I love this knife! My favorite EDC. Super comfortable and an easy one handed operated folder. It's not fast to put away, but the draw is quick. Gerber just needs to make a version with better steel, like S30V would be fine. 8 years in the army and I went through 3 of these. I think the clip could be better too. But jimping is amazing and the lightweight frame is on point!

I am an avid climber and one time, back when I had LONG hair, I got my hair stuck in my belay device. After making my partner, on lead, down climb the last move so I could free my hair, I decided that it was time to carry a knife for the impromptu haircut. I chose the Remix for the carabiner hole so I could attach it to my harness. Since then, I have used it for countless other tasks like cutting webbing or digging out thorns. After 10 years on my harness i can say that it will stay. It still keeps a great edge, I sharpen at the beginning of every season and it lasts the whole season with hard usage. I have trusted Gerber products for the past 20 years and can honestly say that the REMIX is worth it's weight.

My wife gave me my first one a few years ago. May have lost it at work yesterday, but it might be found and returned. In the mean time, I 'm not taking any chances- just ordered a replacement- same model. Gerber 22- 41968 I 've given it a heck of a workout in my new job since last July. Very nice knife, very thin and sharp and easy to sharpen. This is my 2nd slimjim which I use as an EDC, even though the handle is thin it is easy to hold on to. I recommend it.

This pocket knife was given to me as a gift from my son prior to him leaving on his first military deployment. That was nearly 10 years ago. It has served me well on a daily basis. I have been more than pleased with it. Keeps a good edge to the blade. Cleans up easily. I have given several away as gifts to sons in law.

Good knife. Fast delivery. Packaging was good with no issues. I like the weight of the knife. I will be using it on my next camping trip. Very sharp out of the box.
