The Owala FreeSip 32 oz Water Bottle has easily become one of my favorite everyday purchases. I ’ ve gone through a lot of water bottles over the years, and most of them eventually annoyed me for one reason or another — leaking lids, poor insulation, awkward straws, or just being inconvenient to carry around. After using the Owala FreeSip 32 oz consistently for a while now, I can honestly say it ’s the best water bottle I ’ ve owned, and it fully deserves a 5- star review. The biggest reason I love it is the FreeSip lid design. At first, I thought it sounded kind of gimmicky, but it actually makes a huge difference. You can sip through the built- in straw while holding the bottle upright, or tilt it back and drink from the wider opening when you want to take bigger gulps. I didn ’ t realize how useful having both options would be until I started using it daily. It ’s especially convenient during workouts, driving, or working at my desk. The insulation is also impressive. I fill it with ice water in the morning, and there are usually still ice cubes left by the end of the day. I ’ ve even accidentally left it in my car for a few hours and the water stayed cold much longer than I expected. Unlike cheaper bottles, there ’s no weird metallic or plastic taste either. The stainless steel construction feels high quality and durable without being overly heavy. One of my favorite features is the locking lid. I ’ ve had too many bottles leak in backpacks or gym bags, so this was a huge improvement. The push- button lid snaps shut securely, and I ’ ve never had it leak even when it was laying sideways in a bag. The carry loop also makes it really easy to grab and take anywhere. The 32 oz size feels like the perfect balance. It holds enough water that I ’ m not constantly refilling it, but it ’s still comfortable to carry around throughout the day. Some larger bottles become bulky and annoying, but this one feels practical for everyday use. I also really like the powder- coated finish because it gives the bottle a good grip and keeps it from getting slippery. Another thing that surprised me was how easy it is to clean. Straw lids can sometimes get gross quickly, but this one is designed well enough that cleaning doesn ’ t feel like a chore. After months of regular use, mine still looks and works almost like new. If I had to mention one downside, it would probably be that the bottle can feel a little heavy when completely full, and it doesn ’ t fit perfectly in every car cup holder. But honestly, those are minor issues compared to how well everything else works. Overall, the Owala FreeSip 32 oz completely lived up to the hype for me. It keeps water cold for hours, never leaks, feels durable, and has one of the smartest lid designs I ’ ve used on a water bottle. It ’s one of those products that actually improves your daily routine, and I ’ ve found myself drinking more water simply because it ’s so convenient to use. [ I LOVE this water bottle! First, let ’s start with the beautiful color which I consider cream/barely blush pink. Second, it is dishwasher safe- as someone who uses a water bottle daily, this is a must( no more handwashing to add to my tasks, simply pop in dishwasher and it is ready to go). Third, the bottle has a slim top making it easy to drink out of, but the middle section screws apart to allow for the easy addition of ice( no more shoving one piece of ice in the bottle at a time!). I have also used it as a large insulated glass as well which has been really great( I love my ice water). The only con that I found with this bottle is that it does not fit in the cup holder in my vehicle. Not a dealbreaker for me, but would have been more of a nice to have. [ Stanley's new All Day Slim Bottle is seriously for all day- even outside in the hot sun. The design of this bottle is genius. I love being able to get ice easily into the bottle while still having a narrow top to take a drink; and the bottle keeps my ice and water cold all day. I am thrilled to have received this bottle in the beautiful soft pink from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. For me, the size is great. It is large enough to fit plenty of water, while not being too large to carry in a backpack. I will note, however, that it is a tight fit in a standard vehicle cupholder. It fits, but in my Honda CR- V it does n't sit all the way down in the cup holder. That said, it has n't ever tipped, so not a big deal in my opinion. The only other possible negative is that the top part of the bottle( between where it screws off for ice and where the mouthpiece is) can get condensation if you fill it with ice and then fill water to the top of the mouthpiece. It is n't much, but for someone relying on absolutely no moisture( like in a backpack or purse next to papers), it could be a problem. Even so, this Stellar Product gets five out of five stars from me for the brilliant design, beautiful color and great ability to keep my water cold.

[ I am a mom of 2 and having a water bottle I can easily carry with me anywhere I go is a life saver. I 'm happy that it fits in my cup holders in both of our cars and I do n't have to struggle finding a place to put it while driving. Do yourself a favor when purchasing this bottle. There is a rubber o- ring locating inside of the cap. It has a pull tab molded into it on the mating surface( of all places I know). Carefully take a razor blade and remove that tab. Your bottle will now be “ factory issued ” leak free.

[ Just be aware that it is not spill proof when the drinking lid is used. The 'cold' and 'hot' lids are liquid tight and will keep cold things cold and hot things hot. Also a can of beer or soda will also fit so you can keep a drink cold and crack it open on the hike out. Fit and finish is high like all Snow Peak products.

[ Bought this because I love Snow Peak. Love that this product is made in Japan( not all of their products are). Nice and lightweight. But that could be a negative in terms of durability which I worry about- the walls are thin, you can see them move when you squeeze it. The lid tends to make a weird squeak/squeal/screech when screwing on and off unless you take your time and do it slowly. I ’ ve never had a bottle do that before. The thin walls make it slightly uncomfortable to drink from without a lid( almost sharp but I wouldn ’ t go that far)( although full disclosure, the directions say not to drink from it without a lid because you might spill on yourself!). Cool that you can fit a can in there. Diameter is 2& 15/16ths inches so it might not fit smaller cup holders. Note the drinking lid isn ’ t spillproof but it doesn ’ t claim to be. Not the best thermos out there but decent. Similar to others in terms of heat retention- just fine.
