I 've had these for six weeks of summer on sidewalks and woods' rutty trails where they 've been great-- perfect insulation from the ground's surface, good traction on wet and/or uneven ground, plenty roomy for my wide forefeet whether w/ socks or not, and w/ a springy stride.
