ab- station, it really worked well for me) The bar on the floor for bracing feet for the low- row was also good to stand on for `` heel raises '' for developing the calves and ankles. There are so many more exercises that can be done with this gym machine that are shown with the brochures and poster that comes with it. It is also easy to clean and maintain, and after 15 years of daily use it still looked like new! I had a lot of admirers for this gym, which I had on the main floor of my house. Sadly, it had so many admirers that someone stole it from me this past December. A heartbreak. I would LOVE to get the same gym again, but unfortunately the hip flexor MH30 attachment/station is no longer made for this gym. The closest would be to get the G2B by Body Solid, which comes with its own small hip flexor attachment. The rest of the gym is not even close. Or, the next option would be to buy a separate Body Solid Pro Club SMH- 1500/2g for the hip flexor station... and buy a new or used Body Solid 3000 LPS. The Body Solid 3000LPS is the way to go, if you can find a used one with the MH30 Hip Flexor with it, grab it up, it is well worth it, and who knows... it MIGHT the one that was well used and loved by me!

I bought this a month ago and have used it 2- 3 times weekly to supplement my running and other fitness activities. It definitely works different muscles in the legs and has helped me feel stronger as a runner. For me to get my heart rate up, I really have to have a high tempo( 30+ strokes a minute). The machine is smooth and not as loud as some reviews would have you believe. The seat is cushioned, but firm. I wear padded biking shorts and loose fitting gym shorts over them. So, your sit bones do get a little sore. I was in good shape before I started using this. Now, after a month, my legs and forearms are finally conditioned to not hurt after using it for 25 minutes.

This is a fantastic rower. I was a little concerned it would be of poor quality due to the price compared to the others, but if you aren ’ t a peloton groupie and don ’ t need false encouragement tossed at you every five seconds, save some money and get this one. The water resistance is perfect, and once I get stronger the magnetic resistance is going to build on that.( If you do need some false encouragement, there ’s always Apple fitness+) It hooked seamlessly to my phone and the app works perfectly. I love this rower. The seat is comfortable and the resistance is great. The full arm rotation feels great and I love using the videos with it. The HR Monitor does not come with it and is separate, but I use my watch and it ’s fine. Assembly was tricky and required two people, but quick. The operation is very quiet, except the pedals click clack. The device looks sleek and I have plenty of room to slide all the way back. My husband is 6 ’ 1 and had no issues. I have a tough time keeping my feet in the pedals if my shoes are too wide or sole too thick. It ’s tricky starting the session and holding the rowers with the phone in the clamp. The water bottle holder is large. The metric display is small and can be difficult to read the legend, but once you get used to it, it ’s fine. The actual numbers are displayed in much bigger format. Overall I really love it and am glad I bought it.

So far so good with this rower. Pretty easy setup, basic tools can speed it up quite a bit, but the tools that are provided works fine as well.. Use on the highest setting and it's a great work out, in the future I may find that I could use more resistance. Dual rails feel very stable. Retractor seems to take a few pulls to adjust to the level you are on, but once you get going it works great. Nice quiet operation, can hear tv/ speakers while using no problem. Body is not overly heavy, comes with pads/ feet to store upright to save space when not in use. Improvements I suggest are that you are practically sitting on the floor. Even elevating the height a slight amount would give this a more premium feel. Granted maybe this is normal, it's my first row machine I 've owned. My feet are fairly large( 13's) and I have found that they come out of the pedals pretty easily. Adjusting the strap placement has helped quite a bit, but I still find myself tightening/ fixing straps during the workout.- most likely a user error. Have n't tried a class with it yet, but ca n't wait. Overall happy with the purchase

After being in the market for a rower for 6 months and being torn between getting the After 6 months of being the market in the market for a rower and being torn between the Concept 2 model D or Lifecore's R100 rower, I decided to take a chance on the Stamina DT Pro. My hope was that this product could offer the R100's cutting edge air/magnetic row resistance technology but at the lower cost of the the Concept 2( C2). Additionally, I liked that Stamina was also throwing in the chest strap heart rate monitor with this package at no added cost. This rower took a little over an hour for me to put together. I did it by myself but knowing what I do now, I would definitely recommend you have a second person on hand to help assemble this. Doing it solo, at one point I had no choice but to stand the rower somewhat on it's head( the plastic fan casing). The case now shows stress mark from this, but does n't effect it's performance. First off, I will tell you there are 12 programs you can use, NOT 12 resistance levels as I had originally thought. There are 8 resistance levels. I am happy with these levels though. L1 is comparable to L1 on the Concept 2, but at L8 the resistance is much higher than L10 of the C2. Level 3 or 4 seems comparable to L5 on the C2. Just as with the R100, with the DT Pro, your times will be slower than what you recorded on the C2( unless of course you 're on something you were n't before). The reason for this I believe as that the C2 gives credit for `` coast ''. With the Air/magnetic types it's as if your paddling into a current, so basically if your oars are n't doing work in the water you are n't making forward progress. It saddened me at first a little that I most likely wo n't be smashing any of my PR's set with the C2, but I 'm already over it. This is more honest work. Distances are measured with the DT Pro in miles. I 'm used to meters, but after 3 workouts I 've made the mental transition.* note; I can see in the display screen that there is a `` Km '' above the `` miles '' but there is no way I can find to switch it to Km's. Does Stamina sell the Km version to those outside the U. S.? The stroke of the DT Pro is wicked smooth. This was what I signed up for! It is also much quieter than the the C2. The saddle slide is also very smooth. However, the edges of the seat are highly contoured. I am 6'0 200 lbs and my fanny fits within the contoured sides just fine. I could see fitting in this seat being a problem though, particularly if your pushing the 300 lb weight capacity of this rower. The other important thing I noticed about the seat/slide is that while, yes, it is smooth, if your weight is properly distributed over the beam, if you lean your weight out to the left or right, however, there is very noticeable `` sway '' of the seat that could throw you off balance. I do n't know if this was intentional in the design to make it a more realistic rowing experience. I 'm also not sure how much stress from the sway the seat can take before it will breaks. The foot- straps are my biggest hang up with the DT Pro. They are 2 Velcro strips that do n't appear to be reinforced in any way. With the amount of force my feet snap back into these straps especially when doing short/vigorous sprints, I honestly ca n't see these things being long for this world. This rower is easy enough to move around on it rollers. Storing it away in it's upright position is slightly awkward though. This is because there is a knob that needs to be fully unscrewed an removed to allow the beam to pivot into vertical position and then screwed back in get in the horizontal/ready for use position. Not sure why they could n't have used some kind of quick release pin. Ohhh, one other really important note: Do n't forget to unplug from the power source before moving the rower. I 've already make this mistake twice. Luckily I did n't damage anything. Yes, you have to plug the rower in to use the monitor and activate the resistance settings. Overall, I would say I got what I wanted and for a good price. Time will tell though. I plan to be pretty rough on this rower. I will update this review in few months to note how its holding up.

Obsessed with this rower! I 've been looking for a rower for a while now and decided on this one. I 'm so happy I did! I was needing something to replace running as a good cardio workout, but something that is easier on my joints. This rower is perfect for just that. It challenges my endurance as well as my strength with several different programs to choose from. I keep it in my bedroom for early morning rows while my daughter is still asleep and not only is it quiet enough to not disturb her, but it also conveniently folds up to save space when it's not in use. I would highly recommend this specific rower for anyone in the market for one!!

This is the absolute best rower I have ever used. The quality of the build is shown through its smooth operation and quiet nature. Both my wife and I have been using it at night after our daughter goes to bed, while during the day I have used it as a HIIT trainer — and it serves both functions extremely well. I can not express recommend this product enough. Minor issues I had with it in the beginning( i. e. counting in miles instead of kilometers) have fallen by the wayside.

As a mom of two little ones, time is not something I have a lot of — but the NordicTrack RW300 Rower has completely changed my fitness game! I can squeeze in a quick 20- minute workout and still feel like I did a full gym session. It ’s super easy to use, the learning curve was basically nothing, and I love how effective every row feels. Plus, the machine itself is really solid and well- built — no creaking or wobbling, even when I go all- out. The best part is the amazing results I ’ ve been seeing in just a few weeks. I feel stronger, have more energy, and actually look forward to my rowing sessions. I ’ ve never had a workout machine at home that felt this professional and motivating. I ’ m genuinely excited to keep using it and reaching my goals. Highly recommend! This is an incentivized review.

I ’ m a 26- year- old guy living in a townhome, and finding space- friendly workout equipment can be tricky. The NordicTrack RW300 turned out to be exactly what I needed. It fits great in my living room without feeling overwhelming, and when I 'm done, it stores upright nicely against the wall, taking up very little space. The setup was straightforward, even solo. The machine feels super sturdy, with smooth rowing motion and a comfortable seat that makes longer workouts easy. The screen is basic, but it gives me everything I need like time, strokes, distance, and calories. Honestly, I prefer the simplicity, less fiddling around before getting started. Changing resistance is effortless and quick, letting me switch between light warmups and intense sessions without pausing. Only downside: the power cord isn ’ t very long. I had to use an extension cord to reach my outlet. Not a dealbreaker at all, but something to be aware of. Overall, I 'm stoked about how professional this machine feels without taking over my living space. Highly recommend it for anyone working with tighter quarters but wanting a legit workout! I ’ ve used a few different rowing machines before, so I had an idea of what to expect when trying the NordicTrack RW300. This machine has been a great fit for me so far! The rowing motion is really smooth, and the seat is comfortable even after longer workouts. It's fairly quiet — not the most silent machine I ’ ve ever used, but quiet enough that I can work out early without disturbing anyone. The RW300 uses magnetic resistance, which feels a little different compared to other rowers I 've used. It's super smooth and consistent, but doesn ’ t have quite the same `` heaviness '' I ’ ve felt with air or water rowers. Still, I ’ m really happy with the workouts I 've been getting from it. Assembly took me about an hour, and while it was manageable alone, an extra set of hands would have helped. One thing to note is that it needs to stay plugged in for the display and digital features to work. Overall, I ’ m loving it so far! This is an incentivized review

We were running into an issue with our home gym, we were out of room. When I read reviews about this rower being able to stow well, I figured we would give it a shot. Luckily, the reviews were right and we were able to build, with ease, the rower and place it into an extra closet that we were n't using much. I enjoy the ability to change the resistance with ease. Even when rowing, the ability to touch the control center buttons with ease make it easy. Moving it is also a breeze, my wife was able to move it by herself.
