I purchased the 1940s Garnet thermos, it arrived in a timely manner wrapped in a nice box. The finish is very nice and appealing to the eye and touch. I love that they included a bit of real cork on the top of the thermos cap, an homage to the original cork stoppers used back in the day. This is an excellent recreation of a classic, and I 'm tempted to grab the 1920s one as well.

The perfect walk buddy
I LOVE this Cross Bottle! Not too heavy. Streamlined and easy to walk with. I walk my German Shepherd for 1- 2 miles day and night. This has been the perfect bottle for our walks. And ofcourse I got it in my favorite color- Lilac. My dog now gets excited and pucks up his leash as soon as he sees me put on the cross bottle. I sometimes put a little ice and water in it at night. In the morning, the water is still ice cold and ready for our walk. My favorite Stanley purchase
