[ I have four kids that LOVE camping. They especially love running around at night when it cools off and they can let out some steam. The only problem with that is the pesky mosquitoes. My kids seem to get bit more than me and they hate being itchy all night. We have tried lotion and itch sticks and they have just not worked for my kids for longer than a few minutes. I have to say, this does wonders. I don ’ t have to be up all night with them complaining that they are itchy. This is amazing. It works fast and also works for a long amount of time. [ The Tiger Balm ointment really exceeded my expectations My husband had a bruised, very sore spot on the bottom of his foot. He applied the tiger balm and covered it with a bandaid overnight, and by morning the pain was gone. I pulled a muscle on the top of my quad and massaged the balm in really well after a shower and it tingled so I could feel it working. It helped enormously. Highly recommend!

I used up my good patch kit last time I hiked. Went to get a new one from Dick's but they did n't carry it so I got this one hoping I would n't need it. Great adhesive, soft to the skin, waterproof( ish). You can put it on and forget both about it AND the blister. Sometimes can stay on through subsequent workout, but excessive sweat can cause it to come loose. Whatever is in these things really helps to heal the blister, but there's something( organic?) in the patch that can leave your skin around the blister feeling INCREDIBLY itchy. Even still, it's the first thing I reach for when patching a blister.
