I like it, usually I wear wide but they did n't make wide for this one and it is good enough room in the toe box. It also gives me a boost on height which is always a plus for someone short. Its a good running shoes and short 40 yard dash runs, probably not a perfect one for long distance like half or full marathons. Shoe laces are secured tightly to the shoes, they do n't come off easy once its tied right. The only negative thing is that the bottom of the shoes can add a rubber type material for stability when its on wet floor.

This shoe has completely revived my running and is the best shoe I have ever worn. I 've been a distance runner since 1984 and wore Pegs for much of my life. Switched to Zoom Fly when the first edition came out. The 6 is an absolute game changer. First run out of the box ran about: 30/mile faster than my usual slog without trying to do so. My HR is commensurately higher, but my legs and body feel much easier. Just a tremendous shoe for forefoot or midfoot strikers- would not recommend for heel strikers. I am older and much slower than I used to be but I am enjoying runs more than I have in years.

After a less enjoyable Vaporfly 3, I was ecstatic to try these on and immediately notice the similarities to the Vaporfly 2 which was previously my favorite Nike racings shoe. “ Adding lightness, ” in the words of Lotus, is the best thing you can do whenever you already have an incredible design. Laces have improved slightly, and are still the best on the market; these don ’ t stretch and don ’ t come untied. Durability is always the tradeoff with some foams, and is the only possible criticism of this pair.

I actually like the Adizero SL2 more than my EVO SL… I ’ ve already put around 60 miles on the shoes and they have been working great for all of my runs. Taken them as long as 10 miles, haven ’ t done any actual speed work but they can pick up the pace just fine. I don ’ t have wide feet so the fit is nice, upper feels more locked in than the EVO. Overall a nice shoe for the average runner, even not on sale I ’ d say they are excellent shoes for the price, on sale they are a no brainer. sizing wise, i got half size up despite other saying it runs big, and i am so glad i did. i previously bought the boston 12 true to size because the reviews said it ran big, but my toes got bruised after 5mi. the tongue on the AAP4 does not cut into your foot/ankle area like the boston 12, which is great. did runners knot for a nice snug heel fit.

Great all- around… bouncy feel, better cushion than Ghost/Pegasus, average weight and stack. Significantly better than the 4. ATC is a slightly stiffer around the foot but otherwise runs the same as the regular. Does not have the best grip especially in wet conditions. Tounge could be better than flimsy fabric.
