I just recently got this bike for my birthday. I had Hip Surgery 6 weeks ago and added this to my rehab. This bike was easy to put together with watching the videos to assemble. Shipping was fast. Just what I needed! I usually walk 4 miles a day but the cold and inclement weather days, or just the days my knees are in need of a break, this is perfect. It did take about 2 hours to put together, but was a fairly straightforward process. It is easy to use and I am enjoying the change of pace this winter! The electronics are easy to use and find a program that suits my fitness levels.

We have had a regular Sunny bike for about 8 years now and have loved it!! But my husband now has Parkinson's disease which is affecting his legs most of all. So a recumbent bike is necessary for him to keep riding. The fact that he can easily step in front of the seat without having to hike his leg over the machine to straddle the seat is a game changer for him. I chose this model partly for that reason. I chose Sunny because the quality of my original bike was great, and a few years ago when I had a bearing wear out, it was easy to get a replacement and YouTube videos enabled us to do the maintenance on it ourselves, even as 70- year olds! I am also loving the World Tour tracks and the fact that with the SunnyFit app it can automatically change resistance as you ride if you want it to do that. It's hard to find a reasonably priced exercise bike that does n't require an online subscription, has built- in programs, and automatically adjusts the resistance. This one checks all those boxes. And if you really want to use an app, you can use bluetooth to connect your phone or tablet. The LED control panel counts your calories, distance, pulse, and other things. It's very clear and easy to read. I would recommend it.

We 've used the stationary bike for about a month now, 3- 4 days a week. The pedal action is very smooth and the amount of adjustments is ample allowing both my 6' 1 '' and my wife's 5' 1 '' height to be accommodated. It is, however, a bit wobbly. This is a much sturdier piece of equipment than expected and very comfortable to use. And these cords are not just for looks, Folks. They provide a surprisingly good workout. If you have limited space, you 'll find it fits nicely into a corner and is light weight enough to easily move out for use. And last, but not least, is the ease of getting on and off the bike. If you have short legs or have difficulty stepping up and over to get on a regular exercise bike, this is the bike for you. I highly recommend it.
