I really like this little machine. It functions as advertised. I use it almost daily. I like that it automatically shuts off if you step off the pad that way I don ’ t have to worry about my pets( or kids for those that have them) getting accidentally tangled up in it. It ’s nice that it folds up, as well. The only cons is that it is bulky to move when folded. Although the wheels do help, it would be nice if it hand a handle. Despite loving the fact that it folds, I ’ m a little frustrated that it does not fit under any furniture( like sofa or bed) when folded as it is about 6 inches in height.

I 've had this for a week and have logged 20 miles on it and it's smooth and quiet. I was kind of nervous as I purchased it online without doing a test run on but the customer service person that I spoke with told me that Dicks has a very good return policy so if I got it home and I did n't like it that I could return it without any issues. Very easy to set up in less than 20 mins as you only have to screw in the two side pieces, crossbar, and the top console fits right into place. I really love this I think it ’s great for in home use. I have about 1000 “ steps ” on mine currently and it works well is pretty quiet and I ’ ve had no issues with it. I am able to balance well enough to use it standing which my room mate can not but can use it sitting down. So if you aren ’ t able to balance well you will not be able to use it standing there is another version with handles that would be best. It ’s small and heavy and it ’s easy for hair or dirt to get into the areas so it ’s probably best to keep it away from where your pets might be.

[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

I bought this for spinning to help with a knee injury, and it seems to do the trick. The bike is sturdy and comfortable and light enough to move around easily. It took about half an hour to put it together with very clear instructions. I 'm 5'11 '' and I 'm on the last adjustment hole. Someone taller might have to drill another hole, which might leave very little seat post remaining.

[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

The assembly was more complicated than I expected( it took me an hour to get it fully out of the box and assembled), but it was worth it once I got the whole machine together. I was only able to do 2 minutes on it my first time and my thighs had a good burn going! I also felt it in my lats, shoulders, biceps, and my core a bit, just after 2 minutes on it. I like that you can adjust the resistance and the seat easily. I have n't tried the resistance band cables yet, but I 'm looking forward to it to target my inner and outer thighs like it shows in the video. This machine does n't feel like a beginner machine- I work out already, and like I said, after just 2 minutes on resistance 3, I had to take a break and my legs were burning! If you 're a beginner, you may have to work up to being able to be on it for several minutes at a time. It gets your heart pumping, too!

I have been a Physical Therapist for over 40 years so my back is shot but I need to stay in shape and strong for my work in a hospital. I am tired of gyms and the time they take out of my day but my back does not like my standing when using my free weights at home. It helps to be somewhat agile and have a general knowledge on exercises so I can work all muscle groups at various angles. We spent a week researching every treadmill described as __quote__folding__quote__ to find one with the smallest distance from the wall when folded. It's a great treadmill. Incline is auto so workout is simple. It fits in a lot of places because it's so short but can be easily transformed to a great treadmill by raising the bar. I 'm really happy with my purchase.

I love this treadmill! As a mom of many children, it's hard to find time to go out to excercise. Having a treadmill at home allows me to take care of myself in the morning before everyone wakes up, but I 'm still here if I 'm needed. The treadmill fits in a small space in this full house, and it's quiet to operate. I love the automatic incline feature to make my workouts count for more. I was hoping that raising the handle up and down would be with a pin, and having to screw and unscrew it is slightly more tedious, but it's not difficult. Overall a great machine that combines simplicity and all you need for a good workout!

I have had my Pacer Treadpad for about a month and have not been able to use it much. Received with a faulty motor. Support was easy to access and very helpful in testing to determine the issue. New motor shipped and instruction on replacement was provided. Motor replacement was not difficult, walking pad alignment was tedious, but my support agent was very helpful and responsive to my emails and provided additional suggestions. All in all, I am happy, not just with the treadpad, but with Sunny support. If it were n't for support, this would be a 1 star review. As it stands, it gets 4 stars instead of 5 because I am still having to tweak the walking pad to be able to use it on a consistent basis. Set up was easy. It is quiet and smooth( with the new motor). Would recommend!

Not as sturdy under foot as the X25 but this model actually functioned properly for more than 1 day unlike the X25. Wheels are too small! So far so good.

Excellent product! Very solid walking on this walking pad and I can even jog if I ’ d like. It feels very stable and doesn ’ t move at all. I do have the walking pad mat under it since it ’s in my office on tile. I use this at work at a slow pace, after dinner for movement, and while reading. I have been using a stand up desk for 10 years so I am already use to standing all day and this added walk has been excellent for me. I tend to tighten up at work and it causes neck and back tightness and I ’ ve noticed since now that I ’ m walking I ’ m not as tense and tight I ’ m extremely happy with the quality of this walking pad and after a few weeks of reviews glad I chose this one. I also have to say I didn ’ t think I ’ d like the fold option and was somewhat hesitant however I ’ m happy I can fold it at night and if I do need to sit at my desk I can fold it and it ’s out of my way. Very happy with the fit and finish of this product.

I love my Walking Pad R2. The assembly was minimal and it ’s easy to fold up and move. The platform is smooth and plenty wide and long. I am motivated to walk daily as I don ’ t have to worry about heat, rain or humidity. Much better size than a treadmill. I truly love it and the handle is nice to have, too.

You need 2 people to assemble, since it is VERY HEAVY! It is a well- made machine. I followed the instructions exactly. Tighten bolts when instructed. I watched the assembly video, which was extremely helpful. The support line was friendly, professional and helpful. This machine is very well built, it runs very smoothly and is quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

I am a 71 year old female in fairly good shape. I love this machine! I 've been using it for a couple of weeks. Assembly was n't too bad but definitely much easier with two of us. Directions were very easy to follow. Took about an hour start to finish, and we were really glad we did n't pay someone to do it. It does n't take much space, which is great as I have it in my living room! It is a good workout, but not so hard that I could n't do it. Took a few days to get my stride on it, but now that I have it, I do 20 minutes in the morning, and 20 at night. I 'm only doing it as the lowest level on the manual setting but hoping to work up to a more challenging workout in time. But even if I never progress from where I 'm at, it still will be a good workout for this old lady!

We 've had the elliptical for a few weeks. Assembly was quick and easy, and the machine works very well. It would be a bargain at twice the price!

I 've been using it for a week now and I 'm super happy with it. I 've 6 months old and he can sleep in the same room while I 'm working out... elliptical is super quite. It took me an hour to put it together and I 'm a girl who does n't have much experience with hardware lol. So far so good.

My whole family uses this machine without any problems. It's a great way for us to get a full body workout at home without having to go to the gym. I have a leg fracture and my daughter got me this arm bike to get upper body workout. Leg immobile. We had a table to sit it on and legs can fit underneath using bands to help secure. The upper body arm work is perfect for me. I ’ m doing 15 minutes and will increase as strength improves. Thank you for your clever device!
