This is my second Stamina InMotion machine. The first one lasted for five years before one of the pedals started to come loose. I originally purchased this for my mother- in- law to start exercising slowly. I love the stand up feature, because many steppers I found did n't have this option, and I felt it was important for her to progress. Fast forward a month, she's not used it so I decided to take it back, and I 'm so glad I did! I use it every day, rain or shine, because I can. I like exercising outside also, but this gives you an opportunity to get a quick workout in any time. I use it for running mostly. It took a second to get used to the short stride and learn to balance, but now I ca n't imagine being without it.

This machine is a lot sturdier than I thought it would be. The display is basic, but the heart rate monitor is accurate. It's compact enough that it does n't take up too much space, and it is very quiet. I received it within a week of ordering it, and the box was pretty damaged, but none of the pieces seemed affected. [ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

I really love this I think it ’s great for in home use. I have about 1000 “ steps ” on mine currently and it works well is pretty quiet and I ’ ve had no issues with it. I am able to balance well enough to use it standing which my room mate can not but can use it sitting down. So if you aren ’ t able to balance well you will not be able to use it standing there is another version with handles that would be best. It ’s small and heavy and it ’s easy for hair or dirt to get into the areas so it ’s probably best to keep it away from where your pets might be.

You need 2 people to assemble, since it is VERY HEAVY! It is a well- made machine. I followed the instructions exactly. Tighten bolts when instructed. I watched the assembly video, which was extremely helpful. The support line was friendly, professional and helpful. This machine is very well built, it runs very smoothly and is quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

I am a 71 year old female in fairly good shape. I love this machine! I 've been using it for a couple of weeks. Assembly was n't too bad but definitely much easier with two of us. Directions were very easy to follow. Took about an hour start to finish, and we were really glad we did n't pay someone to do it. It does n't take much space, which is great as I have it in my living room! It is a good workout, but not so hard that I could n't do it. Took a few days to get my stride on it, but now that I have it, I do 20 minutes in the morning, and 20 at night. I 'm only doing it as the lowest level on the manual setting but hoping to work up to a more challenging workout in time. But even if I never progress from where I 'm at, it still will be a good workout for this old lady!

I ’ ve used this 2x since purchasing/setting up, and so far no issues! I ’ m a middle aged woman- who isn ’ t too handy- but set this up without the help of my husband. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.

This stepper is a great addition to my home gym. As as avid exerciser, I normally use my treadmill and spin bike. Since adding this stepper, I ’ m able to keep variety in my exercise routine. It ’s great for the entire lower body while giving your upper body a workout as well. Highly recommend!

I ’ m super surprised that I love this so much. It is effective, small, and easier to keep my balance on than I thought. It is easy on my knees too. I ’ ve been running for over a dozen years and this is STILL a workout. I will say, there is a period of about 2 minutes at the beginning of your workout where I feel like the equipment has to warm up. But, that could be my knees too! I highly recommend!

I ’ m enjoying it so far, although I wish I could make the resistance easier so I can work out longer( not the step height) please let me know if I can adjust the resistance.

I enjoy the stepper however I would have preferred the use being longer than 15 mins. I have tried using it a little longer but you can feel the resistance losing its firmness couple with it squeaking from time to time. Overall a good product but the cons are the length of use.

The Stepper was very easy to put together as I put it together on my own. I now have three Sunny products( climber, spinning bike, stepper) and am happy with all three. I have two more items that I want to purchase but have run out of room in my house. The assistance I have been given when I have had an issue, has been great!

Climber arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was easy and the instructions very clear. Quality construction. Every part, every nut and bolt, fit perfect! The climber ’s computer records plenty, and the tension adjustment is easy to do. The climber is very stable, and I am a big guy! Still, it is easy to move around. Not bulky or awkward. All in all, this is a great workout machine! I rarely store my equipment, but if I need to, this machine easily folds up for easy storage. Great product! Excellent climber!
