[ Strength training is a so important during aging. As an early Christmas gift, Bala is keeping me strong and in shape.

[ These are so worth the price tag! I used to use ankle weights filled with sand and they felt so bulky/uncomfortable. The bala weights can basically be customized to fit your ankle for comfort. You can barely tell they ’ re on, unless you ’ re doing ground work. 10/10 recommend and I can ’ t wait to try other products!

[ I love these weights. Would love heavier ones as well

[ I got these for my daughter. The color and size and weight were exactly what she wanted as she trains for a bicycle marathon. She's looking forward to buying more in the future.

The wrist weights are great for walking, very comfortable.

Not going to lie, I was very reluctant to spend$ 25 on wrist weights when I could get a pair at Marshall's for five dollars… However I tried the ones at Marshall's, I tried the fitness gear brand that they sell at Dick's( same price), and finally I found the Nike ones… Not only are these well constructed and comfortable, it's easy to put on and I could n't be happier. Thank you Nike! only con would be that these are so darn hard to find. Could n't find them in any stores or on Amazon!

5 Don Rides
I wanted some weights to wear while walking. Happened to be wandering a Dick's looking at bike clothes and saw these. Grabbed them on the spot. Not too heavy, not too light. Really like the thumb hole. I apparently have skinny wrists so closing them tightly was a problem until I just added wristbands underneath. I 'm a slightly OCD dork so the wristbands I got were Nike, as well. A little higher priced than I would have liked, but I 've grown to think they 're worth it.

5 Wifey54
Well made- comfortable to wear- easy to clean and use

5 Baglov04
I bought these hoping to enhance my runs and tone my arms. Well first thing I realized, 2. 5 lbs is a lot heavier than I thought. I knew I would not be able to sustain running with these on... however, I decided I would keep them and just wear them around the house or work. I love them! They are heavy enough to feel like your working your arms but light enough to still be functional. I 've been wearing them a few hours a day and I can definitely tell when I take them off that my muscles have been worked. They are a bit loose on the wrists as other people stated but they still serve their purpose. Would definitely recommend!

We have only had for a week so not sure if it will make improvements in the forearm or not. Due to only having for a short period of time. There was no manual included with the equipment, which makes it difficult to adjust. We got it for our daughter to build her forearms for catching.

The Marcy Pro Forearm Developer has worked wonders for my forearms. They have increased in size and strength in a short amount of time.

These are perfect for doing prone leg- curls. Just use the door anchor and away I go. Another use, that's not the usual: Connected the two and made a neck exercise harness with a short light cable and a triple anchor handle. Just make certain you have a good grip on the handle.

Frequently Asked Questions For Exercise Wrist Weights

Exercise wrist weights are wearable weights designed to be strapped around the wrists during various physical activities. They add resistance to movements, which can help increase strength and endurance over time. By incorporating these weights into your routine, you can enhance the effectiveness of exercises like walking, jogging, or strength training.

When selecting exercise wrist weights, consider factors such as weight options, adjustability, and comfort. It's important to choose a weight that aligns with your fitness level and goals, as starting too heavy can lead to strain. Additionally, look for adjustable designs that allow for a customized fit and ensure they are made from comfortable materials to prevent chafing during use.

Exercise wrist weights can be effectively used in a variety of workouts, including cardio, strength training, and rehabilitation exercises. However, it's essential to use them appropriately to avoid injury, especially in high-impact activities. Always start with lighter weights and gradually increase as your strength improves.

Using exercise wrist weights can increase the intensity of your workouts, which may lead to a higher calorie burn. The added resistance forces your muscles to work harder, thereby enhancing the overall effectiveness of your exercise routine. However, the extent of calorie burn will depend on the type and duration of the activity performed.

Wrist weights can be beneficial for a variety of exercises, particularly those involving arm movements such as punches, raises, or lateral lifts. They can also be used during walking or jogging to increase resistance. It's advisable to incorporate them into exercises that focus on upper body strength while maintaining proper form to prevent injury.
