While my Sunset Chair also has a high position, the Cafe Chair position works better for me. The Sunset is a more comfortable leaned- back design for relaxing, but the Cafe Chair is a practical multi- purpose design for the campsite. Sturdy, easy to assemble, easy to clean, quick drying. And it's lighter when carrying on my motorcycle.

[ I bought this chair to have a collapsible chair that is at normal table height. This chair meets that and may actually be slightly too small for people with shorter legs. Despite the additional height it is quite stable, although as with all Helinox- type collapsible chairs you will need a base to support it on soft ground. The back of the the chair is not height enough to rest your head back but the back provides adequate support in an upright posture. It is fairly comfortable and the vented back panel should prevent overheating but the sides of the seat are a bit narrow so if you are on the wider/heavier side you may find that it cups tightly. It is somewhat heavier than the smaller chairs and too heavy for backpacking but I keep it in the truck and it is sufficiently compact compared to other options. Overall, it ’s the best and only choice for this style of chair at a full table height.

[ I thought that this would be more like one of the bulky beach chairs but I was pleasantly surprised to find it is actually like the camp chairs that fold up and fit in the bag. This makes it so much easier to carry to and from the beach. It is very low to the ground so it is good for keeping your toes and feet in the sand. It is sturdy and light. You do not have the option of reclining back but you are not sitting up to straight or back too far. It has padded arms and a headrest. It is very comfortable and easy to use.

[ I am not a dedicated lightweight backpacker. I have carried many of heavy loads. However, I am planning on hiking the Long Trail in Vermont. I am trying to lighten my load. One thing that is a must in my pack is a chair. I used to always take a Crazy Creek chair, but they don ’ t pack up very small. That is where this chair shines! Not only is it lightweight, it packs up incredibly small. It also gets me off the ground a little bit! Best yet is that despite its lightweight features, it is VERY sturdy! I would put it up to any chair for support! Such an amazing chair! A bit pricey, but worth EVERY penny after a long hike on the trail at camp!!! Highly recommended!

[ I bought this a month ago and took it on an overnighted in the Talladega National Forest. Easy set up and not too much extra weight. If you place a rock in it on a windy night it will help keep the ice in one area. LOL

[ As a lifelong backpacker, I have always eyed camp chairs with a bit of suspicion. The extra weight of the old clunkers did n't seem to justify the gain in comfort. After my husband bought a nice camp chair in a similar style, I asked for this Helinox Chair Zero for Christmas. I have not been disappointed! It is very light, easier to set up than my husband's, and holds me in a comfortable and relaxing position. We are eager for backpacking weather to return to our state so we can take this baby on the trails!
