Absolutely love this adjustable kettlebell, it is so versatile with the different weight settings, which there are actually 4 even though at first glance it appears to be 3. I love this for my deadlifts, cleans and single arm exercises. Love this product and the experience of picking it from the store- so easy. Compared to other kettlebell handle designs this one is very thoughtful with having spacers to avoid pinching and a base that is flat so you can rest it on the ground easily. Also nice that it comes with 20 lbs of weight already. It took some time to screw in the base so it feels very secure.

I went with the 16kgs weight first it was perfect for me. I ’ m male 5 ’ 10 ” 180lbs new to using these weights. It was very challenging at first but after a hand full of of sessions I got the technique and felt comfortable at this weight. It ’s still heavy enough for me. I have toyed with getting next size up but this 16kg weight still is enough when I look at the price for the next size. So far no rust, I have had it for 5 months and really like it. I like the handle size, I usually wear a large size glove, and I have yet to drop it when sweaty.
