Great adhesive, soft to the skin, waterproof( ish). You can put it on and forget both about it AND the blister. Sometimes can stay on through subsequent workout, but excessive sweat can cause it to come loose. Whatever is in these things really helps to heal the blister, but there's something( organic?) in the patch that can leave your skin around the blister feeling INCREDIBLY itchy. Even still, it's the first thing I reach for when patching a blister.

[ I have never used Tiger Balm before, and let me tell you- I felt it! I used it on my sore back and shoulders when I was feeling sick. It tingled a lot! But I felt so much less pain the next day, it was crazy.

I was skeptical about this product and thought the reviews may have been fake, or from people who received product for free, but I am impressed. ... I am no longer taking strong pain meds and overall my pain is improving and the healing process seems to be going...

I used the patch once following shoulder surgery. I applied the patch to the bruised area. After 3 days I removed the patch. Where the patch made contact with the skin the bruised area show signs of healing faster. Very pleased with the results.

I bought these to help with swelling in my knee after knee surgery. My knee almost instantly felt better and they were controlling my swelling. One small issue is I can ’ t get them to stay on more than one day. I am buying some of the wipes and once they come in maybe I will have better luck with the patch staying on. I still believe that this is a great product though, while it is on my knee feels so much better.
