I am loving this ring. I had an Oura ring that was terrible. It scratched right away, it would not register my sleep correctly. I would go to bed at 11 and up at 6 and it said I had 3 hours of sleep? This one works perfect! The fit is right on and I love the rubber cover I can put on when needed. It does not spin as much as the other one either... I like a tight fit but, as I am sure with most people, depending on how much salt I have had or the humidity that day, it will be tighter or looser on my finger. Even when it gets a little loose, it does not spin as bad as the Oura ring. I love that I can put the rubber cover over it and turn it into a black ring... or leave it as the silver one other times... it looks great either way! I do wish I could have chosen the cover color. It came with a white one and a black one. I would have chosen 2 black ones as the white one will never be used by me. The app is really great too. So much easier to use than the `` other guys ''... and, even better... it is FREE! I do find that it is sometimes hard to get my ring to start charging. I have to put it on the base multiple times and then re- plug it in a few times to get it to start... but, after all that, it charges quick and holds a charge for a long time. Really happy I upgraded to this ring! I would recommend this one a hundred times over than the other one. Now I just have to sell my Oura ring to someone else... but it will be hard. There are SO many of them for sale on FaceBook Marketplace( but I never see anyone selling their QALO ring!).

I like silicon rings. This is the first Qualo brand I ’ ve tried. I bought my regular size and even though my fingers swell in the Summer it has not been a problem. The silicon seems to stretch a little and if you buy a larger size it t might slip off and you don ’ t notice. This has happened to me twice. These are a great addition to any home gym as I attached to my Ethos Power Rack. You can adjust the length and use them anywhere! You can do inverted rows, dips, pullups, ab exercises etc. The stability needed to keep your posture activates other muscle fibers I might not be able to activate with other exercises; I can feel it when my arms start to shake due to the build up of lactic acid. Regardless, they are perfect for bringing to my local gym and strapping them onto a pull- up bar or a squat bar( depending on how you feel like using them). One thing to mention is that they seem to chip easily. To avoid this, I wrap them in a hand towel when I 'm not using them or when I 'm transporting them. Overall, I am completely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this product to beginner and advanced climbers.

Rock rings filled in well. Mounted in the rafters of my walk in attic, I first thought it would be too easy but the available workouts are nice and hard for me. The grip is n't too harsh, and there's plenty of ideas for progressive workouts on these. Great buy for a beginner grip trainee like myself
