For me, it's the perfect sun hoody. I wanted something super light for hiking in the sun and just a little sun protection to prevent me from burning, because I still want the vitamin D. This barely weighs anything and I find it surprisingly durable for what it is. It's not tough by any mean, but I was worried it would deteriorate after a few uses. I have two minor complaints: 1. is that it's quite expensive for how simple it is. 2. The t- shirt version fit differently than this version, it was quite tight around the chest, I was expecting the same fit. The t- shirt version is great for working out in the gym on a hot day where they still insist you wear a shirt.

I had second thoughts at first about the jacket because I was concerend about the slightly snug fit. I 'm about 185lbs and 6 ft tall with the medium size being snug but not uncomfortable at all. I just wondered about wearing layers witht he jacket. The arm length is perfect for me and the large size would be too long in the arms. I almost throught to return it to other options but realized this size is really perfect as is after wearing it on a few outings. I do n't really need additional mid- layers with this jacket so it has been great and wo n't be looking elsewhere for another jacket. I had the previous iteration of the Thermoball( I guess 1. 0?) and this one seems to be warmer as well.

We live in Michigan and go to our lake house in the north every weekend, even though it's summer it is often in the 50s during the night and morning, so a warm jacket is needed. I have been a wearer of the Osito jacket during this time for over 10 years now and love them. I was super excited for this hoodie. My husband got me my normal XS small size in rose, white and black colors. They are very pretty and have a super cute design, the only thing is being late 30s mother I feel a bit self- conscious wearing cropped clothing. My 17 year old daughter on the other hand had no problem wearing them. She normally wears a size small so these XS are tight on her and very cropped but that is how she likes her clothing. We both agree that the best way to wear them is by themselves with a pair of high- waisted leggings. [ I have a couple of these hoodies and I love them for outdoor activity. The material is light enough to wear when it's hot, but just wind- blocking enough to be good for a slight chill. The sun protection is top notch with the thumb- loop sleeves and hood, and the pockets are perfect for whatever small items I need to take on the trail/run. The one downside is that due to the pockets these can be a bit harder to wear under something else.

I like that outside of hoodie is not like traditional fleece that is fluffy and always gets rolled in balls. Instead Keb Fleece hoodie looks smooth and is fleece and soft on the inside. This is my 3rd Keb Fleece hoodie since year 2019. Fjallraven have changed model design now 3 times and I am glad to see that it keeps evolving into better and better product. So what is new in this one compared to older models?- Cuffs now are from same material as hoodie. Previous stretchy material got worn out quite fast and lost its screechiness. With this model there is nothing that would wear out or stretch. So big improvement in longterm.- Two way zipper is comfortable when sitting down- hoodie is quite long and it bunches up in waist area, but if zipper is open then it is quite comfortable. I read from other comments that sizing has been difficult- same here. I used to have previous two models size L, but after checking with sizing table I can see that now at 2025 I should choose M size. Accordingly I bought size M and it fits well on my tall 189 cm slim frame. Note that if compared to previous model this new M size is 2 cm longer at waist than previous L size! I assume that this is from where complaints about big bulge on waist area comes from- if one would take size that previously fitted well then now it would be too big, so word of caution- use sizing table! Since this is my 3rd hoodie I can say that these are quite qualitative products and wear good. I needed 6 years to stretch and get wear signs on my 2019 hoodie. 2nd one is still looking good and I only bought this 3rd to replace first one.

Aside from the vida pro trousers I think this is a perfect investment for winter hikes and bushcraft. I wore this on a winter hike in the cold wet north woods and it kept me warm and was highly functional. I wore it paired with a merino wool long sleeve and it worked like a charm. My only complaint is that they don ’ t have other colors in the size of mine. I would purchase more. If you see other reviews on this talking about the improved fit. I ’ m a larger guy, 6 ’ 4, 250lbs aside from hiking, eating is another favorite hobby of mine and this fleece fits me perfectly and is form fitting well. There once was a time I was cold. Not anymore though.

Small, green womens From the pictures I was expecting some thin material and it to be lightly warm with thin- to- no lining but it is thick and warm and sleek. It's had soft fleece lining and a wool outer. Compared to other profucts it is very form fitting and flattering and looks great. I love it. It fits my body perfectly. I 'm 5' 8 '', 127lb. I have 17 '' shoulders, a 34 '' bust and a 27 '' waist and 32 '' hips. My dress size is a 4/6 and my pants size is a 4/6 but my shirt size is a medium because of the shoulder width. It is tight so I do n't think I could go down to an Xsmall. But fjallraven runs big. Normally I wear a medium in jackets because u have broad shoulders but this fits! I 'd say go down in size from other brands.

[ color is great, fit is great, and I love how they 've altered the thumb hole approach most sun hoodies have. On most hoodies, thumb holes are in the seam along the wrist, and that shortens the sleeve length, so the thumb hole strangles my thumb( I have long arms). This shirt has thumb loops along the end of the sleeve. So much more comfortable! I also like the overlapping lower sides of the hood; nice coverage without being too tight around the neck.

So be warned, if you 're busty and broad( I 'm not) you might want to skip this shirt altogether, not sure that sizing up will work this time around. The fabric is not your typical polyester sun shirt, it's very much a buttery- soft cotton- esque fabric which will be interesting to see how it actually Performs in the sun and spray( you know, if you actually wear it for Fishing). Arm length is great on my size and the concealed thumb holes are thoughtful. This shirt will actually keep the backs of your hands safe from the sunbeams. Extra points that it's cropped slightly and not overly long.

Was looking for a high- visibility running jacket similar to the Patagonia Houdini Air( wind resistance+ breathability). I have both the regular Houdini( size L) and Houdini Air( M). Keeping this in M. FIT: I 'm 5' 1, 150 lbs, 34DD, round belly. With a Smartwool 250 baselayer or a thin long- sleeved cotton t, fit is close to the body, but not tight( Houdinis run much slimmer); pretty forgiving of my belly:) Perfect length for me, falling around mid- hip; Houdinis are longer, falling below my butt. FEEL/FUNCTION: I 've worn this for multiple runs( incl. light rain, strong wind). This feels somewhere in- between the Houdinis in terms of wind- blocking and breathability. V. light rain beaded on the surface of the jacket, but left a mark when smushed into the fabric. Material is a matte, slightly stretchy, more fabric- y( vs. plastic- y) material- like a slightly thicker/heavier Air. Hood fits over thick pony- tail securely when fully zipped, and stays in strong wind. Doubles as a running and casual jacket better than the Houdinis due to a more forgiving fit around the mid- section( for looser- fitting street clothes), shorter length( more flattering for my short stature), and zippered side pockets. Packs down small enough for an upcoming 2. 5 week trip to Europe( 24L bag). COLOR: Azalea appears neon coral in the pictures, which is what originally attracted me. I live at elevation, where weather conditions can change fast( and wind is common). I 've worn this jacket in a variety of conditions so far: rain/snow mix at 40 degrees,< sub- freezing temps and sunny, dark and 32 degrees. It's kept me warm without overheating, blocked the wind, and kept me dry during light/moderate precipitation. It's lightweight and packs up small, and is my new fav running item! It feels like it might run just a tad bit small in my opinion, so if you want a thicker layer under it, I might suggest sizing up.

I winter hike a lot in the white mountains of New Hampshire and I love this layer! It's perfect for ascents over my 300 weight wool shirt. I rarely sweat in it or need more than those 2 layers. If I do sweat it evaporates very quickly. It's very thin and lightweight however I barely need an additional layer in higher elevations. I have worn this in temps ranging from 10- 30 degrees F. It's amazing. I love the windbreaker aspect of it bc it either surprise snows or you brush up against trees while hiking and do n't get wet. You stay so warm with the fleece lining. Still ca n't believe how thin it is.

This jacket is a light, packable, and comfortable. Perfect for warm weather adventures that just need a little extra layer to block the wind. It packs down into a small pouch that can be tossed in your pack or beach bag for that `` ace in the hole '' when needed. Unlike many competing brands, this jacket is made of a very soft material and does not have the crinkle feeling like you are putting on a trash bag. Also unique to this jacket compared to it's competitor's is that it has front handwarmer pockets as well as a chest pocket( most packable options do not). The pockets in my opinion bring it from just being a quick grab backup plan to an intentionally worn and functional jacket. The chest pocket is a great spot to quickly store your cell phone and the front hand pockets give you that sensation like you just put on your favorite hoodie sweatshirt. I have worn it while hiking mountains during the summer in Maine to hanging out on the beach in Costa Rica on a windy day.

This jacket is extremely comfortable. I 'm 5' 6 '' with broad shoulders and a more or less triangular shape( not a body builder by any stretch, though). The medium fits me perfectly with room to layer. I expect it's long enough for taller people, too. It breaths well, provides good wind protection, and a small amount of protection from precipitation. The first time I tried running in this jacket, the hood flopped annoyingly into my field of view. I have since discovered that you can just fold the brim back once or twice to tighten up the fit. This may look a little wonky, but it works beautifully, and it's the only option, since there's no drawstring adjustment on the hood. It's very nice to have hand- warmer pockets, which many wind shells omit.

I bought this to try out in spring/summer in Washington and it is fantastic. It's super light weight but does a great job at blocking the wind and light rain. The fit is trim but not overly loose( I got a large with a 41 '' chest, 6', 188 lbs). It has quickly become my go to windbreaker and has replaced my Arc'teryx Squamish hoody. Definitely worth the buy!

I am an OR employee and have used prototype versions of this jacket over the past couple years. The fabric works very well at giving both wind and light weather protection AND breathability and stretch. For running, mountain biking and as an `` up- hill jacket '' for backcountry ski touring it is amazing because it adds warmth in cool and cold temps, but breathes enough to prevent overheating so much better than traditional windshells. And it is ultralight and highly packable. Best of all worlds.( It does not replace a rain jacket though. It is water resistant, but far from waterproof.)
