We really like this machine. It's very smooth in operation and very quiet. It was packaged well and very easy to assemble if you have any mechanical aptitude at all. It is super sturdy. I 'm 6 feet 4, 230 pounds and it handles my weight with no problem as well as providing plenty of range of motion. One of my favorite things is that it takes up very little space. Do n't be fooled by how easy it seems when you first start, it will give you a major leg workout. The computer thing is nice if you 're into that sort of thing. You need 2 people to assemble, since it is VERY HEAVY! It is a well- made machine. I followed the instructions exactly. Tighten bolts when instructed. I watched the assembly video, which was extremely helpful. The support line was friendly, professional and helpful. This machine is very well built, it runs very smoothly and is quiet. I am a 71 year old female in fairly good shape. I love this machine! I 've been using it for a couple of weeks. Assembly was n't too bad but definitely much easier with two of us. Directions were very easy to follow. Took about an hour start to finish, and we were really glad we did n't pay someone to do it. It does n't take much space, which is great as I have it in my living room! It is a good workout, but not so hard that I could n't do it. Took a few days to get my stride on it, but now that I have it, I do 20 minutes in the morning, and 20 at night. I 'm only doing it as the lowest level on the manual setting but hoping to work up to a more challenging workout in time. But even if I never progress from where I 'm at, it still will be a good workout for this old lady!

The assembly was more complicated than I expected( it took me an hour to get it fully out of the box and assembled), but it was worth it once I got the whole machine together. I was only able to do 2 minutes on it my first time and my thighs had a good burn going! I also felt it in my lats, shoulders, biceps, and my core a bit, just after 2 minutes on it. I like that you can adjust the resistance and the seat easily. I have n't tried the resistance band cables yet, but I 'm looking forward to it to target my inner and outer thighs like it shows in the video. This machine does n't feel like a beginner machine- I work out already, and like I said, after just 2 minutes on resistance 3, I had to take a break and my legs were burning! If you 're a beginner, you may have to work up to being able to be on it for several minutes at a time. It gets your heart pumping, too!

Received my new recumbent cross trainer( SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly is n't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. This really works well and does n't take a lot of space.. Assembly is easy with the supplied tools. It runs quietly, so far, so that you can watch TV or read while using it. We found a standing workout was tricky as the flywheel does n't provide enough momentum for a smooth, non jerky feel. Might be okay with practice but seems better and smoother from a sitting position. A Youtube video mentioned raising the front with two 2x4s but I felt that put bending stress on the `` Bottom Board '' so I built a ramp that supported the entire machine. Happy with it so far.

I have been using this for the last few weeks and have. Been so happy with the features. From the ease of use on the extremely large screen to the seamless transitions during the programs, this treadmill is amazing. The touchscreen is oversized and high quality. Whether I want to watch my trainer or watch my shows, the color definition is impeccable. Having the choice of which trainer I watch and where they are is great. The responsiveness of the screen is extremely quick and requires almost no load time. The operation of the treadmill is top quality. The cushioned load bearing base makes running easier on my joints. I can certainly tell a difference between running on an old treadmill or hard concrete and running on this. The incline and decline are quick and smooth. Often, I have barely noticed the transition until it's harder or easier. I only have a few cons. One is the inability to move it easily after it's been setup. Due to the weight, even with the rollers on the bottom, it is hard to adjust and ca n't be put in a stored position to clean under. The other con is also a pro. The ifit programming is wonderful, however, slightly expensive. To get the full benefits of this wonderful treadmill, a plan has to be purchased. The pros outweigh any cons on this machine. I 'd highly recommend it to anyone looking into getting something new. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

It is a bit more expensive than I initially thought it would be, but I do love it. It's a great tool in my workout, and the pink color is super cute! My only complaint is the pump; As other reviewers have stated, it is pretty cheap and seems like it could be easily broken. The Trekpad is very simple to use and completely avoids gym membership which is challenging during winter in Maine. I like the readouts which provide a variety of information throughout the workout. I broke one minor piece getting the treadmill out of the box, so I will be calling Sunny H& F to see if they can send me another arm rest. Awesome treadmill. I was looking for a small treadmill to replace an older and bulky one. This is perfect! It fits in the room nicely and the folding feature is ground literally breaking! Such a fantastic idea to have the whole treadmill literally fold in half and then up against a wall. Also zero assembly. Kudos to this company. The treadmill is super solid and very quiet. I have it sitting on a bike mat, and it is like walking/running on clouds. I love this machine. The only thing keeping it from being perfect for my needs is the lack of an incline – it 'd be nice to be able to go uphill sometime. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.

Having a treadmill at home allows me to take care of myself in the morning before everyone wakes up, but I 'm still here if I 'm needed. The treadmill fits in a small space in this full house, and it's quiet to operate. I love the automatic incline feature to make my workouts count for more. I was hoping that raising the handle up and down would be with a pin, and having to screw and unscrew it is slightly more tedious, but it's not difficult. Overall a great machine that combines simplicity and all you need for a good workout!

I have had my Pacer Treadpad for about a month and have not been able to use it much. Received with a faulty motor. Support was easy to access and very helpful in testing to determine the issue. New motor shipped and instruction on replacement was provided. Motor replacement was not difficult, walking pad alignment was tedious, but my support agent was very helpful and responsive to my emails and provided additional suggestions. All in all, I am happy, not just with the treadpad, but with Sunny support. If it were n't for support, this would be a 1 star review. As it stands, it gets 4 stars instead of 5 because I am still having to tweak the walking pad to be able to use it on a consistent basis. Set up was easy. It is quiet and smooth( with the new motor). Would recommend!

Great machine perfect for elders. Got this for my mom who has disabilities and this machine worked perfect. Physical buttons on the handrails helped our situation as she is is visually impaired and its easier to navigate the on/off buttons. Only thing it does need is a water bottle holder.

I have several Bowflex products and am a fan of the brand due to the build quality and features. Two things that sold me on the Bowflex T9 vs other competing treadmill was the smaller footprint when folded up, and the Apple Watch integration. You basically just turn on the treadmill, hold your Apple Watch over a sensor area, and choose your exercise( indoor run, indoor walk, etc). I love while all the stats, including heart rate captured from your watch, are shown on the treadmill dash. Another great product from Bowflex. And a final tip: if you are going to set this up on a second floor, hire movers. The base is heavy and was hard even for three people. But we did it.

This machine suits my needs perfectly. It was inexpensive but great quality, easy to assemble, easy to use and it provides a great work out. Folded it has a really small footprint. When in use it requires about 60% of the space of an Elliptical and less than 50% of the space of a treadmill. I have had it for less than a month but I already used it more than I have used every other exercise machine turned clothes hanger that I have owned.
