These are a cute upgrade to my usual Teva Mush II sandals. They 're a little `` dressier '' in comparison. They 're still flip flops, but I feel more put together in these and feel less bad about wearing them out. Still not fancy so I would n't suggest wearing these to a formal event, but for a casual event or dinner, yes. Great for day to day. I 'm an 8 1/2 but there are n't half sizes and I opted for the 9 but it fit pretty well so I put that they 're a half size too small. I do n't know if a true size 9 will wear these and find that the case but for me, being an 8 1/2, the 9s fit just right so I went up a half size. It's personal preference. I 'd recommend these. I wish I got more colors than black.

I wanted something that was easy to slip on my feet for letting the dogs out or running outside quickly for something. I am pregnant so also wanted something with good traction. These seemed to fit the bill but I didn ’ t realize how comfortable they would be! I now want to walk in them all the time and am torn if I should make them slippers for inside or shoes for outside. I really love these!
