[ If you want Shimano clip in on one side and flat on the other, probably about the best choice for Shimano. Sealed bearings and about 120 grams lighter than the 324 version.

[ I have a gravel bike that I also use for road riding( switching out the wheel set). I love that i can use the platform side for dirt and have the freedom to put my foot down without the struggle of unclipping on rough terrain. There's a slight learning curve to avoid accidentally clipping in but it quickly becomes second nature. There is plenty of surface area to ride with street shoes as well. I love these!
