[ I bought this to compliment my hammock camping. So far I 've only been able to setup in my backyard but it has worked well. We have a drainage way that is full of reeds and has a steady presence of bugs and this worked well. The opening is somewhat tight to get into but setup and overall use was excellent. The additional tie off cords were great and it held it shape. I 've tried it during rain and at night an its held up quite well. Look forward to a few more weekend getaways.

I have a cheap hammock that the bug net torn in. I purchased another Eno product since my Eno underquilt added so much more comfort to cold nights I thought their bugnet might also. I was not disappointed. The net once fully installed has enough space to throw your pack underneath giving it a dry bug free place. Coating the net in permethrin before your trip adds another layer of protection for the deep woods. But the net it self has an abundance of room on the sides so even persistent bugs have no chance to dine on the sides of your arms. I recommend this for almost any hammock user.

[ Homie and I decided to try out hammock backpacking over the summer and picked up the Guardian SL to pair with my eno hammock. This I believe is the lighter of the Guardian model. It does its job- set up and breakdown, ease of getting in and out of, and bug protection. I think my only issue was I have to make sure the end is cinched closed because it's an added pull. It should work with other brands of hammocks.

[ I have used this hammock system extensively while doing field work in remote locations of the South American rainforest. Setting up the system takes a bit of practice( you want to make sure the tarp is taunt and set up correctly so you do n't accidentally flood your hammock) but will get significantly easier over time. I have now purchased two sets for me and my sister for private use. Especially important here in FL: the net does not only keep mosquitoes away but is also( mostly) no- see- ums proof. I recommend wrapping the cord of the insect net over the `` end bits '' of the net and around the hammock strap to make sure its tight to prevent the nasties from crawling in.

[ I bought this about a month ago for a wilderness fishing trip with my boys. Spent 4 nights in the bush, 3 days of rain, one tornado near miss. Slept in my ENO hammock under this rain fly and never got wet. My boys slept in high tech tents and while the tents kept the rain out from above some gear did get wet from water intrusion from below. Vehicles are now relegated outside the garage in order to accommodate for the pod. It is sturdy and heavy enough to provide sense of security and light enough to move around by two adults. It was a tad difficult to put together, but only because the pieces are not marked and we had it backwards( there is a clear front/back once put together). [ My wife and I absolutely love our double nester and have put in hours of time hanging in parks, trails, and the back yard. They are durable, easy to setup, and pack away pretty nicely for transport. I gave one to my brother and his wife for Christmas because I loved it so much. Only recommendation is to get a pair of the extra long straps so you have more flexibility in where you can hang.

[ I ordered the blue color, it was darker than the photos showed. The pack seems well made and high quality as well as plenty of pockets. It is a pretty big size and can fit a lot. I couldn ’ t find dimensions anywhere online so here they are( roughly) 16 inches high, about 15 inches wide at the widest spot( top of bag) and 5 inches deep.

[ This was actually a purchase my brother made( I already have the same setup) we both think it ’s fantastic for a luxury campout in your hammock. Of course it ’s a little extra to carry around but it ’s car camp intended. I ’ ve started recently using mine as a tent for me and my 4 year old. Sizable enough for one person to sleep underneath the hammock child or adult. Had an average sized male use the bottom section a few weeks ago. I personally bought an extra footprint for shoes and pack to be outside the tent especially in this scenario( also adds an additional layer of water protection/warmth in colder wetter month for the sleeper underneath)

[ Bought this for my balcony as we have issues with hornets on our roof. Have had it set up full- time for about a month and love it! With no way to stake it down so I did have to add some weights inside to keep it secure. There is a lot of floor space for belongs. The tent could be a bit taller as I hit my head on the top and I 'm only 5' 1. Could be a bit wider as well for those that like a more diagonal lay. But all in all I 'm very happy with it. Even my cat likes that he can officially be outside.

I receive my shelter system a couple of weeks ago and finally got to test it out last weekend with my stand. I returned the Guardian bugnet I bought and the Housefly too. i won my ENO Doublenest from work, and down the rabbit hole of hammock life I went. I didn ’ t use the rain fly on the shelter system yet, but have every faith and confidence it ’s perfect.
