I 've worn Prana Stretch Zion shorts for several years and have yet to find better all- around shorts. They 're very comfortable, light, and durable, and most importantly for me, come in a 12 '' length. I 'm 6' 4 '', so my only suggestion for improvement would be to add a 14 '' option. The pockets are good- sized; the zippered thigh pocket is great for keeping keys in during water activities. The Charcoal color looks great with nearly any shirt.

These hold up to moderate abrasion better than drapey polyester shorts. They ’ re perfect for rock climbing. The wide leg opening and stretch makes them great for lifting or running too. First thing about these shorts is the fabric, they are made from nylon/elastin. This combo gives you a very soft stretch short that feels great on the skin and moving around will be a breeze due to the stretch it provides. Second the fabric has moisture wicking technology to prevent being sweaty and sticky as you move around. The next big plus is the 50 UPF which stands for ultraviolet protection factor meaning any area the clothing is covering will be guarded from the rays outside. I really love the soft and buttery feel of the InfinaSoft fabric! I bought a second pair immediately after receiving the first because that ’s how much I loved them! More importantly, I love the fact that the thigh area( hems) aren ’ t stitched. My personal opinion is that Nike ’s biker shorts are made for women with slimmer/smaller quads.
