This is a great gym for the price. Everything functions smooth and quiet. Fits nicely in a small corner( 27 inches of the side wall and 3 inches off the back wall). Assembly took about 4 hours but the instructions are well done and easy to follow. Instructions recommend two people work together but I was able to assemble it alone with no major problem. If time is most important, I would recommend adding the installation service. The only negative is you must sit facing the machine for Lat Pulls to avoid hitting the Bench Press handles. No big deal.

I love this machine. My back is really screwed up and the rowing machine allows me to exercise my entire torso at the same time I work my legs. Would highly recommend this product for anyone who is looking to strengthen their body.

It's simple, not a lot of extras to maintain or break. It stands up and out of the way fast. Was easy to assemble. The only change I would want is a steel cable instead of the cloth band.

I may have just started using my new rowing machine, but I am feeling a tightness in my abdominal muscles. This is a machine I can use. I am in a wheelchair full time, and to be able to transfer from the chair to the rowing machine is fairly easy, it just takes a few minutes longer for me.

Great fan machine. I like how easy it was to assemble. I also like how affordable it is compared to other higher quality rowers. This seems to be of great quality. I would recommend this for beginners as you are n't able to change the resistance. It is powered fully by how quick you row.

I had the air version and upgraded to this one with air and magnetic resistance. It ’s an upgrade for sure with resistance. Less productive at the 30 minute mark. Only concern with this product is longevity as the volute spring went on the prior model. But I stayed with Sunny as the overall product is good and it lasted long enough to where I don ’ t feel it was a financial loss. I used it often. Fingers crossed this last 2+ years with almost daily use.

The rower was easy to put together- my 73 yo sister put it together by herself! It's easy to use. As I 'm in my early 70s and have a permanent leg injury, I am starting quite slowly. But, I am rowing 5 days a week. I think consistency is key. Love it!

I Love my rower!! It was easy to assemble it is not too bulky to have in my living room area. Iy is smooth and the seat is very comfortable.. I just purchased this machine. Let me tell you it is sturdy. The only issue I have noticed is the pedal spacing is farther apart than what I was used to on my very simple and little hydraulic machine by SunnyHealth. But the drive is smooth, the ride is more comfortable because of the fan. and the padded seat. I use this with HOLODIA app on Quest 2 and really enjoy rowing. The main piece is pre- asasembled. You add the pedals, the seat, the slidebar and the rear stabilizer. Very pleased with the sale price and the additional 10% off. Brought the machine cost down to 495. And it is well packaged and protected. It had rained for 3 days and the box was a mess. But nothing touched the machine inside. Lucky for me, my grandson put this together in no time just by watching the assembly video. Thanks SUNNYHEALTH!
