I bought this a month ago and have put over 20 hours on it. Assembly was straightforward, taking me and my wife about 1 hour using the included tools. It is a large and heavy machine, so I 'd recommend assembling it in whatever room it will reside. The manual workout mode is very simple and quick to get moving: just plug in and press start. It shows a screen with a pin on a track showing your lap time, total time, distance, calories burned, speed and incline. Speed and incline can be adjusted with simple button pushes. The tread flows smoothly and needed no adjustment.( I did have to shift it around my room a little bit, as the tread is a bit sensitive if placed on an uneven floor... my first placement caused the tread to constantly shift to the side. Once I moved the machine to a flat spot, it has been fine all month.) The real magic is in the iFit software. The pre- recorded runs, walks, and hikes can be searched and sorted by intensity, duration, etc. Very nice if you 're like me: a desk jockey who is trying to finally get active. I have n't discovered all of the secrets of this treadmill or iFit, but I 'm excited to spend time on it; and that is a first for me. This is an incentivized review.

Running is fun again
I have had one of the larger treadmills from Nordic Track, and chose this one so that I could have something that is not so bulky. I was worried that it would not be stable, but I have been super impressed with the stability of the treadmill along with the motor and the running surface. The speed of the treadmill goes up to 12 mph and it also allows you to incline up to 12%. The only thing I miss from my last treadmill is the decline, which really was n't much. I love that this treadmill has a 10- inch display and Bluetooth capabilities. I have been obsessed with the IFit workouts. I am currently doing the trail series and LOVE the runs! Really love having the decline option- it's something I 've wanted for a while and it makes indoor training feel much more like the real thing. Screen could be bigger and I wish I could tilt it, especially during longer runs. Interface gets a bit finicky when you 're really sweating on it too. I was excited to use the NordicTrack X16 to help me train for the hiking season, and it ’s been fantastic. The incline/decline feature is exactly what I was looking for — it challenges me with steep climbs and makes me feel like I ’ m walking real trails. I can already tell my stamina is improving. So far, I love this thing and use it 4/5 days a week. I speed walk at 4. 2 mph for an hour a day and even started jogging on it at 5. 2 mph. No complaints. The belt sometimes needs to be centered but that couldn ’ t be easier to do by hand. I think the bar controls were a necessary improvement, however. I just hope the motor holds up because I use it so much!

I 've had the Cross Training Bike+ for nearly a month now. I enjoyed my original Bike so much, that I was concerned the `` upgrade '' would leave me disappointed- it has not. Any cons? I am still trying to dial in the right saddle, seat post, and bars settings, but am still getting some quality, comfortable rides. I am concerned by a small background, repetitive noise that is consistent with the revolution of the belt, but it has not affected the machine's performance that I can tell. How about the pros? The larger, rotating video screen is the best part in my opinion. Great sound from the Sonos speakers, and I can even feel the bass as far down as the pedals. Being able to rotate the screen, and flex it up and down, has made it so much easier to follow the different stretching classes, especially because I am working with a fairly small space. The video quality is much better, and the resolution of the larger screen is impressive. Delivery was much faster than expected- by a large measure- so that was sure appreciated. I have been lucky to be a Peloton rider for 5 1/2 years+ now, and the upgrade to the new model Bike+ has been a good investment for me.

I 'm so glad I decided on the Stride 8s, I had no idea what i have been missing and wish I would have purchased it sooner. The running deck is fantastic and is wonderful to run on. I have several Bowflex products and am a fan of the brand due to the build quality and features. Two things that sold me on the Bowflex T9 vs other competing treadmill was the smaller footprint when folded up, and the Apple Watch integration. You basically just turn on the treadmill, hold your Apple Watch over a sensor area, and choose your exercise( indoor run, indoor walk, etc). I love while all the stats, including heart rate captured from your watch, are shown on the treadmill dash. Another great product from Bowflex. And a final tip: if you are going to set this up on a second floor, hire movers. The base is heavy and was hard even for three people. But we did it.

I started using this bike in past month and have really enjoyed it. The initial set up and installation was simple and the instructions provided were detailed enough for two individuals to put together in a timely manner. I was easily able to login with my ifit login and begin to explore the workout options. The fan power is an improvement to my other NordicTrack exercise equipment and you can tell this is just a high quality product by the look and feel. The seat was uncomfortable at first but with some padded bike shorts and getting used it, its no longer an issue. Let me just say that the initial few workouts were HARD for me, so challenging. I thought I could start at intermediate and realized pretty quickly that I was at a beginner level and have been able to work my way up. The programs offer incredible workouts and with consistency I have been able to progress and notice an increase in strength and endurance. I have been truly impressed by the functions and features of the bike, especially with the auto incline, decline and resistance. These workouts are so fun and I think this is genuinely worth the financial investment.

My experience for home gym bikes has been pretty basic until this upgrade. We had a very simple bike, before and it was n't really enjoyable to use. This bike has been a huge improvement on that. I did n't realize that bikes were even capable of doing what this bike does. I have thoroughly enjoyed the fact that the bike not only allows you to adjust resistance but also elevation. It gives riding it a very realistic feel, because as it adjust elevations, you can feel the resistance changing as well. I never expected that to work as well as it does and to make it feel much more like you are really riding outside. One other feature that has been a very pleasant surprise is how quiet the machine is. I work from home and I am in the same room as the bike, and my wife can workout on it and not bother me at all. It is also nice how easily the seat adjust to fit different people. Easy to turn knobs that make it so you can go higher/lower or forward/backward. A couple minor issues I have ran into, that have n't altered my opinion of the bike at all. The first is I have done a couple Ifit exercises on it and it does n't always link up right with the elevation adjustments on the workout. I have had to manually adjust elevation during the workout to match where the workout says it should be. It works probably 90% of the time, but I have had a few times where it has n't adjusted. The other is that everything, other than the resistance and elevation, are controlled by the touch screen. At times, during a harder workout, it can be a little difficult to make changes to some things if you chose to, but this is a very minor thing compared to what all you can do with the machine. Overall I have loved the machine. I have never liked riding a trainer bike indoors, but this has changed my opinion on that. This is an incentivized review.

This bike has made it so much easier to train indoors. I 've tried a couple of other indoor trainers and this has been the easiest and most comfortable to get on and set up. It starts up quickly and the screen is large and responsive. If you have the iFIT subscription you can watch Amazon and Netflix shows as well as follow thier pre recorded work outs that they film all around the world. The bike is comfortable to sit on and has some good adjustablility in the seat as far as height and even forward and back positioning of the seat. It makes it easy for my husband and I to use because it is so adjustable. I really like the fans as well because I can get a bit warm working out indoors. Putting the bike together when we got it was pretty easy. There are some pieces that can be a little heavy but are n't a problem if you have two people. Also Make sure to tighten both adjusment knobs on the seat or they squeak and pop a little during your ride. I love this bike and am very happy with it. If you are looking for something quiet and sleek as well as very adjustable, this is the right one. This is an incentivized review. My opinion is honest and unbiased.

This is the first bike I have owned but I have used many commercial bikes over the years. This one is very solid so you can pedal at higher speeds and at an incline without any worry. It is also very quiet, which is a big plus if you are working out while other people in your house are sleeping. The large touchscreen works well and is very nice. You feel very immersed in the iFit workouts. The bike is very adjustable and it's nice to have the resistance buttons on the handlebar so you can easily make changes. Overall, it is a great bike and I think anyone would be happy using it. The bike is easy and quick to put together but unless you are very strong you ’ ll need another person to help. I 've tried a lot of different elliptical machines, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried the Nordic Track Elite FS16i elliptical! One of my favorite features on this machine is that each foot pedal is free- moving so that you can adjust your stride. It's great for shorter people like me, but it also gives me the flexibility to adjust my workout level just based on how I 'm feeling each day. It has an amazing tablet that connects to the iFit program but you can also download a selection of personal apps to watch shows while you workout. I like that you can adjust the incline and resistance on the hand bars so they are in easy reach. Even on the lowest setting, it provides a great workout. I was sweating in no time! This is a great elliptical machine for any home gym!

It has been years since I have been to the gym, but when I went, I never used any other cardio machine other than the elliptical. We have never owned one in our home. I worried about the space and if it would fit. I was very wrong. Even at full stride, it fits really well into our small- bedroom home gym. I feel like I can get a full stride with no issue. Using the resistance and incline controls right on the hand bars is probably my favorite feature though. One of the things that I liked about this elliptical was that the pedals were not stuck in one place so that you could adjust your stride length- this let people of different height be able to use the machine comfortably. It also means the overall length of the machine feels shorter than other ellipticals, which makes the machine fit better in a home setting. I 'm 6 feet 4, 230 pounds and it handles my weight with no problem as well as providing plenty of range of motion. One of my favorite things is that it takes up very little space. You need 2 people to assemble, since it is VERY HEAVY! It is a well- made machine. I followed the instructions exactly. Tighten bolts when instructed. I am a 71 year old female in fairly good shape. I love this machine! I 've been using it for a couple of weeks. Assembly was n't too bad but definitely much easier with two of us. Directions were very easy to follow. Took about an hour start to finish, and we were really glad we did n't pay someone to do it. It does n't take much space, which is great as I have it in my living room! It is a good workout, but not so hard that I could n't do it. Took a few days to get my stride on it, but now that I have it, I do 20 minutes in the morning, and 20 at night. I 'm only doing it as the lowest level on the manual setting but hoping to work up to a more challenging workout in time. But even if I never progress from where I 'm at, it still will be a good workout for this old lady!

The assembly was more complicated than I expected( it took me an hour to get it fully out of the box and assembled), but it was worth it once I got the whole machine together. I was only able to do 2 minutes on it my first time and my thighs had a good burn going! I also felt it in my lats, shoulders, biceps, and my core a bit, just after 2 minutes on it. I like that you can adjust the resistance and the seat easily. I have n't tried the resistance band cables yet, but I 'm looking forward to it to target my inner and outer thighs like it shows in the video. This machine does n't feel like a beginner machine- I work out already, and like I said, after just 2 minutes on resistance 3, I had to take a break and my legs were burning! If you 're a beginner, you may have to work up to being able to be on it for several minutes at a time. It gets your heart pumping, too!

Overall, it has been a good addition to our home gym. It functions better than our old proform treadmill. We have been satisfied with it so far. I do enjoy the built in fan, our old one did n't have that and that is a nice feature. The console and controls are very simple. Not a lot of fluff on them. Basically speed and incline. I think I will like the ability to bluetooth to the machine and get additional workouts, but so far that has taken some getting use to. If my wife is connected still and not around close with her phone open, it seems to keep her connected and the machine wo n't work even from the console. Once she disconnects, it works fine. That is likely just user error and takes a little time to get use to. I have used it at multiple speeds and inclines and in general it has worked exactly how I want it to work. The only time I have noticed an issue is at really slow speeds, 1 mph or less. At this speed the track almost stops everytime I step but once I get up to about 2 mph, I do n't have that issue. It is a very sturdy feeling piece of equipment so far, plan on 2 people to get it into the house where you want it, and there were a few places during the assembly where we needed 2 people to complete the assembly. Overall, I have been happy with it and it seems like it will do what I want. I am not a hard core runner, but for the types of exercising I do, it will be more than enough I received this product at a discount for my honest and unbiased opinion.

I have loved this treadmill so far. It was n't too hard to get setup, though you will need a couple people as it is heavy and requires an extra set of hands in a few places. Once it is all setup, it's been pretty easy to use and seems like a solid addition to our home gym. I like how quite it is and how smooth everything is while running. The cushion feels pretty good so far. And I it seems to be built great. I do n't have too many critiques right now, my only one is I wish it had a little more incline so I could train a little steeper uphill. But for the most part it does everything I could ever want. I have used Ifit before, and while it is a good distraction and kind of cool how they can adjust everything for you, I 'm not a big fan of subscription products, so after the free trial I will probably resume my audible and video watching while I run. This has been a great addition to our at- home gym! The treadmill feels very stable, even for my very tall husband. We love the hydraulic storage, it 'll be so helpful to keep in limited space. The incline works great and the machine is n't too loud. It took a few hours to put together, so keep that in mind. Also, I love the fan as a feature, but I do wish it was adjustable. I 'm only 5 foot 3 and it blows right in my nose/eyes if I do n't adjust the way walk when I turn it on. All in all, I do recommend this treadmill to anyone looking to add something new to their home gym. This is an incentivized review.

I have been very pleased with this treadmill and definitely recommend it. The smooth low impact has been really a great option. I typically avoid running because of the impact on my knees but I have enjoyed running on this. The controls are simple and great for making quick adjustments to the speed and incline. I really like the added fan feature as well. I have enjoyed using the IFIT workouts a few times and that has been a fun way to enjoy different options. Assembly did take some time but it wants hard. All of the tools and parts were included and very well labeled with directions and numbers for each part which helped it go fast. The fold up option on to save space is also a great feature and very easy to use.

I recently acquired the ProForm Carbon TLS Treadmill, and I must say, it has proven to be a highly satisfactory purchase. However, a word of caution: due to the treadmill ’s considerable weight and bulk, it will require at least one additional person to bring the box inside. It is advisable to keep that individual on hand for the assembly process as well, as it is a two- person job. Definitely download the app. You can save all of your workouts and play scenic routes on your tv to make the path a little less boring. I ’ ve used this 2x since purchasing/setting up, and so far no issues! I ’ m a middle aged woman- who isn ’ t too handy- but set this up without the help of my husband. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.

I live in Panama and found this bike at a local store. I 've been missing spin rides a lot, so I bought one. I have n't tried the iFIT option yet, but that's a nice bonus. As for the bike itself, here are my thoughts. 1. Buy a seat cover. Seriously. Get one right now because you will not want to ride without it. I have done spin for years, owned 2 different bikes in the states, went to classes, and use every bike I find in a hotel gym. I 've never experienced a seat as uncomfortable as this one. 2. The gears are smooth but the resistance is n't as high as expected. At level 13/16 I was still in my seat peddling. I think for most people who are looking for a more affordable bike, this is perfect. I would like a little more tension. 3. Set up is super simple but getting it out of the box was harder. The box says to just lift it out after removing some Styrofoam. LOL- no. 4. Buy 3 AA batteries. You ca n't use the bike without them. I thought this was weird. I expected the tension to be on the base of the bike. Instead, you can only use the buttons on the display. It makes setting gear super easy BUT-- and this is important-- it means your phone/tablet covers the display. I know they want you to use the iFIT option, but I have my own app that I 've used for YEARS. It's affordable with incredible workouts and great instructors. So I ended up having my phone locked into the little holder( this is a nice feature, btw) but half off the display just so I could access the buttons. 5. I need to read on this, but while riding I tried to lock the display and could n't find a way to do that. I may be doing something wrong, but if you can lock the display( e. g., time, speed, etc.) then it's not intuitive. Overall, I think this is a solid low/mid- range bike. If you 're looking for a ride similar to what you will get from a$ XXXX bike, this is n't it, but it' competes with every lower cost bike I 've ever used. I 'm giving it 4 star when comparing it with similar cost bikes. Removing a star because I had to buy a new seat after one ride and because I had to steal from the remote and a clock just to get the batteries for a morning ride. 6. Super quiet. This is a huge plus. My bike back in the states gets loud when the tension is up.

This really works well and does n't take a lot of space.. Assembly is easy with the supplied tools. It runs quietly, so far, so that you can watch TV or read while using it. We found a standing workout was tricky as the flywheel does n't provide enough momentum for a smooth, non jerky feel. Might be okay with practice but seems better and smoother from a sitting position. A Youtube video mentioned raising the front with two 2x4s but I felt that put bending stress on the `` Bottom Board '' so I built a ramp that supported the entire machine. Happy with it so far.
