It ’s very lightweight so I can move it around easily, yet it ’s also very sturdy. The seat slides easily and there really is a big difference in the resistance levels. It was super easy to assemble. I love it- I feel it in my arms, legs and core, especially, and I would recommend it to anyone.

I was a little concerned it would be of poor quality due to the price compared to the others, but if you aren ’ t a peloton groupie and don ’ t need false encouragement tossed at you every five seconds, save some money and get this one. The water resistance is perfect, and once I get stronger the magnetic resistance is going to build on that.( If you do need some false encouragement, there ’s always Apple fitness+) It hooked seamlessly to my phone and the app works perfectly. This is a good piece of exercise equipment. I ’ ve had something similar in the 90 ’ after I had my child and it got me in good shape. I don ’ t remember the brand of equipment or I would have purchased it again. This piece of equipment isn ’ t as sturdy as the one I used to have and it ’s not as comfortable. I ’ m still adjusting the seat and resistance. The size is nice, it fits in my small office and it ’s easy to place against a wall. I like the work out videos on YouTube, they are easy to follow. I tried it without the videos and it was so long and boring, I gave up after a few minutes. But I ’ ve followed several workouts and I ’ m starting to really like it. I do a lot of other exercises but I ’ m sure I ’ ll see more results working this into my day.

I just assembled the rower 2 days ago. Assembling instructions very clear and straightforward, it took me about 45 minutes to complete the assembly. Since then I used it twice and am happy with the results. I used to workout with a rowing machine at the gym, and like this one better, as you can use your arms in a wide opening, as opposed to the ones in the gym that you only bring your arms back and forth. Up to now I am very happy with the workout and best thing is I do n't have to leave the house to do it. The only complaint I have is that it does n't have a heart monitor, which is a very handy feature. I know that including it would raise the price, because of the need to install sensors and another function in the display, but I would be prepared to pay the difference, if it was a reasonable one. I am used to the HR monitor as I also have a static bike at home, and this one ahs the HR monitor and it is very handy. I will post a new development comment in a couple of weeks, after using it more times.

This is my first rower so I appreciate the larger seat as I am still working on getting comfortable and consistent form. It glides so easily and is relatively quiet that I can watch tv simultaneously. My husband said it was more comfortable than our recumbent bike. He is a big guy so researched to find a sturdy rower made better than cheaper versions I saw in the stores. Cost a little more than I originally wanted to spend, but I am so glad I did. I am sure it will last till I am ready to row outdoors, in other words a long time! I think I am seeing results in a very short time-- I know I am feeling them!
