The guy said the item wasn’t going to fin in my vehicle when I came to pick it up then only gave me 1 of the boxes. Luckily I have an online account and can provide proof of purchase so I can get the weights or I would be screwed out of $500.

Just What I Need!
This home gym is exactly what I needed at a price I was willing to pay. Yes, it's nothing like professional equipment you would find at a gym, but it does everything I need it to. I am a short, chubby, 65 year old woman who started on GLP-1 shots a few months ago. My doctor said I needed to do some weight training and build muscle or else I would end up a skinny but frail old woman. I was able to assemble this myself in about 8 hours (although I work at a manufacturing plant where I assemble and wire motor controllers and power supply cabinets for US Navy ships and submarines, so I might be more mechanically inclined than most women). It is stashed in the 3rd bedroom of our tiny house, but it takes up very little space (footprint is 3' x 6'). I bought it from Dick's Sporting Goods for a very good price, and did curbside pickup with my husband and a trailer rather than pay for delivery. 15 years ago I was a gym fanatic and went to the gym 4-5 times a week, but now at my age, I don't want to leave the house and pay all that money for a gym membership. I have a better chance at keeping up a routine if the equipment is right here at home.

Horrible Experience Don’t Buy
I feel like I’m being extremely generous with the one star review, I purchased the gym on May 16, today June 19 it’s still sitting in my basement because of pool quality control and customer service. I purchased the gym at the Alpharetta location, when the guy brought me the box it was busted on one side , I expressed my concerns but he said it’s the only one they have and it’s like that because of the way he got it off the shelf, I guess that’s on me for buying that . Brought it home and Used the assembly service dicks provide with AIT which are horrible, waited 12 days for them to come And tell me there is a piece missing, called dicks they sent the missing piece which took over a week to arrive, then waited another week for a new assembly appointment, it was scheduled 11-3, The crew didn’t arrive till 5 pm, only to tell me another piece is damaged, called dIcks again, they requested the crew to take the gym with them but they said they can’t because they Are busy so dicks told me they will schedule a pick up but they can’t ship a new unit until the old one picked up. It’s been a week , I called AIT , they don’t know when they will have a crew available to come and get it. Obviously it is my last time ordering from Dicks . Keep in mind when you order and have issues you are on your own.

Great Home Gym!
Great home gym for the price! Took several hours to put together. Instructions were pretty easy to follow but there are a lot of pieces. Looks good and Very easy to use. Only concern is that it only comes with 150 pounds.

Great addition to my home gym. Got ride of old bench due to not wanting weight plates all over the floor. “Kids ofcourse” More then enough weight to do all the exercises I want and Still allowing space in the gym for body weight exercises to be done as well.

Nice Little Unit
Bought second hand, it was in excellent shape. Basically this is a lower quality,starter set but very functional for novices. Im 66 so this is just fine for us older guys 😆 Fits nicely in the space we have. It could use more weight as 150 lbs. is not enough for certain exercises.

Works For Home Gym
Bought this recently. Easy to setup. Challenging with weight stack - good workout. FOr chest - however chest press moves upwards , rather the horizontally. Allows you to perform many exercises that targets various parts of your body. If used consistently, I believe it will show good results- regarding strength training.
