This was my first pair of HOKAs and they were well worth the money! I traveled to Portugal and did lots of walking and stairs. I always have knee soreness with other sneakers, but I wore these all 7 days of our trip and did n't have any knee pain whatsoever! I 'm so impressed. They are water resistant which is a huge plus, they wiped clean and look new even after going through a couple downpours. The tread was sturdy on slippery cobblestone streets, too. While I initially bought my regular size, they felt a tad long so I returned and got a half size down in a Wide and they fit perfectly.
