These shorts are amazing. I 'm 6' 3 and 217lbs( somewhat fit) the size XL fit just right. With the built- in compression shorts these hit right above the knee. There is a pocket on the left side of the compression short, it can hold your cell phone or wallet. There is a small zipper pocket on the right butt cheek and a loop on the left hip, where you could place a small towel to hold while working out or a spring link clip that is holding your keys. I 'm my opinion, the right& left pockets of the shorts are fairly deep, I can place my phone in the pocket and be worried it would fall out when taking a seat. This is my second pair of these shorts, I 'm thinking about snatching up the black pair next. Hope this review helps.

My daughter needed mizzen brand spandex for a recent volleyball tournament. We had ordered an adult small byte it did n't arrive in time. I quickly googled what dicks along our 3 hour drive had any navy mizzuno brand spandex and came up with these youth ones.
