Works great and has pretty much everything you need besides leg attachments but can do squat and deadlifts so its not a necessary thing. Overall this Cage is amazing and very sturdy. The first thing you notice when you put this together is that it is near commercial grade. It even allows you to bolt it to the floor if you want to make it more solid. I did not bolt it down, and it is still very sturdy. Solid feeling. The other great thing is that I am 6' 5 '' and the height for the chin up bar is perfect. My wife is 5' 4 '' and can not reach it, but she uses her stepper, but not much. She mostly uses it for tricep dips. The only small complaint I have is the chin up bar does n't feel as solid as the rest of the unit, probably because it's held in with a single bolt? I think a square tube instead of round might have allowed for a more solid connection up top. Either way, for the money you are getting near commercial grade equipment( some might argue this is commercial grade)!!

I just received this Body- Solid Leverage Squat machine Wednesday. It only took two days to be delivered. It comes in two boxes. One is long, contains the main frame pieces, and weighs around 100lbs. The other is fairly square and weighs around 70lbs. It took a number of hours to assemble, made worse by the minimalist instructions. All that is provided are parts and hardware lists, and blow ups of the parts and what goes where. I 'm used to having many different pages, with each focusing on a few areas at a time. It is what it is. With that being said, once together, this thing is built like a tank. It is an absolute blast to do correct form and safe squats on this gem. The value for the money is off the charts. I highly recommend this piece for anyone's home gym. Pure excellence.

Bought this for a Christmas gift for our son after some problems getting set up due to the company that was scheduled to set it up the manager at the Bel Air Md store who took care of the issue and got it taken care of 4 days before Christmas. The first guy that was scheduled to deliver and set up came at 4pm and brought it in the house and then proceeded to tell us it was too late and we will have to reschedule, this was the 18th of December, after no return call from this company I stopped in my local Dicks store and spoke with the manager, he called back later that day and it was set up and ready to go 2 days before Christmas. Set up took about 6 hours with 2 guys who do this for a living, I would recommend paying the extra for set up. The machine itself is very well- built solid equipment, does so many different things, make sure you measure your space. It does not come with weights, so you have to buy them separately. So far, my son and husband are happy with the machine.

This is a great machine! It's solid and high quality, and it has enough exercise options to let me mix it up. Doing the same 5 or 6 lifts every time gets old, and it's not ideal for training. The Centr 3 allows me to hit each muscle group in multiple ways so my workouts do n't stagnate. The Smith bar is my favorite aspect of the machine. I suffered some spinal injuries several years ago, and that has really limited my ability to keep fit and mobile. In particular, squats were out of the question. My legs still have some good strength, but I have nerve damage that compromises my ability to stabilize the lift. With the Centr 3, I can rely on the mechanical stability of the Smith bar, allowing me to start reversing the muscle loss from years of `` taking it easy. '' I know I 'll never be as strong as I was before my injuries, but with Centr in my corner, I 'll be a heck of a lot closer!

It does n't wobble when I lift or do pull- ups and the optional Lat Pulldown attachment I ordered works great. My one gripe would be the. 8 inch holes that are drilled into the 2X2 tubing. Most standard accessories use 1 inch holes, so I 'll have to wait for Sunny Fitness to release additional attachments( dip bars, landmine, etc.) in the future in order to get more out of the product. _x000D_ _x000D_ Still, it's a great piece of equipment for the price.

What an unbelievable value. This rack is rated for 1000 lbs, has good space and feels very stable. The 1000 lbs capacity is more than plenty. I can work up to 400 lb deadlift, 280 squat, 220 bench press without any issues. I purchased the lat pull down attachment and have been very satisfied.

I 'm close to 250 and find that the rack is very sturdy. I can hang off the cables and the cage does n't feel like it will tip over.

It's very nice quality. There is no wobble or shake at all. The rack took me an hour to set up. The instructions are clear and I like to take the time to read the instructions carefully and make sure everything is tightened. The pull up bar feels good and I love that it can be adjusted. Overall I 'm happy with the quality of the rack.

1 month review- I 'm a long time runner& biker yet also a parent of 4 kids, so more and more I 'm loving the idea of exercising at home. This is the only outdoor- oriented product of its kind that I could find and it's built like the sturdy outdoor equipment at nearby parks. I 'm 6 '' 2 and 175 lbs. I 'm a motivated noobie and am pleased with its stability. I can grab onto the bar without jumping or over stretching, but I think I must bend my knees to hang or reach a full extension. This power tower looks beautiful brand new, and I 'm so pleased with it so far. Great work from stamina products.

The Stamina Power Tower works great and is a durable piece of equipment. It does well outside in the yard where I set it up. It could use a better grip on the pull up bar, but wrapping some tape around it takes care of that issue. 10/10 would recommend!

After owning 2 indoor home pull up/dip stations, this one is the most sturdy and stable I have owned. I have it set up outside on my concrete back yard patio and it is stable enough for what I use it for that I do n't need to bolt it down. I lined the bottom with rubber garage door weather seal. I weigh 165 lbs. and use it regularly for weighted pull ups and dips, hanging leg/knee raises, toe to bar, windshield wipers, and oblique abdominal sit ups. However, if you plan on performing any plyometric exercises on it that require you to change your grips mid- air, then you should definitely bolt it down. As for the height, I 'm 5'10 '' and it works fine for me. If you 're over 6 feet, it might seem short if you do hanging leg/knee raises or pull ups( you would have to keep your knees bent). The only minor issues I had was that the shipping box came pretty beat up and some of the pieces came with a few scratches/chips. Also, the black caps were the only pieces that did n't seem to fit `` perfectly. '' They fit okay, but they kind of pop out a little occasionally. The diameter of the pull up bar is thicker than the typical ones you find in gyms and parks, which makes it more challenging, but I consider that a good thing. Keep in mind, this product does not have bars for neutral grip pull ups. The directions were clear and assembly was easy( all of the pieces/bolts fit well, I was able to hand tighten everything at first and then used the allen key to tighten everything at the end). As the directions say, do n't tighten anything until the last step. Overall, I 'm very satisfied with the product. I no longer need to lug my pull/dip chain belt and weight vest to the park to do my workouts and I can keep it outside with taking up indoor space.

Well made and sturdy. However the `` Dome Caps '' on the feet keep coming out each time our students use the tower. We will try to glue in place.
