The silicon seems to stretch a little and if you buy a larger size it t might slip off and you don ’ t notice. This has happened to me twice. Regardless, they are perfect for bringing to my local gym and strapping them onto a pull- up bar or a squat bar( depending on how you feel like using them). One thing to mention is that they seem to chip easily. To avoid this, I wrap them in a hand towel when I 'm not using them or when I 'm transporting them. Overall, I am completely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this product to beginner and advanced climbers.

Rock rings filled in well. Mounted in the rafters of my walk in attic, I first thought it would be too easy but the available workouts are nice and hard for me. The grip is n't too harsh, and there's plenty of ideas for progressive workouts on these. Great buy for a beginner grip trainee like myself
