Just to add context, I wear a size large in sweaters, vests, and jackets. Just to move my arms, I had to get an Extra Large just for it fit like a Large. I have other “ Nike Pro ” items, and it ’s the same with all of them. Just go up one size and save yourself time, money, and discomfort.

It is a bit pricey for what you get but that said I ’ ve been wearing it almost every day while I ’ m doing house work& packing up household stuff. Purchased size: Lg Weigh: 135# Height: 5 ’ 9 ” Only thing to make it better would be adding another couple inches to bottom- but that could be a “ tall ” option for US.
