I'vw since our based the light, Medium and Heavy in pairs and found that they are an amazing add to my bar in my weight training. My only true issue, is that the carabiner on the band itself is kind of small. The strap that wraps around the carabiner is thick, and it's a bit annoying to attach the handles. The gravity straps are well made and easy to use. The only problem I experience is that the handles could use a little bit of foam rubber padding
