We really like this machine. It's very smooth in operation and very quiet. It was packaged well and very easy to assemble if you have any mechanical aptitude at all. It is super sturdy. I 'm 6 feet 4, 230 pounds and it handles my weight with no problem as well as providing plenty of range of motion. One of my favorite things is that it takes up very little space. Do n't be fooled by how easy it seems when you first start, it will give you a major leg workout. The computer thing is nice if you 're into that sort of thing. You need 2 people to assemble, since it is VERY HEAVY! It is a well- made machine. I followed the instructions exactly. Tighten bolts when instructed. I watched the assembly video, which was extremely helpful. The support line was friendly, professional and helpful. This machine is very well built, it runs very smoothly and is quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

I am a 71 year old female in fairly good shape. I love this machine! I 've been using it for a couple of weeks. Assembly was n't too bad but definitely much easier with two of us. Directions were very easy to follow. Took about an hour start to finish, and we were really glad we did n't pay someone to do it. It does n't take much space, which is great as I have it in my living room! It is a good workout, but not so hard that I could n't do it. Took a few days to get my stride on it, but now that I have it, I do 20 minutes in the morning, and 20 at night. I 'm only doing it as the lowest level on the manual setting but hoping to work up to a more challenging workout in time. But even if I never progress from where I 'm at, it still will be a good workout for this old lady!

Received my new recumbent cross trainer( SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. The assembly was more complicated than I expected( it took me an hour to get it fully out of the box and assembled), but it was worth it once I got the whole machine together. I was only able to do 2 minutes on it my first time and my thighs had a good burn going! I also felt it in my lats, shoulders, biceps, and my core a bit, just after 2 minutes on it. I like that you can adjust the resistance and the seat easily. I have n't tried the resistance band cables yet, but I 'm looking forward to it to target my inner and outer thighs like it shows in the video. This machine does n't feel like a beginner machine- I work out already, and like I said, after just 2 minutes on resistance 3, I had to take a break and my legs were burning! If you 're a beginner, you may have to work up to being able to be on it for several minutes at a time. It gets your heart pumping, too!

The Trekpad is very simple to use and completely avoids gym membership which is challenging during winter in Maine. I like the readouts which provide a variety of information throughout the workout. great deal for the money. Not a lot of fun to unpack and carry upstairs because it's built like a tank. It's easy to assemble except for the plastic trim which is not necessary and better off recycled. It was very stiff for the first two hours but then smoothed out and is easy to use as long as you put a pad on the seat. I 'm pleased with it as it works and cost half a much as the machine I was going. to buy. I use it 45 minutes a day every day and I expect it will outlast me.

I bought the teeter hang up in December because my wife has a bad back. I researched the teeter freestep because she uses a similar device in her physical therapy sessions and woth it missing a step this is amazing and she loves it and so do I. With decompressing after using the freestep on the days she doesn ’ t have therapy her back feels so much better and we couldn ’ t be happier. She missed 18 months of work due to an accident and now she is back and loving it all once again. Well worth all the money in the world to be almost pain free and losing weight and feeling better.

Overall, it has been a good addition to our home gym. It functions better than our old proform treadmill. We have been satisfied with it so far. I do enjoy the built in fan, our old one did n't have that and that is a nice feature. The console and controls are very simple. Not a lot of fluff on them. Basically speed and incline. I think I will like the ability to bluetooth to the machine and get additional workouts, but so far that has taken some getting use to. If my wife is connected still and not around close with her phone open, it seems to keep her connected and the machine wo n't work even from the console. Once she disconnects, it works fine. That is likely just user error and takes a little time to get use to. I have used it at multiple speeds and inclines and in general it has worked exactly how I want it to work. The only time I have noticed an issue is at really slow speeds, 1 mph or less. At this speed the track almost stops everytime I step but once I get up to about 2 mph, I do n't have that issue. It is a very sturdy feeling piece of equipment so far, plan on 2 people to get it into the house where you want it, and there were a few places during the assembly where we needed 2 people to complete the assembly. Overall, I have been happy with it and it seems like it will do what I want. I am not a hard core runner, but for the types of exercising I do, it will be more than enough I received this product at a discount for my honest and unbiased opinion.

I have loved this treadmill so far. It was n't too hard to get setup, though you will need a couple people as it is heavy and requires an extra set of hands in a few places. Once it is all setup, it's been pretty easy to use and seems like a solid addition to our home gym. I like how quite it is and how smooth everything is while running. The cushion feels pretty good so far. And I it seems to be built great. I do n't have too many critiques right now, my only one is I wish it had a little more incline so I could train a little steeper uphill. But for the most part it does everything I could ever want. I have used Ifit before, and while it is a good distraction and kind of cool how they can adjust everything for you, I 'm not a big fan of subscription products, so after the free trial I will probably resume my audible and video watching while I run. This has been a great addition to our at- home gym! The treadmill feels very stable, even for my very tall husband. We love the hydraulic storage, it 'll be so helpful to keep in limited space. The incline works great and the machine is n't too loud. It took a few hours to put together, so keep that in mind. Also, I love the fan as a feature, but I do wish it was adjustable. I 'm only 5 foot 3 and it blows right in my nose/eyes if I do n't adjust the way walk when I turn it on. All in all, I do recommend this treadmill to anyone looking to add something new to their home gym. This is an incentivized review.

I have been very pleased with this treadmill and definitely recommend it. The smooth low impact has been really a great option. I typically avoid running because of the impact on my knees but I have enjoyed running on this. The controls are simple and great for making quick adjustments to the speed and incline. I really like the added fan feature as well. I have enjoyed using the IFIT workouts a few times and that has been a fun way to enjoy different options. Assembly did take some time but it wants hard. All of the tools and parts were included and very well labeled with directions and numbers for each part which helped it go fast. The fold up option on to save space is also a great feature and very easy to use.

I recently acquired the ProForm Carbon TLS Treadmill, and I must say, it has proven to be a highly satisfactory purchase. The unit was conveniently shipped directly to my residence and delivered to my doorstep. However, a word of caution: due to the treadmill ’s considerable weight and bulk, it will require at least one additional person to bring the box inside. It is advisable to keep that individual on hand for the assembly process as well, as it is a two- person job. While the assembly itself is relatively straightforward, it does require two individuals to hold parts in place while securing them, and I appreciated that all necessary tools were included. Once assembled, the treadmill ’s operation was intuitive and user- friendly. Although we briefly consulted the included instructions, I found that the control panel was quite easy to navigate with minimal guidance. The machine ’s ability to smoothly adjust both speed and incline is particularly commendable, offering precise control over the intensity of one ’s workout. Additionally, the Bluetooth- enabled speakers, while not of the highest audio quality, provide a pleasant surprise, delivering better sound than I anticipated. Definitely download the app. You can save all of your workouts and play scenic routes on your tv to make the path a little less boring. Overall I am very pleased with the treadmill. It is sturdy and provides good options for exercise. I also think it is good value for the price. We paid for bringing it to the room we wanted to use and having it assembled. That was a good decision. Only cons, and they are not a big deal is that the heart rate monitor really does n't work. But this could happen on treadmills at our gym, which we use to use pre- Covid. I also wish there was a cool down button on that was part of programs, but again, this is not a bid dea.

I ’ ve used this 2x since purchasing/setting up, and so far no issues! I ’ m a middle aged woman- who isn ’ t too handy- but set this up without the help of my husband. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.

This really works well and does n't take a lot of space.. Assembly is easy with the supplied tools. It runs quietly, so far, so that you can watch TV or read while using it. We found a standing workout was tricky as the flywheel does n't provide enough momentum for a smooth, non jerky feel. Might be okay with practice but seems better and smoother from a sitting position. A Youtube video mentioned raising the front with two 2x4s but I felt that put bending stress on the `` Bottom Board '' so I built a ramp that supported the entire machine. Happy with it so far.

The only problem, I had, was the assembly manual made no mention of the main power switch located at the base of the treadmill. I thought I had a defective treadmill when I tried to start it from the push button switch on the console for the very first time. Would n't hurt to put this step in an updated version of the assembly manual. So far, I 'm pleased with my purchase, good value for the cost. Would I do business with Sunny Health again? That will depend on how well the treadmill holds up to daily use and how well Sunny Health stands behind their products when I need repair service.

I 'm so glad I decided on the Stride 8s, I had no idea what i have been missing and wish I would have purchased it sooner. The running deck is fantastic and is wonderful to run on.
