I appreciate the rear foot stability provided by the deep snug heel counter. I got a great fit by removing the insoles to insert my custom full length foot orthotics. A few triangles of synthetic material seem to be somewhat breathable. The forefoot is flexible and roomy, for the balls of the feet and the toes. Good ground feel and ‘ touch ’.
