[ My wife and I wanted some sort of shelter for car camping that we could cook under. Most tarps are larger than what we need, but this is perfect. Setup is a breeze using the three poles. There are various options for attaching the front to your vehicle. Two stakes allow for attaching the rear. We set it up with our Rav4 hatch open and have no problems opening/closing the hatch with the shelter in place. There's lots of space underneath for cooking and hanging out. One could easily fit four camp chairs under this if needed. We 've only used it twice, but experienced torrential downpours on both occasions and remained perfectly dry sitting underneath it and chilling out. One of the best shelter investments I 've made in the last 45 years.

[ I set it up, and it was similar to setting up a tent, though more unwieldy since it ’s only 2 sided. Great shelter space for my Honda CR- V! Will be hard to set up if it ’s raining though.

[ I ’ m beyond pleased with this awning! I ’ ve been in my Promaster van for a few years and always wanted extra shade but didn ’ t want to have a permanent awning installed. The Kelty awning is affordable, durable, and easy for even one person to assemble( with low wind conditions). Mine has been through a few mild thunderstorms and has held up well. My ONLY wish is that it had some sort of mesh window so that I didn ’ t have to sacrifice so much of the view outside of my slider door. Definitely recommend this purchase regardless!

Our young family loves a day at the beach and this sun shelter is the ultimate homebase! The open floor allows the kids to play in the sand while still in the shade and then we can zip it up to keep our valuables somewhat safe when it's time to go play in the water. We have easily hosted six seated adults plus several kids sitting on the sand for lunch. We 've had it set- up in moderate 10- 15mph winds- no issue with some stakes and using coolers/gear bags to weight down the corners. We love it!

[ I love the Limestone my Dad had one and now I have one and my family loves it for all their camping adventures. When I saw that they came out with a limestone sun shelter, I had to have it. This thing is built like a tank and will stand up to anything. Our first trip was to the Oregon coast and it stood up while other peoples shelters were flying down the beach. What I love most about it though is the screened doors. Its pretty much a second tent with these screen doors they keep out the sand and the bugs. I have n't used this at the beach or in high winds yet, so I ca n't comment on its durability in those conditions. I 've used it in moderately winter conditions though( 15 mph or so) without issue. I spend an enormous amount of time at my kids' outdoor sports events, especially soccer where there is no shade. This umbrella is perfect for that. Two folding chairs will fit under this even without the ground stake pole attached. Just open it like an umbrella and throw it on the ground and it's ready to go. But if there is wind, you 'll want to use the included anchors. It's also very light for the long walks to the field.

Loved this umbrella that we bought for our summer beach trip. You can anchor the back into the sand and use it as a canopy shelter or use it as a regular umbrella. Comes with a tool to be able to add into the sand which was helpful. I definitely recommend this umbrella.
