I bought these for my dek season, very light weight but super protective. The only down side is they only come in 13 or 15 for adult. If you are a true 14 inch the 13's are too short and the 15 will cut your feet up for being too long. I took some scissors to them and cut the bottom down a little and now they fit perfectly.

I 'm 5' 10 '' and went the 15 '' guards and they fit quit well. They cover a few inches above the knee and right above the top of my cleats.
