I have used this product for years but have always struggled to find them. Dick's Sporting Goods apparently knows what to stock for crappie fisherman. With that said I use them in a Texas Rig as well. Great product... Highly recommend.

I love these things. I can set the depth off my float easily, and keep it where I want it for a slow troll. It's changed the way I hunt lake Reds.

Perfect for steelhead fishing, when fishing in deep water. ... The tie of the bobber stopper does n't slide up and down the line, so it is very helpful when fishing at a set

Stay tight and do n't loosen up, other brands fray after short usage.

They work as any other stopper and bead. Easy slide and pull pre tied thread and included bead. Better then using a spring or clip on float.

These are bobber stops for slip rigging. Not when using a tungsten when bass fishing. If you want those get the VMC bobber stops. Seen people on the water trying to use these for that and they complain that these are trash. These for awesome. But not for flipping.

This product is very convenient for setting up rigs quickly.

These bobber stops work very well-- especially for rods with small diameter guiides that other bobber stops get stuck on. I find it's not even necessary to trim the string, which is recommended but hard to do. Just tie one on and leave the excess string on-- it saves work and does n't interfere with the functioning of the bobber stop. It also makes the bobber stop easier to see.

The line holds up much better and the beads are the perfect diameter for my fishing line. ... I bought these a few months ago and they are ver easy to

The thread they use for the bobber stop is thin enough to shoot through the guides but still grips the main line.

Exactly what I expected, already used to catch a pail full of crappie!

Fishing float stoppers are small devices used to secure a fishing float at a desired depth on the fishing line. They typically slide onto the line and can be adjusted to set the float's position, allowing anglers to fish at various depths depending on the conditions and target species. By using float stoppers, you can easily change the depth without needing to re-rig your entire setup.
Fishing float stoppers are commonly made from materials such as rubber, foam, or plastic. These materials provide durability and flexibility, ensuring that the stoppers can grip the fishing line securely while allowing for easy adjustments. The choice of material can affect the stoppers' performance in different water conditions.
Yes, there are various types of fishing float stoppers designed for different fishing techniques and preferences. Some are designed for specific float styles, while others may offer unique features like ease of use or enhanced grip on the line. Understanding the differences can help anglers select the right stoppers for their fishing needs.
When selecting fishing float stoppers, consider factors such as the type of fishing you plan to do, the size of your fishing line, and the weight of your float. It's important to choose stoppers that can accommodate your line diameter and provide a secure hold without damaging the line. Additionally, think about the fishing conditions and whether you need stoppers that can withstand rough waters or are easy to adjust.
