I typically wear a n 8 1/2 but because I had broken a toe a few years ago I thought the half size larger would work better for me. I was so surprised when I tried them on and they fit perfectly with no discomfort to my toe. Last week I played 18 holes with them and commented to my friends numerous times how comfortable and lightweight they were. I love footjoys and I love these the best!!! I love them! I needed to replace my war- torn gym shoes and these are perfect. I was nervous reading the reviews that they 'd be too small or uncomfortable. I think the difference in the way some of the styles are made could be the problem. The material and color combination I got was n't an issue at all. I got my normal sneaker size and I 'm so glad I did. If you wear thick socks go up half a size, thin socks, buy your regular size.

From what I 've been told, it is recommended that you take a stroll in new running shoes to warm them up and stretch them out a bit. However, I took these shoes on a run fresh out of the box and it felt great. This is not normal for me by the way. I 'm a flat- footed monster with wide feet and if the shoe does n't fit while I 'm running, it can get extremely painful. The Pegasus always seem to deliver for me. Neutral running shoes work the best for my flat feet and I 'm so happy with my purchase. I look forward to using this bad boy as my daily. I 'm 5' 1 '', and wear a 6. 5 in womens running shoes. Size up half a size for wide footed monsters.

The first couple of times I wore these, I wasn ’ t sure. I had been wearing Sketchers pickleball shoes, and these were less cushy but have better arch support. Although they don ’ t feel as soft when I wear them, I have much less foot and knee discomfort after I ’ m done playing. They did take a little bit to break in, but now that I ’ m used to them I can see that they provide far more support. I ’ ll definitely be back for another pair when these wear out.
