I got a vice camo grip for my catx2 vice. It looks really good. It also is great feeling grip. However, it was extremely difficult to put on. First of all, the official video and the instructions contradict on how to put the grip tape.( i. e. which side to start with and taper or not taper edge.) In addition, my bat has a factory installed taper underneath the stock grip, and the Lizard Skins i bought would n't stick to it. I ended up using double sided tape to get the grip to stay on. Also, the adhesive strip fell off the grip so I had to stick the adhesive back onto grip and then put the grip on back. Finally, the grip ended up being a little puffy around the bat taper because of the shape of the taper. In conclusion, the grip looks good and feels good, but the instructions could be more clear and the product could have had better durability adhesive wise.( UPDATE) I emailed Lizard Skins and they responded within the day and are now sending me a replacement for free!!! They were so nice about it and gave me tips on how to install with the bat taper. Product should be excellent now that i should be receiving a replacement with good adhesive that sticks.

This item works very well to remove `` bat sting ''. However it does not fit very well on bats with smaller bat end knobs. I have several Demarini bats that this will fit nicely. On other bats it does not fit well at all. I still highly recommend it- well worth the price.
