The blanket is rugged yet comfortable and very stylish. We used the product two nights in the row for a concert on the lawn. Two people lying down fit great to picnic prior to the concert, and then it held up well as we stood on it throughout the entire 3 hour concert. The second night there was even a light constant mist so we reversed it and let the rugged waterproof side protect us from the rain while the soft side kept us warm.
