[ I regular workout at my Crossfit gym and these shoes are great for barbell work, box jumps, and running. They are light and I am able to keep my balance well. I did need to size up 1/2 with the Nano 4's.

I ’ ve bought Reebok Nano 6 ’s for years and they ’ ve been great for CrossFit workouts. I recently switched to more HIIT workouts and really felt the need for more cushioning- especially going from box jumps to sprints and more. I bought the metcons in both 8. 5( my normal size) and 9 ’s as people said to size up. They were comfortable and had more cushioning yet the same stability as my metcons but the sizing was a bit weird. My normal size felt a little bit tighter/smaller but the 9 ’s felt huge. I stuck with my normal size and did my first HIIT workout and they were SOLID. Super comfortable, stable for heavy lifts, and most importantly didnt feel tight. Definitely my new favorite shoe. Highly recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this shoe is right out of the box. I ’ ve had foot surgery in the past and that foot is more sensitive to stiffer soles, meaning I usually have to add insoles to most shoes. No need with this one!
