The L2 has a great feel on impact. Soft enough for feel and firm enough for playability. I keep mine inflated at about 4. 3 lbs of pressure. I purchased the L2 for off- season practice and am rather hard on it and the seams are just fine; the ball is retaining its form and appearance. I am also an aesthetic fan of the color and design of the L2. If you want to practice like a college athlete, why would you not purchase the NCAA replica? I ordered it online and had issues being able to apply my in store coupon. Then I got it and it was deflated. I called and asked if it was supposed to be that way. Her answer in customer service was `` no ''. She said she 'd have someone contact me about a replacement in 3- 4 days. Which seems ridiculous. Why she could n't reorder is beyond me.
