Water resistant. Good shade protection from TX sun. Covers 16' boat and Outboard. Elastic around perimeter makes a good fit. I do not use for trailing.

I will buy it again. Bought my 1st about 10 years ago... Had a hassle free warranty claim and was replaced with another new product. I live in Dallas and the summer UV rays are relentless. The product handled the sun and protected my boat carpet. EVERYTHING in Dallas sun will succumb eventually. This Product will last ab out 5 years in Dallas

This is a great overall cover. I bought a size bigger than my 16 foot boat so I could cover the motor also. I also put two garbage cans inside my boat upside down so they could serve as pedestals to keep the rain and snow from weighing the cover down.

I bought my first Classic boat cover about 9 years ago. Those covers were destroyed in less than a year by sunlight. The tie downs turned to graphite within 9 mos to a year. I called to verify that the 5 yr warranty covered that type of degradation and told it was covered. A very nice lady asked me to take pictures of the damage and email them to her. I called a couple of days later to make sure she got the pictures and she said yes and the cover had been shipped. It arrived on the next Friday. I had problems with 3 more tops and each was taken care of rapidly in the same courteous manner. The next top I bought was an Empire top and it started failing within 4 months. I called their service department and they said to pack it up in the original box and mail it to them and they would replace after 30 to 60 day waiting time. My marine mechanic saw that top and told me to go and look the 7 year old top on his boat and it looked almost new. It was a Classic Industries but the material was different than my first Classic tops. I purchased it and it is the best top I have ever had on my boat. I have had it on for 5 months and it still looks like new. Thanks for the best fitting top I have ever had!!

The Skier
I use this cover as a shield from the elements to protect the boat under covers. It does a great job of shedding the rain and leave debris from the boat. The fit for my boat was great; the elastic edging hold good and fast to the hull. When this one wears out, I 'll surly get another one!

The cover is perfect for my 16. 5' boat and takes no more that 5 minutes to install. It keeps the boat dry and I am able to install a couple of temporary supports inside the boat to give the cover a good pitch so rain runs off. The cloth is heavy weight and between the straps and elastic band around the bottom of the cover, even high winds do not bother it. Fantastic product.
