I like it, usually I wear wide but they did n't make wide for this one and it is good enough room in the toe box. It also gives me a boost on height which is always a plus for someone short. Its a good running shoes and short 40 yard dash runs, probably not a perfect one for long distance like half or full marathons. Shoe laces are secured tightly to the shoes, they do n't come off easy once its tied right. The only negative thing is that the bottom of the shoes can add a rubber type material for stability when its on wet floor.

These are great. Super light for a running shoe these days in a world of maximalist trainers. My size 13 pair is just over 7oz per shoe. Marketed as a 5k/10k shoe, but I routinely wear them for distances of 10- 15 miles without issue. I 've even done some decent gravel and trail distances in them. I weigh 185 so putting decent energy into my pair. Nice and roomy toe box, super comfy. Not as plush and springy as, say, Vaporfly Next%s, of course, but the light weight and comfort more than make up for that and it's a shoe I tend to reach for first even when doing double digit miles. I have a couple hundred miles on them and they 're still going strong. Wishing they 'd come out with some more subdued colorways similar to the protos instead of the loud oranges and purples and whatever, but I 'm sure in time they will. Best Nike shoe yet, and maybe best recent running shoe from any company.

I do n't run a lot of 5k's. Coming off a half marathon personal best I ran a personal best 10k and was going for the same in a 5k. I usually just run in a pair of my training shoes, but thought a lighter pair would help in a shorter distance. Any excuse for a new pair of running shoes. Out of the box my first thought was amazement at how light they are! My shoe rotation includes the zoomx invincible 1 and 2's, vomero 16's and the brooks adrenaline. None of which are particularly light. First time on my feet the upper felt like tissue paper with a zoomx lower. The upper did not feel flexible. Almost plasticky, but not a major issue. The cushioning felt squishy like I would bottom it out under hard running. First run, they felt fine. Lighter, more nimble than my usual shoes. Cushioning felt adequate for a short distance. Second run felt better. A little more broken in for me or the shoes. Just two 5k runs to check them out before the race. 5k Race day, they felt great. Missed my personal best slightly, but it was 90% humidity so not the shoes fault. Honestly the shoes just disappeared on my feet. I was 24th out of 254 people. So I 'm not the fastest guy out there. 8: 35 miles. Post mortem, the shoes have a total of 10 miles on them. I can see wear on the outsole. Some of it kind of looks like galling. The outsole material feels so soft I do n't expect it to last. Took a picture, but I 'm not sure if the wear will show. Post mortem, my feet are a little more sore than typical post race. Reasonable to expect given the reduced cushioning for the lighter weight. A fair trade. I will keep these shoes for 5k races and a couple of faster training runs leading up to them. Keeping the miles down. I do n't think I would run a 10k in these, but maybe. Spectacularly light and surprisingly comfortable. If I was going to change one thing I 'd make the cushioning very slightly firmer. I felt like maybe I was bottoming them out on race day.

[ Upon putting these shoes on it was immediate comfort. They run true to size and the fit is perfect. I love how each step is just pure comfort. I ā m hoping that in the long run it holds up with it. [ To be fully transparent, my go- to shoes are the Nike VaporMax Plus or the Flyknits. I love how comfortable and multifunctional they are given I can literally wear them to the gym or a casual day out while the array of fun color options makes them all the more versatile. With that said, this is my first pair of Nike Vomeros. Based on looks alone, this style of shoe probably would not be my first choice given I prioritize fashion over function. However, after wearing them several times while out walking on the trail near my house which is a mix of paved road and dirt, I can say they are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I ā ve ever worn. The sole of the shoe has a ton of foam cushioning with really nice arch support while the entire shoe is super lightweight and stretchy. The tongue is also really thick which allows me to pull the laces tight and not feel them cutting into the top of my foot. I also love that the shoelaces are flat and remained tied! The entire shoe is made of breathable, lightweight material making them the perfect shoe for walking or running. I normally size up by 1/2 a size because I like to have a little extra room for when I wear thick Nike Dri- FIT socks. The shoe however is true to size!

[ Nike Zoom Structure 25 is where comfort meets support. Zoom cushioning with arch support to help stabilize the foot. Added support in the arch of the foot is noticeable but not too much and is comfortable for all day wear. Fit is true to size as far a Nike running goes. Standard width was roomy and provide me ample toe box room. Upper is lightweight and breathable. Outsole has good traction and did not experience any traction issues running outdoors or on the treadmill.

[ The Nike air zoom, structure 25, is a lightweight, breathable sneaker designed for distance and endurance. At first sight the look of the shoe wasn ā t set to awe anyone. But once the foot is in the shoe the looks don ā t matter. The shoe fits true to size and holds the foot like Goldilocksā¦not too tight, not too looseā¦just right. The cushion was noticeably significant as the shock absorption on strike was well received and eliminated prevailing joint pain through the leg. That being said, the insole of this shoe is geared more towards a rear mid/heel striker. I also tested this shoe in cross training with a combo HIIT, functional strength training, spring workout and the shoe performed well. It is now my favorite cross training shoe. I would suggest flat laces that hold up to vigorous training and a larger pull loop on the back of the heel for convenience. Overall, 9/10.

This shoe has completely revived my running and is the best shoe I have ever worn. I 've been a distance runner since 1984 and wore Pegs for much of my life. Switched to Zoom Fly when the first edition came out. The 6 is an absolute game changer. First run out of the box ran about: 30/mile faster than my usual slog without trying to do so. My HR is commensurately higher, but my legs and body feel much easier. Just a tremendous shoe for forefoot or midfoot strikers- would not recommend for heel strikers. I am older and much slower than I used to be but I am enjoying runs more than I have in years.

Not perfect but the best racing supershoe that I ā ve used among VF2, VF3, adizero adios, AF3. Just received VF4s but yet to run in them. My first run in these AF3s was a shakeout before a half marathon. Was concerned as the shoes squeaked for about 2. 5 miles but that finally subsided. Have run 2 half marathons in these- each time was PR by 4 minutes. Best thing for me is the low volume toe box. I have narrow, low volume feet. The VF3s are way too baggy in the toe box for me. Save your race shoes and use these for training. It can get squishy which may tire your legs out which make them excellent for slow paced training runs. The lighter in weight you are the more miles you can run in them. Heavier runners may look at 10 to 15 miles max in these. A firmer heel would have made these much better.

First of all I don ā t understand why there is a recommendation for one size up for wide feet since I have wide feet and this fit perfectly maybe for those with extreme wide feet it ās recommended to go half size up. Second this shoes are extremely comfortable and good looking as well. The upper mesh is breathable and water resistant as far as I heart but I am not going to that that:) all in all I don ā t see any negative in this shoe. Let ās run them for maybe 2 years and see if my option changes. This shoes ain ā t cheap so they better hold up for few years at least.

First of all, Nikes are always the most fashionable but also the most narrow. So this is a rare and exciting. Find! Women's wide are typically not wide enough, but this extra wide is absolutely perfect. I have had so much foot pain lately and tried at least dozens of brands, sizes and widths. This shoes in white color are amazing. There is a little criticism about heel slip but runners knot solves that issue and heel slip doesn ā t happen while walking so it ās fine. The only real criticism I have about this shoe is its upper mesh is not good enough for the original price tag. It should be soft and shoe should be bendable in the front to be called a real runner shoe. Overall this is a most comfortable shoe I have ever tried. I can wear them all day and still not be tired so this is definitely a good all day walking or working shoes.

this show is great for protection for running on gravel... it's a bit too big for running on uneven terrain such as erosion damaged dirt where the foot is not as able to `` feel '' the terrain and seemingly is n't responsive proprioceptive... on the road it's cushioned and bouncy which is what they may have been targeting

This is my first pair of Nike's. Initially, I was a little back and forth on the upper as it felt loose in some areas and tight in others. There was some heel slippage on the first run as well that a runners knot cured. After 4 runs, twenty miles, and going back to normal tying, these shoes have broken in nicely and fit great with no slipping. They are incredibly comfortable and stable and are at home on the treadmill and the road. These are NOT go fast shoes by any means and nail the recovery or easy run role for me that still go the distance. They look great in the white/blue/orange colorway. Very happy with them!

I have had my Hoka Mach 6s for about a month and I love them! They are very light weight and oh so cushioned! I don ā t feel the cushioning looks like I am walking on a huge amount of foam, but it feels like I am. I have a neuroma in my foot and got the wider size for extra room in the toe box and that has helped them feel comfortable as well. I am using these for general use and fitness walks. I have some Bondi 6s I save for the gym and love those too! I think I have become a Hoka fan for life!

These are really great shoes. Hands down probably the best running shoes I 've owned. I 've been suffering from ball of foot pain( metatarsalgia) under the second toe for about 8 months, and it really started to flare up within the last 1. 5 months. I tend to be a forefoot striker and typically run about 5- 7 miles when I go out. Just went on a 7 mile run with the AlphaFly Next% 2 and they really did help to neutralize the impact on the 2nd metatarsal head to the point where I felt no soreness or pain post run. Nike recommended a size 9. 5, but I ended up buying a size 11 and it fits perfect. Hope Nike continues to make shoes like this since it helped me avoid having to give up running.
