[ This is my second pair of Ugg Men's Slippers. First pair was Grey, second pair was black. First Pair still going strong( did have a the stich on one right slipper untie after several years, will have to get it retied/sewn). Basically these are well built slippers that will last several years. Soles after several years have held up well. Granted they are indoor slippers but have 100's of mile on carpet and hardwood floors.

[ These are snug like everyone said, size up if you want a loose fit or want to wear socks. These are super comfortable and very warm, almost too warm.
