We really like this machine. It's very smooth in operation and very quiet. It was packaged well and very easy to assemble if you have any mechanical aptitude at all. It is super sturdy. I 'm 6 feet 4, 230 pounds and it handles my weight with no problem as well as providing plenty of range of motion. One of my favorite things is that it takes up very little space. Do n't be fooled by how easy it seems when you first start, it will give you a major leg workout. The computer thing is nice if you 're into that sort of thing. I started with a stationary bike with a cadence sensor and the Peloton app approximately 3+ years ago. I have enjoyed every ride and workout with Peloton. My husband recently purchased the Peloton bike++ for my birthday. I will say the bike is a totally different riding experience. I love the auto cadence which changes during your ride without having to worry about staying within the correct pace. You need 2 people to assemble, since it is VERY HEAVY! It is a well- made machine. I followed the instructions exactly. Tighten bolts when instructed. I watched the assembly video, which was extremely helpful. The support line was friendly, professional and helpful. This machine is very well built, it runs very smoothly and is quiet. I am a 71 year old female in fairly good shape. I love this machine! I 've been using it for a couple of weeks. Assembly was n't too bad but definitely much easier with two of us. Directions were very easy to follow. Took about an hour start to finish, and we were really glad we did n't pay someone to do it. It does n't take much space, which is great as I have it in my living room! It is a good workout, but not so hard that I could n't do it. Took a few days to get my stride on it, but now that I have it, I do 20 minutes in the morning, and 20 at night. I 'm only doing it as the lowest level on the manual setting but hoping to work up to a more challenging workout in time. But even if I never progress from where I 'm at, it still will be a good workout for this old lady!

Received my new recumbent cross trainer( SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly is n't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. Do n't let this stop you, the SBE420035 is a terrific piece of exercise equipment and Sunny Health is a fine company with excellent customer service. I 'm an 81 year old man who has been working out his whole life and am not easily impressed.

This really works well and does n't take a lot of space.. Assembly is easy with the supplied tools. It runs quietly, so far, so that you can watch TV or read while using it. We found a standing workout was tricky as the flywheel does n't provide enough momentum for a smooth, non jerky feel. Might be okay with practice but seems better and smoother from a sitting position. A Youtube video mentioned raising the front with two 2x4s but I felt that put bending stress on the `` Bottom Board '' so I built a ramp that supported the entire machine. Happy with it so far.

It was very user friendly and had so many options for different workouts. It took about 2 hours to put together. I have been using this for the last few weeks and have. Been so happy with the features. From the ease of use on the extremely large screen to the seamless transitions during the programs, this treadmill is amazing. The touchscreen is oversized and high quality. Whether I want to watch my trainer or watch my shows, the color definition is impeccable. Having the choice of which trainer I watch and where they are is great. The responsiveness of the screen is extremely quick and requires almost no load time. The operation of the treadmill is top quality. The cushioned load bearing base makes running easier on my joints. I can certainly tell a difference between running on an old treadmill or hard concrete and running on this. The incline and decline are quick and smooth. Often, I have barely noticed the transition until it's harder or easier. I only have a few cons. One is the inability to move it easily after it's been setup. Due to the weight, even with the rollers on the bottom, it is hard to adjust and ca n't be put in a stored position to clean under. The other con is also a pro. The ifit programming is wonderful, however, slightly expensive. To get the full benefits of this wonderful treadmill, a plan has to be purchased. The pros outweigh any cons on this machine. I 'd highly recommend it to anyone looking into getting something new. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

So far, I love this thing and use it 4/5 days a week. I speed walk at 4. 2 mph for an hour a day and even started jogging on it at 5. 2 mph. No complaints. The belt sometimes needs to be centered but that couldn ’ t be easier to do by hand. I think the bar controls were a necessary improvement, however. I just hope the motor holds up because I use it so much!

I have followed Katie Austin for a long time, and was so excited when she announced her new treadmill. I purchased it immediately and it delivered so quickly. I 'm happy to say it's completely changed my daily routine. I 've been wanting to get more steps in, but it's hard to motive myself to get outside with work being busy, now I can just hop on my treadmill. The Trekpad is very simple to use and completely avoids gym membership which is challenging during winter in Maine. I like the readouts which provide a variety of information throughout the workout. I broke one minor piece getting the treadmill out of the box, so I will be calling Sunny H& F to see if they can send me another arm rest. For someone who is not mechanical and has a ways to go fitness- wise, this is an excellent, cost- effective purchase. It's compact enough to move around if you need to. Definitely a 5 Star purchase for my purposes.

I wanted a foldable treadmill specifically so I could exercise in winter and bad weather without it always being in the way. This is easy to fold up and roll in and out of the closet when the weather does n't allow me to walk or bike outdoors. I feel safe knowing that the safety strap will efficiently stop me when necessary. The speed and distance measurements are consistent with my fitness watch. Many walking pads do not have handles or safety straps, and the digital measurements are on the floor, which are difficult to read. This model has everything you need in a location you can read. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. I have had my Pacer Treadpad for about a month and have not been able to use it much. Received with a faulty motor. Support was easy to access and very helpful in testing to determine the issue. New motor shipped and instruction on replacement was provided. Motor replacement was not difficult, walking pad alignment was tedious, but my support agent was very helpful and responsive to my emails and provided additional suggestions. All in all, I am happy, not just with the treadpad, but with Sunny support. If it were n't for support, this would be a 1 star review. I have several Bowflex products and am a fan of the brand due to the build quality and features. Two things that sold me on the Bowflex T9 vs other competing treadmill was the smaller footprint when folded up, and the Apple Watch integration. You basically just turn on the treadmill, hold your Apple Watch over a sensor area, and choose your exercise( indoor run, indoor walk, etc). I love while all the stats, including heart rate captured from your watch, are shown on the treadmill dash. Another great product from Bowflex. And a final tip: if you are going to set this up on a second floor, hire movers. The base is heavy and was hard even for three people. But we did it.

I bought this a month ago and have put over 20 hours on it. Assembly was straightforward, taking me and my wife about 1 hour using the included tools. It is a large and heavy machine, so I 'd recommend assembling it in whatever room it will reside. The manual workout mode is very simple and quick to get moving: just plug in and press start. It shows a screen with a pin on a track showing your lap time, total time, distance, calories burned, speed and incline. Speed and incline can be adjusted with simple button pushes. The tread flows smoothly and needed no adjustment.( I did have to shift it around my room a little bit, as the tread is a bit sensitive if placed on an uneven floor... my first placement caused the tread to constantly shift to the side. Once I moved the machine to a flat spot, it has been fine all month.) The real magic is in the iFit software. The pre- recorded runs, walks, and hikes can be searched and sorted by intensity, duration, etc. Very nice if you 're like me: a desk jockey who is trying to finally get active. I have n't discovered all of the secrets of this treadmill or iFit, but I 'm excited to spend time on it; and that is a first for me. This is an incentivized review.

I have had one of the larger treadmills from Nordic Track, and chose this one so that I could have something that is not so bulky. I was worried that it would not be stable, but I have been super impressed with the stability of the treadmill along with the motor and the running surface. The speed of the treadmill goes up to 12 mph and it also allows you to incline up to 12%. The only thing I miss from my last treadmill is the decline, which really was n't much. I love that this treadmill has a 10- inch display and Bluetooth capabilities. I have been obsessed with the IFit workouts. I am currently doing the trail series and LOVE the runs! I started using this bike in past month and have really enjoyed it. The initial set up and installation was simple and the instructions provided were detailed enough for two individuals to put together in a timely manner. I was easily able to login with my ifit login and begin to explore the workout options. The fan power is an improvement to my other NordicTrack exercise equipment and you can tell this is just a high quality product by the look and feel. The seat was uncomfortable at first but with some padded bike shorts and getting used it, its no longer an issue. Let me just say that the initial few workouts were HARD for me, so challenging. I thought I could start at intermediate and realized pretty quickly that I was at a beginner level and have been able to work my way up. The programs offer incredible workouts and with consistency I have been able to progress and notice an increase in strength and endurance. I have been truly impressed by the functions and features of the bike, especially with the auto incline, decline and resistance. These workouts are so fun and I think this is genuinely worth the financial investment.

My experience for home gym bikes has been pretty basic until this upgrade. We had a very simple bike, before and it was n't really enjoyable to use. This bike has been a huge improvement on that. It gives riding it a very realistic feel, because as it adjust elevations, you can feel the resistance changing as well. I never expected that to work as well as it does and to make it feel much more like you are really riding outside. One other feature that has been a very pleasant surprise is how quiet the machine is. I work from home and I am in the same room as the bike, and my wife can workout on it and not bother me at all. It is also nice how easily the seat adjust to fit different people. Easy to turn knobs that make it so you can go higher/lower or forward/backward. A couple minor issues I have ran into, that have n't altered my opinion of the bike at all. The first is I have done a couple Ifit exercises on it and it does n't always link up right with the elevation adjustments on the workout. I have had to manually adjust elevation during the workout to match where the workout says it should be. It works probably 90% of the time, but I have had a few times where it has n't adjusted. The other is that everything, other than the resistance and elevation, are controlled by the touch screen. At times, during a harder workout, it can be a little difficult to make changes to some things if you chose to, but this is a very minor thing compared to what all you can do with the machine. Overall I have loved the machine. I have never liked riding a trainer bike indoors, but this has changed my opinion on that. This is an incentivized review.

This bike has made it so much easier to train indoors. I 've tried a couple of other indoor trainers and this has been the easiest and most comfortable to get on and set up. It starts up quickly and the screen is large and responsive. If you have the iFIT subscription you can watch Amazon and Netflix shows as well as follow thier pre recorded work outs that they film all around the world. The bike is comfortable to sit on and has some good adjustablility in the seat as far as height and even forward and back positioning of the seat. It makes it easy for my husband and I to use because it is so adjustable. I really like the fans as well because I can get a bit warm working out indoors. Putting the bike together when we got it was pretty easy. There are some pieces that can be a little heavy but are n't a problem if you have two people. Also Make sure to tighten both adjusment knobs on the seat or they squeak and pop a little during your ride. I love this bike and am very happy with it. If you are looking for something quiet and sleek as well as very adjustable, this is the right one. This is an incentivized review. My opinion is honest and unbiased.

This is the first bike I have owned but I have used many commercial bikes over the years. This one is very solid so you can pedal at higher speeds and at an incline without any worry. It is also very quiet, which is a big plus if you are working out while other people in your house are sleeping. The large touchscreen works well and is very nice. You feel very immersed in the iFit workouts. The bike is very adjustable and it's nice to have the resistance buttons on the handlebar so you can easily make changes. Overall, it is a great bike and I think anyone would be happy using it. The bike is easy and quick to put together but unless you are very strong you ’ ll need another person to help. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Had mine for a few days now Nov 25. It is wonderful. Seat and handlebars are adjustable. Seat height adjustable vertically and horizontally. Pedals have clips on one side and toe cages on other making it versatile. Wheels on front stabilizer make it easy to move. Connects to zwift and other cycling apps. Has a nice beverage holder. Extremely quiet and smooth. Got this on black Friday deal at an incredible price. Wife loved it and so do I. You can not go wrong. Only thing I would add is a usb jack to charge your tablet or iphone.

[ Great tread overall! I occasionally hit the bars in the front that are used to adjust the speed and incline with my hands and it sort of messes up my stride. It might be better to have them closer to the console, omit them altogether., or place the knobs somewhere else on the tread.
